Excluding several elevator issues that were sometimes annoying, our experience was great! This was our 4th stay at this property in the past 2 years, and we always look forward to going back. The reception, housekeeping, and food staff are all super nice and personable. Location is easy to get to Oerlikon train station, Migros across the street for snacks, and there is a city bus stop literally 20 steps from the front door. Recommend this property? YES!

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel, which is new and clean, providing a fresh and tidy environment. My overall stat was good. There was a mixup with the Parking. I paid for parking but because they didn’t really make it clear for me on exactly where the spot was, I parked in free parking of another business. They said they still had to charge me because I reserved the hot spot even though they didn’t make it clear on where to park. Breakfast was amazing. The location was amazing. The hotel was very clean. And the train station was only a five minute walk.

Checked in on Monday 26th December 22., there was no shower gel in my room dispenser. Told reception next morning again nothing on Tuesday. Got the shower gel on Wednesday 28th. For Marriott that's absolutely shocking for me. Breakfast I felt was poorly refilled. Had to keep trying the staff that this is missing etc rather then them initiating refills. Very disappointed :(

1. We booked and paid for a 2 beds room. Their cleaning lady has left, they can only give us a 1 king bed room for me and my adult son. 2. Little molding inside shower enclosure. Otherwise, good neighborhood; easy tram and bus nearby; COOP supermarket across the street.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Room size was quite big as compared to the European style. Really excellent location with easy access to train station. Staff was very nice & helpful. Would love to visit again this property on our next visit to Zurich and will suggest our friends too.

Dieses Hotel ist definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer sind ganz ordentlich, aber das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Als wir angekommen sind, hat das ganze Hotel fürchterlich nach Raumspray gestunken. Check-in war freundlich und speditiv, aber alles im allem kein Marriot (Courtyard) sondern eher Ibiz oder ähnlich. Auch das Frühstück für satte CHF 25.-- hat nicht überzeugt, wir haben dann woanders gefrühstückt. War für den Preis leider eine Enttäuschung.

Nice staff and decent hotel. Room wasn't clean at check in (multiple hairs on bed and such) but no cleaning staff were available because it was the weekend at the late evening hours so we had to clean ourselves. We had breakfast at the hotel because we were in a rush, it's 25 CHF per person (~$30 USD) for a buffet style breakfast which was WAY over expensive for the variety offered or the taste (which wasn't bad, but definitely wasn't very good). We will not be returning to this property.

Heating didn’t work on the 3rd floor and that was not addressed after mentioning it. Nicolas is a night manager and Xhensila is a day manager who I dealt with and were great help over the 5 days we were there.

I loved the hotel but the air conditioning situation has to improve. My family and I had a terrible night because we WERE soooo hot!! Woke up sweating. I will try to find another hotel that has air conditioning. This is NOT ok. Such a shame!!!

Front desk is not cooperative. Also check out took a long time. They also didnt return my cash security deposit and instead pushed me to adjust it in the billing. I was running late and didnt want to argue

Sehr tolles Hotel! Vor allem auch die zuvorkommende Hilfsbereitschaft an der Reception ist herauszuheben. Irgendwie hatte ich eine Doppelbuchung (was komisch war). Es wurde aber nicht lang diskutiert sondern alles zu meinen Gunsten gelöst. Dass nenne ich mal Service. Ganz herzlichen Dank, ich komme sicher wieder.

Llegamos al hotel y mi reservación no fue respetada Hoteles.com hizo el cobro de inmediato y no contamos con habitación después de 3 horas de esperar me dieron una habitación en reparación para poder pasar la madrugada con mi familia. Iban a realizar el Reembolso del cobro a mi cuenta por parte del hotel y no lo hicieron. Sigo en proceso de la reclamación

Having stayed in several Oerlikon (North Zurich) Hotels over the years, the Courtyard Marriott is one of the best. The hotel staff are GREAT! The Oerlikon train station is a 5min walk; Bus stop is directly in front of the hotel; A dozen excellent restaurants are all within a 10min walk; A Coop is right across the street (for snacks and goodies); The breakfast buffet is good, and the hotel is very safe, quiet and clean. The suites are pricey and rather small for the cost, but are very nice and well maintained. Will we book this hotel again?... Absolutely!

Great hotel and location. One stop from airport and one spot (other direction from Zurich). Also a stop for longer train trips (eg St Gallen) so don’t need to go into Zurich and change trains. Breakfast was excellent. Few minute walk from station to hotel.

Conveniently located close to the convention center of Oerlikon. Rooms are clean and modern. The bar is good. The gym is super small and lacks essential equipment like mats. It is overall a good choice for a short business trip.

Having stayed in several Oerlikon (North Zurich) Hotels over the years, the Courtyard Marriott is one of the best. The hotel staff are GREAT! The Oerlikon train station is a 5min walk; Bus stop is directly in front of the hotel; A dozen excellent restaurants are all within a 10min walk; A Coop is right across the street (for snacks and goodies); The breakfast buffet is good, and the hotel is very safe, quiet and clean. The suites are pricey and rather small for the cost, but are very nice and well maintained. Will we book this hotel again?... Absolutely!

Vi hadde en 2 netters opphold på hotellet. Bra service.Hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Frokostbuffet er ikke noe å skryte av. Lite utvalg av både varmmat og kald mat.

Beautiful Hotel. Clean environment and great customer service from everyone we meet. Food was so delicious. Dinner was amazing. Waiter Chris was really nice. Breakfast was amazing. Coffee was delicious.

Great hotel and location. One stop from airport and one spot (other direction from Zurich). Also a stop for longer train trips (eg St Gallen) so don’t need to go into Zurich and change trains. Breakfast was excellent. Few minute walk from station to hotel.

Dieses Hotel ist definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer sind ganz ordentlich, aber das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Als wir angekommen sind, hat das ganze Hotel fürchterlich nach Raumspray gestunken. Check-in war freundlich und speditiv, aber alles im allem kein Marriot (Courtyard) sondern eher Ibiz oder ähnlich. Auch das Frühstück für satte CHF 25.-- hat nicht überzeugt, wir haben dann woanders gefrühstückt. War für den Preis leider eine Enttäuschung.

My overall stat was good. There was a mixup with the Parking. I paid for parking but because they didn’t really make it clear for me on exactly where the spot was, I parked in free parking of another business. They said they still had to charge me because I reserved the hot spot even though they didn’t make it clear on where to park. Breakfast was amazing. The location was amazing. The hotel was very clean. And the train station was only a five minute walk.

Nice staff and decent hotel. Room wasn't clean at check in (multiple hairs on bed and such) but no cleaning staff were available because it was the weekend at the late evening hours so we had to clean ourselves. We had breakfast at the hotel because we were in a rush, it's 25 CHF per person (~$30 USD) for a buffet style breakfast which was WAY over expensive for the variety offered or the taste (which wasn't bad, but definitely wasn't very good). We will not be returning to this property.

The Area is nice, and conveniently located to center of City and airport. Would like if the rooms had a couple of cups, not just disposable ones. Breakfast was good.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Everything was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel, we always stay there when in Zurich! Amazing staff , very polite and friendly, great service! The hotel is in Oerlikon , 8 minutes by tram from Zurich city centre (Bahnhofstrasse) and 1 stop by train from the airport! Just across the hotel is a big coop supermarket which is very convenient! Overall, the Zurich Courtyard Marriott is highly recommended with reasonable prices compared to the other hotels in Zurich!!

Staff at front desk were very helpful. Breakfast is too expensive went to Coop for breakfast. Continental breakfast should be offered.
