Horrible stale tobacco smell in everything, a peephole was burned into the curtains, and the towels were so filthy that I don't even think they were washed. The ancient fridge needed a defrosting because its walls were caked in an inch or two of ice. Iron security gates surrounded the property and made it feel like a prison. Birds made nests in the 1980's security cameras which were probably fake decoys cameras anyway. An obviously stolen bicycle that was spray painted and held together with tape was left outside my door and a random weirdo knocked on my door then left. The whole place was extremely sketchy, but on the bright side there was a Sonic and a Waffle House, plus Kroger across the street.

The bed was awful. Every time you move the mattress moved too. 2 pillows were thin. Could not sit and watch T.V. comfortably. I would not recommend this hotel. Lots of shady people staying or living there.They moved around at night and were noisy. Went by one room #336 that was being worked on and a strong smell of marijuana was there with door open. Just a place for riff rats and vagrants. The website pictures do not match what you see when you get there. Looks like its under construction everywhere. Then the rain came and guy was on roof fixing leaks that were visible on the upstairs walkway. Office even had leaks going on.Not a very well maintained property. There was a puddle of water at the foot of the bed. Did not see where it came from. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Property says there is WIFI, laundry and 24/7 front desk. none of this is true. This is a filthy establishment, the operators NIKI and PETER are not able to help you with anything, there is no housekeeping. Linens and towels are dirty and threadbare. there are massive problems with crime, cockroaches in the room and general lack of cleanliness of the rooms, premises and basic amenities do not exist. People who are coming to visit the area for tourism or family - this is not the place for you. If you want to use/sell drugs, or are coming for a low-budget prositute - this appears to be a solid choice for nefarious activity.

Positive-quick check in. It went down from there. Horrible getting to the property due to construction. Only one way in/out. Room was big but a/c unit poured out water onto the floor while using it. Broken toilet lid and it kept running after flushing. Only 1 towel and 1 hand cloth in room. Towel was old, frayed and had holes in it. Asked guy at counter for a second towel 45 minutes later (told me 15 minutes) got 6 wash cloths because housekeeping department was locked and he couldn’t get in. Won’t be staying here again.

Staff was professional and friendly when I checked in. The motel condition was poor by my standards. I would also questions how safe it was in this area. If your run out of better options at least it's a bed so you sleep, maybe.

They kept bothering my motel room regardong my service dog and telling me to leave or theyll call the Cops on us so i had to leave early with no refund when theres a sign clearly stating they can have serivce dogs but no pets 😒 i lost money at this place is they let you use the vending machine and washer and dryer knowing its doesnt work and they tell you those are from third party vendors

They don't clean there rooms, had roachs in every corner of the room and dirt/crumbs. The countertops, sink were dirty. My young son found a thong that had been left there BECAUSE THEY DONT CLEAN ...this place need to be ashamed of how they keep there rooms.

The room was filthy, the front window looked like it had not been cleaned in years, there was food crumbs on the microwave, the bathroom counter was not clean, the tub was not clean, even the door handles were dirty. In addition the bedspreads were dirty and had holes in them. When we first got to our room, the key would not open the door. After the manager came and tried several times to open the door, he said he was going to call maintenance. Three hours later no maintenance had arrived. After getting the manager to let us in again, we got our things and went to another motel!

Price might be kind of cheap, but way to high for this place ill pay pess than 50 dollars the night didnt like it at all, request a room free smoke and smelled Marie Jane all around outside and inside the room, blankets where stained and have sights of been burned. Towels where old and floor was terrible dirty.

got there the place seemed ok, the room was disgusting but it was 1 am & i have 3 small children so we decided to take off their blankets and use our own to sleep. couldnt shower everyone due to insufficient towels and the office guy "not having access to laundry room or where they store the towels". By the time we laid down it was nearly 2am & i had just fell asleep when i heard my 3 year old wake up screaming. The roaches were on his face and body in the bed with him as well as my two year old. NEEDLESSS TO SAY i packed up my 3 babies and left at 3am to find somewhere decent to sleep. the lady in the office

This was probably the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at and their staff has TERRIBLE customer service. The very first night we stayed the lady at the front told me to give her 15 minutes to get the room ready. When we got in there it was nasty. They literally remade the beds with used dirty sheets/blankets, that you could obviously tell they had been used. The towels they gave us were literally used and CRUSTY. The shower curtain was cover in mold. When I asked for new towels, I didn't get them until the night before I checked out, I stayed 3 nights. I had asked for new sheets and a blanket, was rudely given a sheet but the housekeeper completely refused to give me a blanket. The door had a massive gap in it so it was freezing every night, there was two different used bandaids stuck to the furniture and the battery was pulled from our smoke detector.

For the price it was about what you’d expect. Had no microwave, I mentioned it on day 2 and was told they’d bring one I checked out on day 4 still no microwave. Water bugs are unacceptable!

Checked in because we had plumbing issues at home The room smelled like smoke my girlfriend is allergic too smoke, was not clean, door did not lock right, was dirty, was told we could check in at 2 was not able too until 3. We left after an hour because of the smell. I want my money back.

Didn’t have basic stuff like remote to TV. Water pressure in sink was low. Don’t get me started on the bed linens with cigarette holes in it, but stressing to ME not to smoke in the room and I don’t even smoke.

There is nowhere to hang clothes and no hangers. There is only one trash can. No drinking glasses or coffee. The bedsheets were not clean and there was no hair dryer.

I only stayed for 1 night. I didnt expect much for the price i paid. Hotel room was bare bones. I got a non smoking room but it still smelled of cigarette smoke. Some channels didn't work on tv. The hotel staff needs to pick up some of the litter on the ground. But the hotel is close to some restaurants and stores..

My son and I stayed here for about 3 weeks or so and it was a pleasant stay overall. The beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was consistent. The only down fall was every 11 days you will have to change rooms! Best part of our stay was MS NANCY the hotel manager!!!! She was soooooo nice and sweet to us!!!! She had a smile and friendly attitude every time i had to go into the front office. We DEFINITELY will be staying here again :)
My son and I stayed here for about 3 weeks or so and it was a pleasant stay overall. The beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was consistent. Staff lady who was at reception desk was extremely rude . When I walked in the establishment there was a husky gentleman speaking with the receptionist. She did not greet me , she made me shout out my phone number while a stranger was in the room. She even shouted my room door number out. When I tried to ask her a question she ignored me & even rolled her eyes. She put my safety at risk. Something which she is to ensure .

The lady who works the front office here is the worst, most disrespectful woman I've ever encountered working at a motel. She makes the term "hospitality" seem like a joke. She was rude, and made sure that i knew how utterly inconvenienced she was by having to speak with me, every single time. That someone like her works in this industry blows my mind. Her misery is palpable, and really sad.

Booked a room on the wrong night and the desk lady was extremely rude and didn’t try to help out my situation at all. It was at 5 am and all I wanted was to check in early. I was left with nowhere to stay at 5 am.

Terrible service!! We booked a room and we paid for it and when we arrived they didn't let us into the room in the middle of the night, we couldn't find another hotel and we had to sleep in the car!! I don't go again.

I got at this property at 2 o'clock in the morning. Let them know that I made reservation with booking the owner to this place told me they do not do third-party and that that was none of their business or their problem that they do not do go through a third-party that they was not going to Let me stay there unless I paid at the property

One of the WORST stays I've had at America's Best Value Inn in Garland. The girl at the desk upon my arrival was very RUDE and lacked professionalism as well as a lack of customer service skills. Especially after asking to honor their own policies. Upon arriving to the room after going to grab some dinner, when I walked through the door I was hit with an immediate slap in the face of stale, funky air to which I blew off as the air not being on. So I continued to check out the room and I find the tub and bathroom dirty, a used dry towel hanging from the back of the bathroom door, mirror unclean and streaked with handprints. On top of many hair balls on the floor, a floor that was sticky and unswept let alone mopped from the looks of it days had passed. Not too mention the fact that behind the room door in the corner was from the looks of it a pile of fish food or some kind of pellets. So I try to call the office a few times as well as go down there, ALL of which was a waste of time as it was too late to change rooms do to being booked! Now I've stayed at this hotel several times through the years and again this is the ABSOLUTE WORST stay I've had at the hotel!

Not too familiar with the area so when I drove up I immediately asked for a refund. The desk person was rude. I told her that I was not going to stay because the area was unsafe. She said that I had to contact Expedia for a refund. She was getting loud with me when I explained that there were people sitting outside the rooms doing drugs. And waking into the office just to get here was unsafe. She said she couldn't do anything about it. All this time she stood behind a locked door with a small window from the inside of the lobby.

Positive-quick check in. It went down from there. Horrible getting to the property due to construction. Only one way in/out. Room was big but a/c unit poured out water onto the floor while using it. Broken toilet lid and it kept running after flushing. Only 1 towel and 1 hand cloth in room. Towel was old, frayed and had holes in it. Asked guy at counter for a second towel 45 minutes later (told me 15 minutes) got 6 wash cloths because housekeeping department was locked and he couldn’t get in. Won’t be staying here again.

Staff was professional and friendly when I checked in. The motel condition was poor by my standards. I would also questions how safe it was in this area. If your run out of better options at least it's a bed so you sleep, maybe.

I only stayed for 1 night. I didnt expect much for the price i paid. Hotel room was bare bones. I got a non smoking room but it still smelled of cigarette smoke. Some channels didn't work on tv. The hotel staff needs to pick up some of the litter on the ground. But the hotel is close to some restaurants and stores..

Homeless people camp around property and look in vehicles. Room is disgusting and had dirty sheets on top of dead bugs piled in a corner.bathroom was also dirty and stained.

There place is horrible. There were at least two families that live there. Area is not comfortably at all. I dont kniw what missed to choose this prices. Hotels.com please remove this off the list Music & loud talk up to 11pm. Never never again. The floor was dirty. It needed a mopnot just a broom. I hate to think what that was on the floor..gross!!!!!!

Horrific. The non smoking rooms all smell heavily like smoke. There were blood stains, holes, large black stains, and words drawn with a pen all over the bed comforter. They kept putting an “I’ll be back in 10 minutes” sign on the lobby door multiple times and is never back in 10 minutes and took me over an hour waiting in the parking lot just to check in and was put up every time after someone would check-in. The only good part was the guy working at the front desk was very kind to me and even refunded my money. I’m still in shock over what I saw.

Upon arriving we had to wait thirty minutes before the receptionist would start getting the paperwork together. It took a while to get the room key and when we made it there the room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was trash all over and the sheets were only half pulled from the bed along with the floor being sticky still. We went back to get a change of room and the second key did not unlock the door. The clerk said that we were not opening the door correctly but we could not get in. After that we said we weren't going to stay since we had already been waiting over an hour and a half to get into the room. She said they cannot do refunds and we would just be out the money. She tried to offer us a single bed instead.

I ordered my room online so I could get there and rest after a long drive. When I got there she said I ordered online I needed to wait 45 mins. I waited I got the key and then went to pick up my husband from work. We got to the room tired. The room was dirty food stacked up one bed messed up the other not so much no towels the trash was full. I went down nobody would come to the office. We used our blanket over one of the beds and slept their because we had to work at 5 am I will never go back

The bed cover had smoking holes in it...the door didn't stay shut when you left the room...saw at least 1 cockroach...the window covering would not cover the window...and the tub had damage to it.
