Liberty Park Hotel South Beach

Staff was great, hotel is outdated, no hot water for my shower, room was clean.

OK for business close to the Convention Center

Great location, easy walk to explore South Beach. Easy check-in, check-out. We spent 2 nights here before our 6 night cruise out of Miami. Got a really good price as well, since I booked the room 6 months before the cruise.

Very disappointing check-in experience. Despite booking two rooms under the same name and called the morning before we arrived to have the room adjacent to each other. When we got there we were on opposite side of the building- even though I explained again we have kid it did really matter. The check-in process was slow and the front desk staff provided no explanation or guidance, just handed us the keys. We had to ask a staff member for directions, which was difficult due to a lack of language barrier. Overall poor communication and a lack of consideration for family.
