Let's start with the positives... the gentleman who checked me in couldn't have been nicer. He was efficient, smiling the entire time despite it being well after midnight, and incredibly polite. He offered snacks and got me out the door and into my room quickly. Parking was also on point. A space just outside my room, although a few other guests appeared to have had a couple too many adult beverages before playing their game of who can park worse. Now the room.... I walked in and it was very dark with no lightswitch apparent. Thankfully, the window shades were opened and allowed light to allow me to find the sconces near the bed. The closest one didn't work, so i tried the one around the other side of the bed and that worked. My room was just what you would expect, only far more depressing. A small rickety table with an office chair, the bed, one small nightstand and a dresser with a small tv. I sat at the table for a little bit to enjoy a snack and unwind, and liked around the room. Every thought in my head was that people check in to this room without the intent of checking out. Maybe it's based on one too Quentin Tarantino movies, but the energy in the room was somber and draining. Either way, I climbed into bed, adjusted the two pillows and laid my head down. While not the most comfortable arrangement, i sleep well, got up in the morning and felt refreshed. Checking out was a breeze but i think i left a small part of my soul in the room

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The jacuzzi DOES NOT WORK, there's no gym and the room had bugs. The roaches seemed to be well fed. Also, seedy characters hung outside my room at all hours of the night. Save your money, stay somewhere else!!

Property was in a state of renovation. Construction and dumpsters were present. The room “felt” unclean…but there was no apparent dirt just felt dirty. Bed had a very worn blanket with burn holes in it. Comforter was warm, but had dirt marks. Furniture was very used looking. The property has no amenities. The tv worked and had a good selection of channels. One of my lights needed a new bulb, and the staff responded when told about it. There were unsafe looking people on the property. Hot water was good, water had a poor smell to it. The hotel is is a good commercial area and close to restaurants and shopping.

Washer dryer area has no coin machine, cant get soap from lobby area because machine doesn't dispense it. Had to use shampoo in the washer with my clothes.

Convenient and easy parking

See above ratings. Will never stay in Days Inn again. Hairs on towels, scum in soap dish , dirty floor and furniture. broken lampshades, costruction going on on upper floor of hotel, even after 9:00. Reported to office twice. disgusting!!

Place was a dump buckets in lobby catching leaking water screaming kids not even close to being clean total false advertising an price was way over what you would expect for a smoking hotel that’s advertised as non smoking

I have traveled this entire Country on business for over 10 years with 3 different cities each month. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels, and this is by far the worst I have been to. Absolutely no room service, no trash emptying, no clean towels, soda machines do not work, place is filthly, doors broken, Management that does not care about anything, and the place is for sale, with the help that does not speak english.

I have stayed here a number of time. Close to family and events. Always get a good night's sleep. But couldn't use hair dryer, outlet not working, unable to move dryer to another outlet. They're rebuilding upper deck across the driveway, noisy but necessary, so not complaining about that! I will stay here plenty more times.

Bed bugs and police lights at 3:30 in the morning. Not in a good neighborhood and did I mention the bed bugs???? Don’t stay here!

The room smelled like smoke.

This hotel has too many roaches in the room. It was disgusting.

The room smelled because the carpet looks old there was hair and the bathtub and behind the toilet bowl. The desk with Dusty like they hadn't been wiped and I slept on top of the blanket because the bedding didn't look like it was changed. I'm requesting a refund.

Location is good. Near stores. Room was dirty. The walls, the doors, the furniture. Needs painting and updating. Lamps, were worn and dirty. Lamp shadee had drawing from a child I assume on it. It6winter time and cold air poured through the door. Needs insulation/ weatherstripping.

One of the worst experiences as a "hotel", barely even a motel. More like a one-night-stand place. The bed, the floor, the furniture - everything was disgusting. Furniture was sticky with stains and old drip marks. Room stunk like cigarettes and marijuana for a "nonsmoking" room and staff\'s resolution was to spray airfreshener. Lamp shades, toilet roll holders were broken. Stains on the sheets. Very poorly maintained. The worst part was cockroaches in the room and around the facility. Had to leave and find another place to stay.

Overall, the property was well-maintained. Bedding was comfortable. Tub, commode, sink were clean. Towels were clean & plentiful. The shower curtain was filthy & mildewed & stunk to high heaven; I requested a new one the staff promptly replaced it. The sparse furniture was dirty & sticky. All floors were filthy, baseboards, doors, windowsills. Lamp shades were filthy. The refrigerator was iffy & did not shut properly - luckily, I had some mailing tape. The staff were friendly. One of the housekeepers cleaned the floors upon my request - not in an efficient way - she put a hand towel over a broom & poured a cleaner on the floor - it was still dirty, & then sticky. I didn't spend too much time in the place, only to sleep & shower. I got a good rate from Expedia, so perhaps, if I would have paid more, my room would have been cleaner.

I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. I asked for another room and they came in and thought that spraying it would make a difference but it didn't. The room was also very dirty-looking. Good thing I had Lysol wipes in my car but I shouldn't have had to whip down stuff in my room. The TV also had a line in the middle of it as if somebody dropped it or threw something at it so the picture was not clear. I stayed here years ago and it did not look like it did this past weekend. I was very disappointed. Don't think I will ever book again.

This place was very rundown and unattractive. The furniture looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster. Many lamps in the room did not work. Television had a very poor connection and would shut off every few minutes. There was no toilet paper in the room and i never got any, inspite of several requests. Sheer curtain with no blinds on the window. The toilet paper holder was corroded/moldy/dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the room also.

The first thing entering the room there is a 3 inch step down into the room. Lamp shade on the wall lamp broken/ falling off. Tv had several horizontal white lines in the screen. The towel rack in the bathroom was literally falling off the wall. The bathtub had a stain and no way to plug the tub to take a bath. Stains on the ceiling. The Bathroom door would not close at all no matter how hard you pushed/ pulled. And the Front door had a gap you could see light coming through.

This Days Inn was below Wyndham standard. Minimum lumpy pillows (3) for king-size bed. No chair to lounge in. Lightbulbs missing and outlets hanging of wall.

Not the worst experience ever, but the non smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. There were burn marks on the floor, the walls, and the bedding. The showerhead was basically falling out of the wall and it made loud nosies whenever you used the hot water.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, and I appreciate them. But the room was hot (the AC didn't work well), the bed was lumpy, and the sheets were scratchy.

Honestly, the room was falling apart (lamp shades were torn, one lamp was basically falling off the wall, old nail polish spilled on the furniture, ceilings were tearing up, etc), everything was sticky, we were afraid to not wear shoes/socks in the room/shower. The beds were comfy though and there was a nice tv.

The property is on a very busy road, which is under construction, they are resurfacing the road, all night there were cars and big trucks driving past and making loud noises, we couldn’t sleep much at all.

Room was clean and comfortable. Door kept jamming. Furniture could use some updating.

We got there on time paid in advace we were asked to produce the credit card plus id and the girl was rude and the radio was blasting in my ear and i couldnt hear her and she asked me if i had a problem very ignorantly in front of people then you ask her where the room was and she says around the back not my idea of friendly the place smelled of weed all over and very noisy wont stay there again

There were many bugs in the room, so we went to the front desk. They promised a refund, and we left the hotel. However, they lied and later said the refund was not possible. When we called the hotel again, they got angry and told us to contact Expedia. We contacted Expedia, but they simply said the refund is not possible and closed the case. When we tried calling the hotel again, they blocked our number.

They were great all around I ask for extra pillows and they came right away

Great stay with friendly staff recommending some of the nice place in the surrounding for dinner. Likely to return back next month.

After arriving, we went to our room and was greeted by another guest in our room with the same key. There was no heat or TV service. We were then relocated, without the other guest, to a room next door to a room that was full of folks smoking pot. Our curtain/rod was laying on the floor; so we only had a sheer up to the window. We were leaving early in the morning; so we did not ask to be moved; plus we were worried where they would move us next. We always left our car there while we traveled in the back lot; they DO not offer this service anymore. So at the last minute we had to drive ourselves and rush to airport. This is the first negative review I have ever written; but I had to let anyone know what to expect when they used this hotel. Please choose another hotel.

We stayed for 6 days and they never offered to clean our room, empty our trash or even bring us clean towels. We had to go ask for towels everyday

We were told we would be able to check in early without a fee during the week of from a phone call with management. When we got there they told us we weren’t going to be able to check in early and they still charged us an early check in fee. Staff was unreliable and unfriendly, we will not be staying there again.

The staff was very helpful and my 3 friends had a great time. Transportation was good and my friend was good with it.Cause he is a very picky person.

The room was clean. There was a gentleman cleaning around the outside when I arrived. Check in was friendly. Location was good for me as I was able to get outside and walk. Nice shopping in the area.

This property is old and dirty. It needs to be updated and cleaned, painted, etc. The area was not great, but was close to shopping and restaurants, fast food. For the cost it was not worth it...I had a nicer, cleaner room and spent less at the Econo-lodge the night before. I know sometimes these places are the only lodging in the area you need, but it was disgusting. This chain is owned by a big hotel company. Very disappointed.

This is a good place to have an efficient stay in the area or to go to the Philly airport. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, the location near diners and shops. It is a basic stay with no amrnenities to speak of, but it has what you need for a simple overnight for a good price. Nearby, a mile away, there are cute restaurants in Springfield town.

The photo and description does not match the actual site. I never saw the room. A customer was complaining about her room so I asked could we see our room and the attendant said no, not now. We did not stay and the room was non-refundable. Too much traffic with people coming and going in parking lot. Just did not feel safe.

The location seemed so dangerous once I arrived at the property that I would have cancelled my stay but my reservation was non refundable so I forfeited the rent.

The surrounding area was nice and close to a lot of stores and dining. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. It wasn’t disgusting but definitely could have been cleaned better. Found strings of hair and grit on the floor dust. The mini fridge was dirty and unplugged. I’m assuming they were trying to save on electricity because the lobby had no AC and neither did the area where the vending machines ice and one tiny microwave. We also thought it included breakfast

It was quite during the nights. Enjoy watching the Eagles game it snowed. I ask for 2 additional pillows and received then in minutes. I cable problems maintenance came and resolved the problem in a timely fashion. This is my 5th trip to this location and i live within 5miles. When i want 2 get away I booked my stay at this location. This location is close to everything i only drove once and walked the rest of my 3day stay.

The hotel is a not what is advertised in the website. The blankets were stained, the furnitures were dusty. The toilet was broken, the tub was dirty. The reservation was for 3 people and only gave two towels. They advertised continental breakfast and there was none. For the price paid, hotel was a complete disaster. Do not recommend for a family stay. It is rather a motel to stay a night where someone has nowhere to stay.

Toilet not working right. Torn lampshades. Drawers falling off hinges. No toilet paper holder. No breakfast. Television falling off dresser

The staff was very pleasant and courteous. Room was decent and clean, beds were comfy. I would stay here again. Only things we missed were bar soap in the bathroom, and something in the room providing the Wi-Fi info and a tv channel guide, and maybe a couple of tea bags along with the coffee. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay there again during our next visit to that area.
