Overall nice and comfortable hotel. One of the reasons we chose this was because of the hot tub and pool. But the hot tub is closed and the pool is quite cold.

The worst stay of our lives. The hotel is currently under construction which is great because the place is disgusting. Mold was on the ceiling and under the couch. The air conditioning in the room would not cool off the room. The door to the room would often not unlock even with a valid key card. It would get stuck. The bathroom door knob got stuck and my husband could not get out of the bathroom. The actual door knob came completely off. We found a moldy pillow under the couch that our daughter was planning to sleep on. The only reason we picked this hotel was because it had an indoor gym, pool and hot tub. Both the gym and hot tub were closed. Breakfast was terrible. Don’t stay here. Don’t waste your money.

I was in the handicap accessible room. When I saw it was right across from the indoor pool, I expected it to be noisy. I was wrong! It was well insulated, and even though we knew there were kids playing there, we didn't hear a thing in our room. We were able to park right by our room and use the rear entrance accessed by our room key. The only issue I had was that both the ext hallway and pool doors would hang and not close properly unless forcibly shut. That is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. The bed was comfortable. However, the chair and sofa were much too low for me to use; I would not have been able to get up from them. The pneumatics on the desk chair did not work, so even though I raised it to a usable level, it gradually sank when I sat in it, making it necessary to have help getting up.

They advertised a fitness center and hot tub. Fitness center was “closed for maintenance” yet the machines were on. The hot tub had been boarded over- they should remove it from amenities. Overall - place rundown. Carpet torn in room. Lobby seems fine but the pool area and rooms are very dated and need repair.

One end of the floor we were on was cut off with hanging plastic from use. With no work going on. Doors, key readers, water fountains were inoperable. The gym was closed. We asked for a blanket and pillow, we were told there was no extra because they were completely booked. The place is being poorly managed and maintained.

Site stated they had a hot tub but upon arrival it was boarded up. Was only reason I chose here instead of others in the area. Pool was extremely cold and pretty much a waste because you couldn’t enjoy it. The decor of lobby and room looks as if had been updated recently and it was pleasant. Towels were actually really nice and soft. Felt sorry for the employee working the front desk due to being she not only checked us in but also checked us out. Breakfast felt more continental with the exception of eggs, COLD sausage links, and one waffle maker. Would expect more for the money quite honestly being that this is supposed to be a Comfort Suites and not a Comfort Inn.

The reviews was the hotel were very good. I would disagree. The hotel was fully booked which was good. However every floor was half blocked off due to construction. The moment you entered the lobby all you could smell and feel was the over chlorinated pole, which means they are not trying to balance the chemicals. It burned our eyes all evening long. The carpets on the floor in the hallway were coming up and made it very difficult to move the trolley with our bags on them and this appeared to be on every floor as we had multiple rooms on different floors the bathroom the tile was coming up and the walls were bubbling. The heat thermostat on the wall completely fell off when we touched it and appeared. It was never even connected to anything it was a false item so why it was there we do not know the breakfast in the morning was decent however there was no fresh fruit or anything besides bagels and waffles and did not appear to be replenished as it ran out the plow couch that we have in both rooms did not have sheets and we requested multiple times to have sheets so we ended up just sleeping on the couch without pulling it out as the mattress inside the couch was torn in several places there were chips all over the walls in the room. I would not recommend this if you were staying more than one night. It was fine for the one night however, the walls are dirty. Many of the outlets do not work.

It was located in a good location, but that’s all. The pool area (INDOOR) had ants, smelled so strongly of chlorine it was hard to breathe, was dirty, didn’t have towels, and the hot tub was boarded up. There was substantial water damage on the ceiling. The elevator was terrifying: squeaked and cracked and bumped. The hallway was dark and yellow and gave serial killer active here vibes. The breakfast was by far the worst continental breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Just very lackluster experience. The rooms were clean, though.

Room 100 was the worst moldy, pungent smell I’ve ever experienced. The whole 1st floor smelled awful. We toughed out the 1st night but we were able to change rooms for the 2nd. It was a slightly better smelling room. Room 100 should never be used again. It was awful.

I cannot even believe I stayed here. It was filthy, the elevator left me wondering if I would make it to the next floor and the breakfast was atrocious. The towels were so worn out they had areas where it was almost see through and there were stains on the couch, it’s a NO from me.

Pros: bed was comfy and room was spacious. Cons: VERY dated and unclean. Room was in taters - hole in wall/divider, black out curtain was broken and completely stained, sheer curtain had a huge rip in it, duvet cover had a huge rip in it and was stained, a face cloth was left hanging in the shower upon our arrival, bottom of shower curtain had mildew. Staff was pleasant and did fix the broken curtain upon our request and said they would replace the ripped one after we left. I took the duvet off the bed and requested a new one and we did receive that. Overall, I would not stay here considering there are so MANY other options in the immediate area.

Great location and options for eating or shopping all around. Room smelled musty. Found one dead cockroach under pull out sofa. Hallways were hot and musty. Typically stay at hotels within the Marriott family, but they were all booked, probably would not stay at this location again.

The hotel was fine. Our tv didn't work right away and had to figure it out, took about 45 minutes. Could use sprucing up to today's standards look wise. Paint, carpeting, decor old and stale. Bathroom is spacious enough but the air inside the room could be fresher. I didn't have time to go in the indoor pool, but that looked petty big. The area around had plenty to do for shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was so so if your into carbs but it was passable. I would stay there again for the convenience and the room was comfortable enough and roomy.

I purchased a night in a suite for 5 people at the comfort inn and suites in Rock Hill SC The room nice except the quilt had something on it, the hide-a-bed was broke and the mattress was deteriorated. Also the room air condition would not get cold. The front desk did offer a fan that wouldn’t work and didn’t offer another room. Had to sleep on hide-a-bed as couch. My phone number is 740-243-7581. Checkin was good. Room was enormous and clean. However.... a double queen was booked but I was given a two double beds. Also, heater did not work on a cold night. Reception was called and told me it would take 10 minutes to warm up - it did not. Rate was very good for this property. Breakfast above average. I would stay again, but check the room before taking family inside.

Room was in taters - hole in wall/divider, black out curtain was broken and completely stained, sheer curtain had a huge rip in it, duvet cover had a huge rip in it and was stained, a face cloth was left hanging in the shower upon our arrival, bottom of shower curtain had mildew. Staff was pleasant and did fix the broken curtain upon our request and said they would replace the ripped one after we left. I took the duvet off the bed and requested a new one and we did receive that. Overall, I would not stay here considering there are so MANY other options in the immediate area.

We were here for 3 nights for softball. Great location, easy to get to food and shopping. We all slept great. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. Staff was always very nice. We would stay again if in the area.

When we walked in there was a sign indicating the host was away from the front deck. We waited 10 minutes until she returned. The phone rang and instead of addressing us, she answered the phone first. I was not impressed. Also, the mini fridge was unplugged and had leaked water on the carpet. The tv remote does not work.

The lady who checked me in deserves 10 stars all on her own! She is AMAZING and has great customer service skills! At one point I came downstairs to ask for more linens for the pullout coach and she was SWAMPED! Not only was she checking people in, she was also handling the phone that was constantly ringing. And while I was waiting for her to help me I noticed that she maintained her composure and gave a smile to everyone she helped! She alone made my trip so much more enjoyable!

The only concern we had with the stay is that when we went to check in the clerk was on her personal cell phone and stayed on it for a good 2 to 3 minutes before she walked up to the counter to check us in, but still talked on her cell phone while she was trying to check us in.

This property does not accept local residents even from as far away as Charlotte, be careful making reservations here if you are from anywhere in SC because you may potentially lose the ENTIRE amount of funds that you paid to book the hotel.Its ridiculous and should be illegal.

I had issues with my room key the whole entire stay. They out my room key at least 5 times. Instead of changing my room they having someone to come and try to open my door every single time.

Great location and options for eating or shopping all around. Room smelled musty. Found one dead cockroach under pull out sofa. Hallways were hot and musty. Typically stay at hotels within the Marriott family, but they were all booked, probably would not stay at this location again.

The lobby is beautiful. We were greeted by 2 friendly ladies at the desk. The room colors are dated. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were small, square, and puffy. Not very comfortable at all. I would give the breakfast 2.5 stars. Very few choices. We'd stay again and get breakfast elsewhere.

The property is obviously not new, we saw some cosmetic things in need of repair, but everything in our room worked and was clean. The breakfast area was clean and fairly well stocked, although it was mostly carbs (pastry, cereal, waffles). Some fruit or real fruit juice would have been nice.

A tired property. Our room had a loudly buzzing light in the washroom. We arrived for breakfast 35 minutes before it closed and a lot of the food had not been restocked as the woman responsible was too busy on her cellphone. She gave the impression we were putting her to a lot of trouble by asking her to do her job. It’s the little things that make a big difference.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was quite acceptable. Now it has completely gone horrible. The room smelt of some sort of cleaning chemical. The bath tub did not drain properly. The fridge was unplugged so it was not able to cool anything for hours. In the past they would always have the fridge running before your arrival. No we had to listen to it running constantly as we tried to sleep. The bed matress sheet looked as if it had already been slept in. The breakfast was a disaster. The coffee was only pee warm. The scrambled eggs were cold, there was no toast bread or any type of fresh fruit eg apples,oranges or bananas. I made a complaint at the front desk re the cold eggs and coffee with no real responce why. He could not even find where the person in control of the breakfast was. Note we will never stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was wonderful. The lady who worked Saturday and Sunday made sure food was fully stocked. The man that worked the shift, kept his composer even when the parents were letting there kids run wild. He did good with maintaining the front desk and also made sure I received blanket and sheets for the pull out sofa

It was located in a good location, but that’s all. The pool area (INDOOR) had ants, smelled so strongly of chlorine it was hard to breathe, was dirty, didn’t have towels, and the hot tub was boarded up. There was substantial water damage on the ceiling. The elevator was terrifying: squeaked and cracked and bumped. The hallway was dark and yellow and gave serial killer active here vibes. The breakfast was by far the worst continental breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Just very lackluster experience. The rooms were clean, though.

The door kept getting jammed and not allowing the door to safely shut. I spilt my coffee and they saw and didn’t even offer to help as I used 1000 tiny cup napkins thy couldn’t offer a big towel or paper towels. The worst water pressure in the shower ever. No bar of soap, no water offered except tap from kitchen which was warm, no locals are apparently allowed to book, locals considered surrounding counties even if you are not living local. Refused to book at first offering a refund. Convinced the to let us stay, one night already paid online. No extra blankets or sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. The indoor pool was shut down but did not say so in the site at booking.

The hotel is being worked on so that is a plus. We had a newly remodeled room so it was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room had recently been renovated, so everything was new and nice. Some of the front desk staff seemed frustrated when they had to quit talking on their personal phone in order to help me… but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, it was a great location, tons of things to do nearby, and tons of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

Kayla the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing !We stayed 6/26-6/28 hotel was under renovation so it was a lil noisy (to be expected) but they did stop working at a decent time.Overall I would recommend staying here .Hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful!Thank you again Ms Kayla for making our stay amazing ! ::came for an Adidas basketball tournament
