A 5 minutes de l'autoroute E40 sans aucune nuisance. Les chambres doubles sont des petites suites avec vue au loin sur le Pays de Herve, la SDB mériterait une petite rénovation. Grand centre wellness accessible gratuitement le jour d'arrivée et le jour de départ même après le check-out. Belle piscine extérieure avec transat, possibilité de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse face à la piscine extérieure. Grand parking extérieur gratuit devant l'hôtel.

Der große Vorteil dieses Hotels ist sein kostenloses Wellnessangebot. Es wurde angekündigt, dass es wegen Renovierungsarbeiten für 15 Tage geschlossen sein würde. Das Wetter war sehr heiß, der große Außenpool mit Liegestühlen entschädigte dafür, da er sich in der Nähe der Bar befindet und man absolut nicht den Eindruck hat, 3 Minuten von einer Autobahnausfahrt entfernt zu sein. Der Blick ist klar auf das Tal, ohne dass man die Autobahn erreichen kann.

Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, salle de bain avec baignoire et seche-cheveux. Service impeccable, accueil chaleureux. Petit dejeuner complet juste petit bemol pour l omelette qui semble etre de la poudre d oeuf pas tres bon et manque j is d orange pressé. Côté spa, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine du jacuzzi du hamman et du sauna. C etait parfait merci

Al met al een beetje teleur stellend. De wellness sterk gedateerd en de sauna en het stoombad werkte niet. Het zwembad was prima. De kamers een beetje muffig en ongezellig. Ontbijt goed verzorgd, maar een sfeerloze ouderwetse eetzaal. Personeel was erg vriendelijk.

This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately the experience was not as good as last time. The room had not been cleaned properly — the toilet was not clean, and a used sugar stick had been left behind. The facilities also felt outdated, and voices from the hallway could be heard very clearly inside the room. At breakfast, the dishes were not fully prepared at the starting time, and it took a while before everything was ready. The layout was also inefficient: the coffee machine and food stations were not arranged to match the flow of people, which caused multiple lines to form and made the process less smooth.

Ganz schrecklich, Schimmel im Zimmer, total runtergekommen. Ich bin Beruflich sehr viel unterwegs und Übernachte mehr als 50 Nächte im Hotel. Aber das geht gar nicht. Die Bilder sagen mehr als Worte. Vom Hotel kam eine standardmäßige Antwort vom Inhaber bei Google. Nie wieder.

An der Unterkunft war die Lage und der Preis gut, ich würde dieses Hotel in 3 Sternen beurteilen. Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat waren leider die Roststellen in der Dusche, bzw. die Haare auf dem Teppich.

Ernüchterndes Erlebnis. Netter CheckIn. Leider mit Rechenfehlern bei der Abrechnung, der Service am Buffet mal gut, mal richtig unfreundlich (Vorsicht vor dem grauen Mann). Ein Hotel schätzungsweise aus den 70ern, sehr viel Schimmel, Wasserschäden, verstopfte Leitungen, daher recht übler Geruch, dazu Zigarettenrauch obwohl Nichtraucher, Sauna und Wellness auf 70er Jahre Niveau, aber bemüht. Leider überall Feuchtigkeit, Flecken, Schimmel. Eine 3. klassige Fussballmannschaft mit LV Habdtaschen war dem Frühstückspersonal wichtiger, als die Gäste. Schade. Sehr ernüchternde Tage. Busverbindung in die Stadt ist gut. Ausblick ist gut. Ruhig ist es. Einfache Betten - aber bequem.

高速道路沿いのエコノミーなホテル。とにかく安く泊まれたら良い人には何の問題もなし。街から離れた丘の上にあって、駐車場が無料で広々としてるのが良い。レセプションは庶民的な対応。高級感は無いが、決して失礼な対応ではない。最初にあてがわれた部屋はタバコ臭かったのですぐ変えてもらった。次の部屋はニオイなし。部屋は広々としていて、確かに古びてはいるが清潔。廊下の音はまる聞こえ。風呂はシャワーの勢いがとても良くて素晴らしい。ただし、浴槽にカーテンが無く、漏れた水は脱衣場から部屋の絨毯まで浸食する。朝食とスパ施設は利用せず。総じて客の求める目的を選ぶホテル。自分には何の差し支えも無かった。

Chambre spacieuse, propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Le seul bémol : très mal isolée, on entend les gens de l’étage supérieur marcher et toutes les conversations dans le couloir ou des chambres voisines (et nous sommes malheureusement tomber avec d’autres voyageurs très bruyants ce qui nous a réveillé à plusieurs reprises dans la nuit…).

Chambre spacieuse, propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Le seul bémol : très mal isolée, on entend les gens de l’étage supérieur marcher et toutes les conversations dans le couloir ou des chambres voisines (et nous sommes malheureusement tomber avec d’autres voyageurs très bruyants ce qui nous a réveillé à plusieurs reprises dans la nuit…).

Le personnel n’est pas chaleureux. J’ai eu une chambre avec problème télé. Quand j’ai appelé la réception pour annoncer le problème et demander une solution la réceptionniste me dis elle n’est pas magicienne pour réparer la télé. Une drôle de façon de parler au client. Le petit déjeuner reste très limité pour un 4*. Le resto est très correct. D’une manière générale j’ai l’impression qu’ils son forces à travailler ou mal payé pour être aussi démotivé.

J'avais réservé 2 chambres, une pour mon papa pour sa nuit de noce et une chambre pour mon mari et moi. J'avais bien démandé à l'hôtel si c'était possible de décorer la chambre de mariés car je voulais leur faire une surprise. Il m'ont rassuré que ça sera fait. Le soir même, au souper, la serveuse a eu la mal adresse en servant le marié de verser le vin sur les habits du marié. Ils se sont excusés en promettant de nettoyer ces habits le lendemain. Seulement le lendemain, ils nous disent désolé, ils n'ont pas de pressing, s'ils doivent envoyer au pressing ça prendra une semaine or que le sejour était de 3 jours. Bref, c'est rester à notre charge. De plus, les lits sont inconfortable car il y a des roulettes sans cal moindre mouvement le lit roule. Nous avons dû mettre le matelas à terre pour dormir. bouloir dans la chambre en panne....pour ne citer que celà....plus JAMAIS dans cet hôtel

J'avais réservé 2 chambres, une pour mon papa pour sa nuit de noce et une chambre pour mon mari et moi. J'avais bien démandé à l'hôtel si c'était possible de décorer la chambre de mariés car je voulais leur faire une surprise. Il m'ont rassuré que ça sera fait. En déplacement professionnel, je me suis arrêté 2 jours dans cet hôtel et je ne le regrette pas. L'accueil est agréable avec un personnel souriant et disponible. La chambre est très spacieuse, propre et la cerise sur le gâteau l'espace bien-être (spa, piscine, hammam, sauna et une salle de sport). Le jeune homme de cet espace entretient très bien les locaux et il explique son fonctionnement. Je recommande sans aucune retenue cet établissement. A bientôt

Liked really the spa part of the hotel, pretty big for a smaller Hotel I would say. The pool was really nice, not to cold( indoor ) and the outdoor pool was also nice. rooms where pretty big and nothing was missing. Bed was on wheels, was kinda funny tbh. The check in went perfect and the stuff was really helpfull with some tips for the next day and really lovely! What was kinda a shame, the cleaning stuff came in our room, altough the no disturbe sign was at the door. We told the hotelstaff and they were shocked as well, so not to blame them! At the Bar a glas just used from someone else was held under the water for a sec before given to me. This should not happen. There is free parking, but 4 of the 6 rows were closed of because some people were coming to play tennis, the next afternoon. Was on the last night, but still somehow strange. We stayed for 4 nights, all in all it was good, 7/10 :)

The personeel were very friendly and helpfull. On our 2nd day we were too late for breakfast but it was no problem for the lady at the reception,we got what we wanted and could sit in the bar to eat,no rushing us to finish,we have not found that in other hotels .

A 5 minutes de l'autoroute E40 sans aucune nuisance. Les chambres doubles sont des petites suites avec vue au loin sur le Pays de Herve, la SDB mériterait une petite rénovation. Grand centre wellness accessible gratuitement le jour d'arrivée et le jour de départ même après le check-out. Belle piscine extérieure avec transat, possibilité de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse face à la piscine extérieure. Grand parking extérieur gratuit devant l'hôtel.

Der große Vorteil dieses Hotels ist sein kostenloses Wellnessangebot. Es wurde angekündigt, dass es wegen Renovierungsarbeiten für 15 Tage geschlossen sein würde. Das Wetter war sehr heiß, der große Außenpool mit Liegestühlen entschädigte dafür, da er sich in der Nähe der Bar befindet und man absolut nicht den Eindruck hat, 3 Minuten von einer Autobahnausfahrt entfernt zu sein. Der Blick ist klar auf das Tal, ohne dass man die Autobahn erreichen kann.

Outdated, out of the way location! Shower flooded the bathroom and room! Staff was excellent but weird to see staff smoking at the front entrance! Beds were comfortable! A/c worked great! No shoppette to purchase water or snacks! Beer and food were good!

Hôtel à recommander pour plusieurs nuits, très bien situé à côté d'une sortie d'autoroute mais sans voir l'autoroute ni l'entendre, au calme et en sécurité. Très grand spa où tout fonctionne très bien. Grand parking gratuit. Restaurant, bar ouvert toute l'après-midi et en soirée. Les membres du personnel participent à un séjour agréable. Le matelas de la chambre 228 devrait être remplacé.

This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately the experience was not as good as last time. The room had not been cleaned properly — the toilet was not clean, and a used sugar stick had been left behind. The facilities also felt outdated, and voices from the hallway could be heard very clearly inside the room. At breakfast, the dishes were not fully prepared at the starting time, and it took a while before everything was ready. The layout was also inefficient: the coffee machine and food stations were not arranged to match the flow of people, which caused multiple lines to form and made the process less smooth.

Schwimmbad und Sauna war geschlossen. Keine Information vor der Anreise. An mehreren Tagen war ein Reisebus mit Urlaubern im Hotel. Beim Frühstück nur chaotisches Durcheinander. Bufett viel zu klein, war sofort leer und alle warteten das nachgefüllt wurde.

Værelset var utrolig lydt fra gangen. De kunne ligeså godt stå lige ved siden af en. Sengene var elendige. Tynde madrasser som feltmadrasser og man kunne mærke alle fjedrene i madrassen.

We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it wasn’t even worthy of 1 star. The rooms smelled absolutely awful, and the hotel was extremely old and dirty. The restaurant was filthy, and the beds smelled terrible. We booked two rooms, and both had exactly the same problems. It was impossible not to notice pet hair all over the carpets. At breakfast, one of the female employees was not wearing gloves. She collected used dishes and then refilled the food without using gloves. She even handled the slices of cheese with her bare hands when placing them onto another plate. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and staying at this hotel was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried to contact Hotels.com to explain the situation and make a complaint, but I couldn’t reach them either. After this experience, I will never book another hotel through Hotels.com again.
