Only thing that made it difficult was the parking lot was extremely tight and small for the hotel size. Also the breakfast was subpar.... Looked like they just steamed everything.... Sausage was nooo good. Pool was great!

Room was good. Hall deodorizer are too strong. Construction was loud in room next door. Garage needs access from inside the hotel. Garage door needs to open automatically from the inside. You have to get out of your car and push a button to open it.

We picked this hotel because of the attached restaurant/bar and the night we were there, it was closed because the bartender had called in sick so we would up in nasty weather ordering a pizza in. The pizza was great but it was kinda odd the attached spot wasn't open and we had to settle for delivery especially as you show a pic of the place in your advertising.

Our experience was certainly sub-par. The first thing we noticed was that there were stains on the bedding. Yikes. Makes me feel like they weren’t changed at all from previous stay. I immediately went downstairs and asked for our bedding to be changed, and was asked if we wanted a different room… I didn’t want to be entitled or rude so I politely declined and said the bedding changed would be great. After going outside to grab the remainder of our things I walked back past the front desk and was stoped and handed 2 “extra” hotel “woal” blankets and 2 fitted sheets… So I guess I’m changing the bedding…? Again, not trying to be difficult, I said thanks and went up to the room. These sheets had several pieces of hair throughout them, and too were stained in several places. We just threw some extra blankets on to of the bedding and just gave up. Our floor was not mopped/clean, our bottom of our socks were disgusting. Best part was the pool but it was not heated so the water was freezing… Overall cleanliness is very important to us, perfection is not. Very uncleanly and left a poor impression.

The pictures are NOT what you get. They are working on renovating. However...we did not have a fridge, the AC was extremely loud and barely worked. There is no comfort inn sign, it's an old sign for a Yellowstone inn or something. They are very short staffed for cleaning rooms, bathrooms, staffing front desk and breakfast. The bathrooms in the lobby were disgusting...clearly had not been cleaned in days of not a week. Oh and the elevator....talk about a scary ride! $350 for 2 nights was outrageous! We just needed a place to sleep while getting our kiddo to college.

Big room, but the noise from the pool area came into the room, however the noise stopped at 10 pm. The fitness room equipment did not work well, especially the elliptical machine and the treadmill. It took 3 tries with different key cards by the desk clerk to get into the fitness room. The clerk was friendly and helpful.

I have known this hotel for almost three decades. If I had known I was booking this hotel, I would have found another hotel. This hotel has so much potential but no owner (and it has changed hands many times in 30 plus years) has ever cared, including these new owners. Had to change rooms because I had no hot water, and there were beetles in the room. Moved to a room that had hot water once I realized "hot was cold, cold was hot." I've never stayed in a hotel room that didn't have a toilet paper roll holder! You do get a good size industrial brand toilet paper. Broken window shade, loud and poorly working air/heat. The guest laundry room was atrocious! The customer service rep never greeted me when I passed by - too busy on their cell phones or doing each other's hair in the back room that was visible at the front desk. Breakfast is basic and fine, except the container holding the bread and muffins smelled as if the bread and muffins were spoiled. The pool was never open when I was there, and the customer service rep just shrugged when I asked why. As a friend in the hotel industry said to me, "sounds like a Motel 6 under a Comfort Inn name." It's worth a call to the health department. Certainly not worth your money.

Hotel has the wrong name on the sign (marquee). The elevator sounds like and feels like its going to collapse any second. Most of the third floor is under construction. The room was very spacious to the point that there is an echo in it. Bathroom is nice with a sizable shower just couldn't figure out where the hot water was. All in all the hotel is trying to get get up to the quality that is expected of the the brand, just not there.

This hotel was FILTHY, starting from check till the end. hardwood floors hadnt been mopped, elevator was same, garbage throughout the halls, and in room.... bathroom had not been cleaned, was filthy, couldnt see in mirrors, pretty sure they made the beds with same sheetsr socks were black after walking across floor. Comfort Inn brand should be ashamed to claim this hotel

We stayed November 21-22. The hotel has been newly remodeled and is very nice in the common areas. Rooms and hallways could’ve been cleaned a lot better. The floors were sticky in spots and it needed to be vacuumed. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and glad we stayed there. Would probably stay there again

Our first room had a large yellow stain on the middle of the bed. Hair from animals all over the floor and hair in the beds. It looked like they made the beds but didn’t change linen and didn’t clean. We asked for a different room and it was bad too. Stains on all linens. This hotel was recently remodeled but it looks like they just painted everything white and put wall paper on problem walls. This hotel used to be an icon but it’s falling apart. It’s obvious this was purchased by foreign investors who just wanted to white wash it to look clean and not fix any of the structural issues. Bubbling flooring, damaged walls everywhere, dirty, and it should not be rented until fixed.

Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, cord to open shades was not connected. There was a bag of trash that sat in the hallway for 3 days. It was still there when we checked out. Room was inexpensive, but it was pretty obvious why.

After flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay I booked this for $395 for one night and after booking the rent desk called me to tell me they were short staffed and room would not be cleaned. Got in at 1:30am exhausted to wait 45 mins to check in (person was asleep) and then got to room and it had not been cleaned. Dirty towels and hair in bathroom and everything appeared used. We had to sleep on top of the bed because sheets had not been changed. Disgusting and horrible!

This is not a comfort inn. It was a yellowstone park inn, virtually a motel and in bad shape, under remodel. I would’ve never have booked if it was called that name and not a Comfort Inn cause I know comfort in can give you. I am very sure at this point you pull the wool over her eyes. Had no refrigerator, I asked to bring extra ice buckets up so he keeps up cold that never happened. The phone didn’t work either pick it up. It was silenced. It just was a bad place overall and the Wi-Fi also didn’t work. It worked in the lobby, but not in your room.

This hotel was creepy as hell. Smelled liked overly powerful glade plug ins trying to cover up something. Our room was large but ac was loud and did not work well. Our room had adjoining door that had no doorknob they stuffed toilet paper in the hole (pic below). Sounded like people next door were in our room talking. We paid 130.00 for night way above what this place is worth. We woke up early next morning and got the hell out!

Well the hotel room was not clean. It has a dirty tub and floor of bathroom not clean as well. The hotel had a lot of patched up areas in the room. There was fridge or microwave when it should have had one. The air conditioner did not work at all the first room and was moved to a different room. The air conditioner in the second room did not work properly as it was very loud and kept me up, did not sleep well. Hotel has the wrong name on the sign (marquee). The elevator sounds like and feels like its going to collapse any second. Most of the third floor is under construction. The room was very spacious to the point that there is an echo in it. Bathroom is nice with a sizable shower just couldn't figure out where the hot water was. After flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay I booked this for $395 for one night and after booking the rent desk called me to tell me they were short staffed and room would not be cleaned. Got in at 1:30am exhausted to wait 45 mins to check in (person was asleep) and then got to room and it had not been cleaned. Dirty towels and hair in bathroom and everything appeared used. We had to sleep on top of the bed because sheets had not been changed. Disgusting and horrible!

TV did not work, air conditioner was absurdly noisy, there was a gaping hole where the room refrigerator was supposed to be. Reported these concerns to front desk staff at check out. We booked for 4 people and were only given 2 towels. I'm sure we could have asked for more, but we didn't. The sheets and towels had hair stuck to them. We went right to the motel, but the sign said "Yellowstone" motel rather than it's new listing "Comfort Inn and Suites". We finally called and were told we were at the right place. There was no address post on the building. It ended up a good stay.

First of all there was not a Comfort Inn sign nowhere to be found like was shown on Expedias website.It smelt so bad inside that I could not take it,plus it looked dirty outside.We did not stay at this place,I could not get a refund because I booked that morning--we went next door to that hotel and stayed.I would not recommend.

We picked this hotel because of the attached restaurant/bar and the night we were there, it was closed because the bartender had called in sick so we would up in nasty weather ordering a pizza in. The pizza was great but it was kinda odd the attached spot wasn't open and we had to settle for delivery especially as you show a pic of the place in your advertising.

Renovated hotel that was chic and clean! The room was on the 2nd floor and we discovered that the shower pressure was very low on hot/very warm. Made for a very short and uncomfortable shower. All the staff were very nice. However, breakfast gets a D-. We arrived an hour before breakfast stopped. No plates, forks, bacon, sausage, butter etc. The hotel was filled with people. One poor girl was running around trying to get things taken care of. I asked if she was the only one working and she said "yes". She was running from the front desk to the breakfast room trying to get things out. I felt terrible for her!! Definitely a management issue. We had breakfast at another restaurant.

The bed was slanted to the side. I didn’t realize until the middle of the night that it was a structural problem and not just an old mattress. The tv wasn’t working when we checked in, but the desk person came up to the room to help us. The toilet seat was broken, the toilet paper had to sit on the counter because there was not a dispenser, and the only garbage can was in the bathroom. The wall AC unit was loud and never got the room cool enough for the fan on auto to stop. The coffee machine at breakfast was not good and the sugar packets were lumpy. The only highlight was that they are still providing a top sheet and not following the recent trend to cut corners by only providing a fitted sheet and a comforter.
