Eric was very good at communicating. We had car trouble and owners helped us out. House is nicely located, about 30 minutes to many sites. The house has a lot of history and a welcoming family feeling. We enjoyed our long stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Eric is a super host, very attentive, prompt to answer questions, and very nice. We really enjoy our stay at their beautiful property, clean, close to everything, peaceful and quiet. 100 recommend it. Thanks Eric for being so nice with us.

Warm, quaint, comfortable lodging. Heavy snow the entire time but the driveway was kept plowed! Everything we needed for a wonderful family Christmas.

We stayed at the Arnold family home for a few days to hike in the Adirondacks’ fall foliage. The house was beautiful! The perfect location, not too far of a drive from any of our hikes (three brother and Phelps). The layout of the home was perfect for our family of mixed ages (50all the way down to 3 months). We hope to visit again next year! Perhaps a bit longer to get to enjoy the peaceful property around the home.
