Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Detroit Roseville

They took the money for my reservation off my debit card for 2 nights then when I got too the room they said my zip code didn’t match my debit card ?? So I paid cash only to find out tv internet was out after booking requested a rend or to be compensated & I’m still waiting for the money to go back on my debit card.. smfh

Monty and the room stunk horribly. Guy at front desk was super nice though and apologized for stuff that wasn't his fault

The room was neat and clean, parking was adequate and staff was helpful. This property could stand some remodeling to bring it up to a higher standard.

When I got there and got to my first room. It was dirty and the TV did not work. I went to the front desk. They got me another room on the second floor. As I got to the second room, it was a person staying in it already. Went back to the desk and the clerk receptionist told me that the room was supposed to be empty and clean. The front desk receptionist and myself went back up to the second floor. To the second room that they had given me. And it was someone staying in near the bed was not made up. The clerk seen a person leaving my room on the camera. And when he walked in the room was completely dirty. Then we went down to the front desk for the third time. He upgraded me to a suite. The bed was supposed to be a queen size bed. But it was only a full size bed. Two people could not fit in it comfortably. I am only 5‘2“ tall and the bed was too little for me. The clerk did end up accommodating me with the suite. But the suite look very old. Nothing was updated. All I can say is I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. One of the worst hotel stays ever for me.
