I was informed that they were under construction.

What breakfast? Oatmeal make yourself. They finally brought up some bread!!! Other clients left my sister had oatmeal and a waffle. I am upset that I reserved a room and the staff stated need charge card or 100.00 for deposit I felt I had too could lose that room! Laundry ok staff was not very friendly.

I did chose this hotel because it had a pool. Then when I got there the pool was closed. I was very upset about that. It was a clean place to stay and comfortable.

Overall property was clean. Beds were comfortable blanket had cigarette burn marks in a non smoking room.. Pool was not heates, very limited Continental breakfast choices.

They started to remodel the room but didn't complete. Big gap under door and bugs were coming in. But if your just staying the night not bad. Bed was comfy, we booked a queen size and got a full size.

So this particular hotel is one of the cheapest rates and more reasonable stay for long term renters. They actually have pretty decent weekly rates. The breakfast wasn't anything fancy but it was the thought that counts that someone does get up at 5am and brew fresh coffee , fresh fruit and milk and juice . Nice sweet simple breakfast. I love that they have a in site laundry room. I like the privacy too. It's quiet and peaceful and the maids do not bother you when your checking out even if your checking out late. The only thing that grounded my gears was how nasty the shower curtain was. Like ewwe jus put a new shower curtain up! But that's all I really have to say I enjoyed my stay and hope you guys do to!

When we arrived our reservations I gotten somehow and we were here for my son's wedding the manager went way above and beyond to get it straightened out while we were at the wedding and when we came back everything was perfect... Customer service is important to me and he did a great job with it along with hotels.com with whom we booked the rooms through.. my room was very clean the bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean and the pool was exceptionally clean I would absolutely stay here each time I come ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Place looks run down and outdated. Pool was nice and it’s 8 miles from Buc’ees. I do not recommend this place at all.

Place is in a very depressed area. Housekeeping is not available all days. Handicapped accessible is not accurate. Only has bath tubs with ada rails. No accommodation for people with one leg. Had to purchase my own transfer bench to be able to stay there. No offer of assistance from management.

You can see light coming in from the outside. The room was dusty dirty Mold in the bathrooms. Stains in the carpet.

Filthy, poop smeared on back of bathroom door, stains and hair on the "clean" towels, still spreadable face makeup on the bedspreads, floors dirty. Don't consider their breakfast edible and by the looks of the ice machine wouldn't trust it to not get sick if drank. Water damage everywhere- lobby, food area, room. Don't recommend white/cream walls if you are not going to clean off any of the grunge. Smells like cigarettes and burn holes through the blankets. Really needs to be gutted or torn down. No staff to be found to complain to. No need though anyone could see this was the state of affairs at this hotel.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Burn cigarette holes in the sheets, smelled like smoke. Mold and dirty in the shower. Walked barefoot and my feet were black. I wish I could rate 0/10 stars. Check in was easy and the service was ok.

I woke up to half inch of water in the floor from the ceiling dripping water. There were signs of previous water damage as well as black mold on wall.

I strongly advise against staying at this property due to the following serious issues: 1. Pest Infestation: • There is a known bedbug problem at this location. • I discovered signs of bedbugs before bringing any of my belongings into the room. 2. Sanitation and Cleanliness Concerns: • Garbage was scattered throughout the property, including a full trash bag left near the front entrance. • The room I was assigned to was filthy and smelled musty. • The bedding had clearly not been changed—it was stained and covered in food, dirt, and other debris. • The floor was sticky, and the appliances were old and rusted. 3. Inadequate Staff Response: • When I reported the bedbug issue, the front desk employee was completely unsurprised, indicating prior awareness. • I requested to check out immediately and asked for a refund, but was told only the manager, “Cameron,” could authorize it. • I was informed the manager would not be available until the following day. 4. Misleading Information: • I was told the office phone number was printed on my receipt; however, the number provided was for a general booking line, not the hotel directly. 5. Unresolved Refund Request: • I never spoke directly with the manager because I could not get in touch with him. • Expedia contacted the property on my behalf, and I was later informed that the manager refused to issue a refund, despite the unacceptable conditions.

I killed several cockroaches.

We checked in to this property around 10:47pm. We booked 2 non smoking rooms and got 1 smoking and 1 non smoking. The floors looked like they just took a swiffer mop across them not like they actually mopped. The tub was dirty as was the sink. You could see the nicotine dripping g down the back of the bathroom door. I think the worst part was the smell of cigarettes in the room and how filthy they were. Totally do not recommend staying here.

This was one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed at, nasty room, disgusting I wanted to go back down and demand refund but the employee was very nice but never would I ever recommend the bathroom was disgusting we thought seriously of sleeping in the car, u could see people shoes as they walked bad bc no metal plate at bottom of door we stunk towels under the door we were scared to death. The shower was molded and black never been cleaned we never slept a wink we finally got brave & laid on the bed we didn’t sleep & to be honest we were there for business we never got to shower I would not even wash my makeup off my face with those wash cloths, NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL, I bet their were people probably that were killed in the room we got. Also the furniture was old and they awful, the phone they couldn’t paid enough to used that nasty phone, sink was nasty all around worst hotel , I would not recommend anyone to stay there., I seen some that said they give it a 10/10 well u must’ve been very trunk or didn’t care bc nasty disgusting

Stay away. Our pillows were yellow and stained. One pillow had blood on it. Killed a roach on the refrigerator. We left, did not stay. The hotel will not refund us our payment

Entry door not very secure. Chain/slide catch missing two of four screws. The two that are left are very loose. I’m an early riser so when I left the room in the morning in search of coffee my key card was inoperable causing me to wake the entire family when I had to knock on the door. Stair well to second floor ,outdoor, very dark. People lurking about. Felt very unsafe. Choose another place for overnight stay.

The property and room didn’t match the advertised pictures.

You get what you pay for: low cost=low end. Very dated, thin walls, heater unreliable. Bed was clean but comforter stained & sheet had a couple cigarette burns. Butts & beer cans on the walkway, Well lit outside at night.

The pm receptionist was trying to be helpful. Difficult circumstance - key system didn’t work. Had to come down each time to open my door . Coffee pot broken. Phone broken. Lacked refrigerator as advertised. Layers of filth behind nightstand and headboard. Lack of adequate outlets to accommodate sleep machines.

Basic maintenance has not been kept up. The bathtub faucet dripped constantly. The clock was broken. The TV turned itself on twice; I had to unplug it to get it to stay off. The walls were very noisy. The heating/AC unit did not function properly.

I have already said this once Apparently you are not really listening. First foom refrigerator did not work Moved us to another room refrigerator did not work. Not moving again and not staying here again

Room was clean, but could use some repair. Older hotel. Remote for TV was missing and replacement did not work. Price was reasonable.

Nice good place to rest comfortably bed’s friendly staff

The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The room is clean but a bit run down and needs an update ie: bathroom. Great place to stay for a road trip quick overnight stay.

they charged me twice. I had to call them twice for the reversal to my credit card, and they didn't make it for the full amount. Poor service!

The front desk people are always nice!

My state was horrible not because of anything of Days inn but because Hotels.com didn't pay for my booking even though that my payment to Hotels.com had already been paid in full so for hours and hours and hours me and days in staff was on the phone trying to get a hold of hotels.com trying to see why they haven't received a payment but at 4 o'clock in the morning the payment came through luckily Daisy and let us stay there because I had proof that I have paid you all or otherwise we would've been out on the street with nowhere to stay after we had paid Hotels.com that is unprofessional and a very big inconvenience to me and I would like for somebody to contact me from y'all's policy and procedures department because that that was not OK

The room itself wasn't bad and the exterior was well lit. If it had been in a better part of Richmond we may have stayed the full night. Unfortunately, their were lots of people wandering about outside the room and sirens constantly. We needed sleep and comfort. We went to another place with interior rooms.

It was lit up great for them company they kept. Our first room was not clean at all. We was switched to another room where the fridge didnt work and it only had one light. The blankets had burn holes and the sheets were stained. The office staff

The bathtub had what appeared to be mold around the edge. There was no soap for the sink. We saw two brownish bugs that appeared to be bed bugs. The breakfast was a waffle machine, cereal and bread. We will not stay here again

There was no breakfast served. Coffee was cold. All at 730am. Was advertised free breakfast 6-9 am.
