The staff here is amazing, they should get the recognition they deserve. The rest of the hotel needs help. They couldn’t find our reservation…blamed Expedia, but after all the other issues of actually getting into a room i’m inclined to think it was the hotel. The first room we went to the lock was dead so we could not enter. The second room smelled so much like smoke, but also belonged to another person. The third room was decent but they had to bring us more keys to actually get in. There were about 6 people up at the front desk needing keys because they couldn’t get in. With all this hassle I probably won’t stay here again.

The rear entrance area is UNSAFE. The lighting is poor, and the area is dirty.The rear entrance door would not lock, the locking mechanism is broken. Than on top of that quality inn issued me a room right next to rear entrance. I requested another room. The room door jam falls off when opening door. Aka- LOW QUALITY INN.

At first glance of the parking lot we were a little reluctant to enter the building. It could use a good cleaning. The main entrance is closed due to the building being renovated. This was not disclosed on the website. Or maybe I missed that disclosure??? We checked in and was educated on the additional $100 deposit which will be refunded in 7-10 business days after you check out and provided you don’t steal the towels. Went to our room and was pleasantly surprised on how clean it was. Very small room with portable air conditioning (assuming due to the renovating) but clean. Whewwww!! We had booked a king but had a queen bed. When I questioned why, apparently we must look old because the young lady that checked us in “upgraded” us to a handicapped room that has a walk-in shower. Otherwise we would have to step in and out of a bathtub. Ok, I get it, we are late 60’s but she should have given us the option. Ask if that’s acceptable, don’t just do it. Room had a miniature coffee maker but no coffee. Annoying if you’re an early riser. But lobby coffee, if you wait until 7am was pretty darn good. Breakfast room was clean with the usual continental choices. Waffles, bagels, cereal etc. All in all, not a horrible place to stay. Extra kudos to the young person that went out of their way to get me an extra pillow and did a great job of explaining why the “upgrade”. Very friendly and makes excellent coffee. I thank you.

From pulling into the bumpy parking lot to entering through a banged up door into the unusual hotel lobby set up I have ever seen. I was questioning if I made a wise choice. But the room itself was immaculate, like new and from the mattress to pillows and linen as comfortable as I have ever been in. The bathroom also everything looked brand new. It had an inside atrarium window and the AC was one of those portable jobs connected to the wall, but it worked

Stay was OK hotel could use work. Lots of potential. My ceiling leaked in room 130 when someone above too shower. Internet connection fair not great. Bfast was just bread options not great. Honestly just roof over head st $62 bucks a night i feel slightly overcharged for it. I express these cocerns would liked to have seen a night comped.

Run down old Hotel. Card key didn't work even after re-keying. Had to replace remote for TV. Toilet paper holder broken. Hair found on sink. No place in shower to set soap, shampoo or conditioner. Only one bath towel.

The front desk was very professional but the surrounding parking lot felt unsafe and my room had left over food and drinks in the fridge crumbs on the counter and a dirty coffee machine that I refused to use. I just wasn’t comfortable at all.

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Food all over the hallways. Couldn’t get into the room. Waited on staff for over 30 minutes to get our keys to open our door. When in the room smelt of urine. The bed sheets were covered in hair & dirt. & bathroom was filthy. Left immediately & dealing with head office for a refund as management at property couldn’t be bothered to help us

We tried to check in at around 2:30 pm and was told by front desk that they were over booked and if I wanted a room I needed to be standing in the lobby at 3pm and I was not promised a room. We checked in and were given keys to room . Walked in room and started to put our belongings away and we into the bathroom where there was a used bar of soap and shavings of hair on floor and wall of shower disgusting. Called front desk and he had me on the phone then called house keeper and ask housekeeper while I was on the phone if she cleaned our room she said yes then he told her I needed to speak to her then hung up. House keeper came in and I ask for spray cleaner to spray the bathroom so I could shower. She said “ we have no cleaner we’re all out”” she said the owner was supposed to buy cleaner” She then used one of our face towels and picked up the bar of soap.

Hotel was very odd. Staff was freindly but not well trained or professional. Staff did not direct us where the room was, it took us forever to find our room. Hallway smelled like smoke, it was cold. Once we figured out where our room was, the key card didnt work well, after about a minute the doorlock finally activated and we could enter. Room was clean but the thermistat was cracked and the yv remote was missing its back and batteries. Had to snake our way back to the fron desk to get batteries. She scrounged around through a drawer until she found a single aa batery and another remote with two aaa batteries.

I understand that the hotel is remodeling but portable air conditioners in rooms aren't great. The hallways and common areas were very warm. Carpets were dirty in the hall and in the room.....VERY sticky spot in front of the mini fridge. Large bathrooms were a plus but almost fell stepping out of the shower as the floor was SUPER slick when wet. Overall the hotel was quiet which was nice. Didn't eat the breakfast because we prefer to eat in our room and were told that wasn't allowed in a very unfriendly manner by the woman working in there.....and by "working" she was sitting at a table by the door on her phone. Not everyone wants to eat in the dining room. And shouldn't be forced to eat there.

My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself has a strange layout. I felt like I had to walk a mile to the backside of the building where my room was at. The rooms are set up like a motel but in a hallway. Large windows viewing into the hallway not outside. They also seem to have a few permanent guest. One of which made my stay a little awkward. Gregory seemed to be at the elevator every time I left my room…calling me a cutie and hopes to see more of me. First time was flattering but then it quickly felt like stalking. If the motel/hotel has month to month guests they need security as well.

The rooms are set up like a motel but in a hallway. Large windows viewing into the hallway not outside. They also seem to have a few permanent guest. One of which made my stay a little awkward. Gregory seemed to be at the elevator every time I left my room…calling me a cutie and hopes to see more of me. First time was flattering but then it quickly felt like stalking. If the motel/hotel has month to month guests they need security as well.

The Room smelled like mildew and smoke. Not thick enough blankets on the bed. No clear direction on how to get to the rooms. It was a maze. Breakfast was to be open at 6:00am as the sign says and it was 6:45am and not yet open. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Disappointing stay.

I have been told the rooms are not available when I checked in around 7PM, and I was advised to cancel my reservation. When I ask Hotel staff to cancel on their end then they said no you have to call Expedia. When I called Expedia then they said you can’t cancel it because the checkin time has been past due and there will be penalties. Eventually the customer service representative from Expedia reached out to the front desk of hotel and assured that there will be no charges but he is not able to cancel the reservation. I am not sure why there was so much communication gap between hotel and Expedia team but this made my experience very unpleasant and also made me think twice to use Expedia in future my hotel and other reservations.

A/C were not working the whole night. I went to lobby to talk to the lady and she and the security guy started argument at me saying that they can not do nothing and that I had to talk to someone else. Letting me know that they don’t care about the visitors.

Pictures dont match hotel. Had a portable ac unit as my ac. So half room was 60 and other have was 76. Rest of hotel need some tlc. Only positives were bathroom was nice and bed was comfortable. Also it took 30 mintues to check in as no one was at the counter when i checked in at 1am

Let me start with the positive part of this review. The staff were amazing tentative if you needed something and were very friendly. Helped me with my key not working immediately. Now onto the negative unfortunately. The overall quality of the hotel. Yes I understand they’re renovating the place but my first impression from my room was pretty poor. There were so many damaged walls with holes in them including my room from the door handle and a part of the ceiling looked like it had been patched but not finished. I booked and wasn’t expecting a super fancy hotel but I was hoping for a hotel that was average but still good. Hopefully it’ll be fully renovated in the near future.

The rear entrance area is UNSAFE. The lighting is poor, and the area is dirty.The rear entrance door would not lock, the locking mechanism is broken. Property was not good at all. Loud music in the parking lot. Staff were complicent. I will not recommand to stay with family. We stayed two nights. Room AC was not funcional at all. Issue was not resolved on the same day. They change to room after several request on the next day. Need lot of repair in the room. I believe the hotel management faied to maintain standard of the hotel.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful 5/5. The room itself was surprisingly nice/clean and newly renovated compared to the remainder of the property 3/5. The lobby and parking lot have an unusual amount of loitering from individuals with clear physical signs of addiction/drug abuse 0/5.

The room was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping services when called, so I consider it to be eco-friendly as unnecessary changing and washing of linens. The bed was also very comfortable for me. One caveat was the lack of shelves in the shower for shampoo and body wash bottles, so I found a small plastic pouch at the local Dollar Tree that served my purposes. Also, this property is quite large with meeting and conference rooms separating rooms so the layout was a bit confusing for me. The property is conveniently located near the expressway.

The walls and doors are paper thin and it is not as nice as the pictures. Heard people being loud and playing music to 3 AM both nights of the stay. Not a great place if you are expecting to have quiet and sleep at night. Will not stay here again!

I understand that the hotel is remodeling but portable air conditioners in rooms aren't great. The hallways and common areas were very warm. Carpets were dirty in the hall and in the room.....VERY sticky spot in front of the mini fridge. Large bathrooms were a plus but almost fell stepping out of the shower as the floor was SUPER slick when wet. Overall the hotel was quiet which was nice. Didn't eat the breakfast because we prefer to eat in our room and were told that wasn't allowed in a very unfriendly manner by the woman working in there.....and by "working" she was sitting at a table by the door on her phone. Not everyone wants to eat in the dining room. And shouldn't be forced to eat there.

At first glance of the parking lot we were a little reluctant to enter the building. It could use a good cleaning. The main entrance is closed due to the building being renovated. This was not disclosed on the website. Or maybe I missed that disclosure??? We checked in and was educated on the additional $100 deposit which will be refunded in 7-10 business days after you check out and provided you don’t steal the towels. Went to our room and was pleasantly surprised on how clean it was. Very small room with portable air conditioning (assuming due to the renovating) but clean. Whewwww!! We had booked a king but had a queen bed. When I questioned why, apparently we must look old because the young lady that checked us in “upgraded” us to a handicapped room that has a walk-in shower. Otherwise we would have to step in and out of a bathtub. Ok, I get it, we are late 60’s but she should have given us the option. Ask if that’s acceptable, don’t just do it. Room had a miniature coffee maker but no coffee. Annoying if you’re an early riser. But lobby coffee, if you wait until 7am was pretty darn good. Breakfast room was clean with the usual continental choices. Waffles, bagels, cereal etc. All in all, not a horrible place to stay. Extra kudos to the young person that went out of their way to get me an extra pillow and did a great job of explaining why the “upgrade”. Very friendly and makes excellent coffee. I thank you.

Stay was OK hotel could use work. Lots of potential. My ceiling leaked in room 130 when someone above too shower. Internet connection fair not great. Bfast was just bread options not great. Honestly just roof over head st $62 bucks a night i feel slightly overcharged for it. I express these cocerns would liked to have seen a night comped.

The staff was awful. Not very friendly at all. I’m still waiting to get my deposit back for the three rooms I rented. I called the supposed to be general manager and a desk lady who didn’t want to help at all. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Terrible customer service.

I am writing this review to warn others about the appalling experience my father and I had at this establishment. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff at this hotel were incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Most concerning, they directed religious slurs toward my father during a confrontation. The way they behaved toward him was completely unacceptable and discriminatory. When I attempted to address this behavior and hold them accountable, the staff refused to take responsibility. They explicitly stated that they are not operating as a Quality Inn and are instead "privately owned," using this as an excuse to avoid any standards of conduct. Furthermore, they refused to provide contact information for any corporate office or ownership group where I could file a formal complaint regarding their behavior. If you are looking for a safe, respectful, and professional place to stay, look elsewhere. The complete lack of accountability and the hostile environment here is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking a stay at this location

But isn't the price on Hotels.com advertised by them? I noticed the price on Hotels.com increased during my stay and changed back after I left. I found the employees to be unprofessional, and I felt I was treated unfairly. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
