Eines der besten Hotels, die ich bisher besucht habe. Super schöne Zimmer und Anlage. Stielvoll eingerichtet, extrem sauber. Eines der besten Hotelgyms, in denen ich bisher war. Der Service ist wirklich sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Außenanlage mittlerweile etwas abgewohnt ist. Vermutlich auch einfach durch das Wetter vor Ort. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

This place is just wonderful. Amazing staff, surroundings, the food and all of the facilities. Beautiful place to stay. Loved our breakfasts by the pool. The staff is so attentive and remembered our names at all times. It has been a real pleasure to stay here. Spa treatments are so good, loved my facial. The gym is also very nice and spacious. The hotel offers a lot of activities which is very nice when you are having a bit longer stay. Thank you very much for beautiful memories for our honeymoon!

Our stay at the Potato Head was superb! Good location away from the hustle and bustle outside which was only a short golf buggy trip from the lobby. Our ocean facing studio was spacious, with a great view and a really comfortable bed. The in-room cocktail bar was a welcome surprise! It felt quiet when we first got there and plenty of poolside Bali beds to use. The beach club is close enough to wonder into as you want to. We dipped in and out as we fancied. Overall, the Potato Head really stands out as a contemporary yet luxurious place to stay. It’s not often that I recommend somewhere but this place is exceptional.

Brilliant concept, outstanding service. From welcoming until farewell, all staffs in all areas were all on-hand and ready to assist you. Would love to spend more nights here, definitely will be back again. Facilities are amazing, the gym equipment is well maintained, pool is clean, sunbed is always well prepared, cleaned and tidied up for the next guest with the staffs standing by to help you.

The plant-based cheese focaccia was a standout dish. The staff's attentiveness and helpfulness are unmatched; they provide a five-star experience. The rooms are great, with excellent quality. However, the general cleanliness of the pools could be improved, and some of the furniture in public areas, such as the daybeds around the pool, needs to be replaced. They look a little tired now. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and we can't wait to visit again.

Resort was very clean. Food was great. However daybeds were usually full even on guest only side. Very overcrowded at beach club and service was slow at times for simple orders (food came before drinks had arrived). When we checked out they would not let our Gojek taxi come to the lobby and we had to shuttle all the way to the gate.

Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Limited menu for coeliac (gluten free) used external restaurants at night for dinner. Arrived early due to flight time and no facilities for early arrivals. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Spa facilities were fantastic and the treatments offered were availed of.

A very artistically designed hotel with a beach club. The bathroom in my suite could have been cleaner but overall it was very nice. There is some noise from neighbouring hotels during the day. Food options are great. The area can get busy due to non-residents who are visiting the beach club.

Amazing sustainable hotel. Very clean, amazing pools and facilities. Everyone is so lovely. Worth the $$$ as you get multiple perks, even a CHECK-OUT BRACELET made from recycled plastics!!

We were really disappointed with this hotel in terms of amenities, dining, and general up keep of the hotel. Hotel felt old and a lot of the furniture was so tired and outdated. Ripped couches, worn out chairs, stained furniture. Just not what we expected. Would not rate it although the staff were very friendly.

데사 스튜디오 룸을 이용했는데, 객실이 너무 불편하고, 좁고, 샤워실과 세면대, 변기가 모여있는 공간이 너무너무 불편하다. 그 외공간도 두명이 사용하기에는 무리가 있다. 발코니도 사람이 한명 서있을 정도로 협소하고, 불편하다. 가장 문제는 수질이다. 샤워필터를 설치하고 단 한차례만 샤워기를 사용해도, 흰색필터가 진한 붉은색으로 변할 정도로, 발리의 다른 리조트들보다 수질이 극악의 수준이다.

The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

Outstanding hotel and service. We stayed in the suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very attentive. Breakfast is great. They have some cool experiences I recommend trying like sound healing, pharmacy and Akademi. The dome is highly recommended for dinner. Overall, I am not surprised this hotel was ranked among the 50 best in the world.

The hotel service and staff are phenomenal, amazing and helpful in every way! Beach club is fun and nice, breakfast includes great options and smoothies. Room service had amazing food, so many options and quick delivery. Many restaurants walking distance or a 2 minute drive away. Location is the best you can get, very walkable and next to everything. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room lighting was dim and the mattress is hard like a rock. Maybe a 20 minute nap won’t feel bad, but sleeping on that for 6-8 hours is back breaking. Other than that the hotel is fantastic, if they change the mattress or had less firm options I’d stay again.

I have just checked out of Potato Head Suites & Studios having had the most amazing time. Everything about my stay was simply perfection. Probably one of the best places to stay! The staff is genuinely friendly and wants to know who you are so they can best serve you. They ensure that we are always feeling at home and comfortable during our stay. Providing the upmost service from complimentary welcome drinks, 2nd service, top tier food and beverage, and so much more. This stay hands down has been the best experience of my trip and will reminisce about this experience for years to come. The Potato Head family has welcomed me and my partner as if it was their home making this trip special and memorable.

We have just stayed here for the third time. We love this hotel. We stay for the healthy food which is available and because we rate the service here as second to none. My partner left her swimsuit at the beach club inside her towel after getting changed. When the hotel manager from the Suites found out that we had lost it she had all the staff hunting around the towel bins until they found it. The staff just go the extra mile here. We plan on coming again.

This property is top notch. The service is exemplary, from the servers at breakfast, to the front desk staff and the cleaners. It was the best service I experienced in Bali. The amenities in the rooms were amazing with the little free extras really make it feel like a 5 star. The food was delicious too! The breakfast was amazing! You could order all you wanted with no limitations. The room was large and comfortable and the bed and pillows as well. This was my favorite place in Seminyak!

What an amazing place right in front of the beach with a young and vibrant vibe. Perfect location, great and inexpensive restaurants, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Loved this place, if I ever come back to Seminyak I’ll stay here. I wish I had spent more time here.

A very artistically designed hotel with a beach club. The bathroom in my suite could have been cleaner but overall it was very nice. There is some noise from neighbouring hotels during the day. Food options are great. The area can get busy due to non-residents who are visiting the beach club.

Potato Head is a great location for seeing the more social side of Bali. It's in the heart of Seminyak, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. PH is clean, the decor is awesome, and the pool has beautiful view of the beach. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making me feel right at home despite me being thousands of miles away. I enjoyed my stay there and visit again.

The property has a Beach Club which is excellent and as a hotel guest we got a free day bed each day. They also upgraded us to a suite, which included a free one time usage of all the drinks in the bar. Location of hotel is also in the best part of Seminyak for other dining and entertainment venues.

Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Limited menu for coeliac (gluten free) used external restaurants at night for dinner. Arrived early due to flight time and no facilities for early arrivals. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Spa facilities were fantastic and the treatments offered were availed of.

Potato Head was a DREAM hotel for our honeymoon. We actually didn't enjoy Seminyak very much as we are not big party people but Potato Head was like a perfect oasis with some partying if we wanted! Everything is thought of, from activities included or for a very reasonable fee, takeaway eco-friendly amenities, and super friendly and genuine staff. We ended up staying for 5 nights in total because we loved it so much. 100% the best choice we could have made. There's a reason people love this hotel. Nothing but good stuff to say. Also I will say I think Tanaman, the vegan restaurant on site is massively overlooked because it's vegan but the breakfast is SO GOOD and they even have their own homemade coconut milk with cinnamon??? Don't miss it. Take me back, right now.

Outstanding hotel and service. We stayed in the suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very attentive. Breakfast is great. They have some cool experiences I recommend trying like sound healing, pharmacy and Akademi. The dome is highly recommended for dinner. Overall, I am not surprised this hotel was ranked among the 50 best in the world.
