The staff were so lovely! I had to start work early in the morning and would have left before breakfast started so they arranged a breakfast for me to have early. Very thoughtful. The property is beautiful and styled to perfection.

Price was quite expensive for essentially a room in an attic. Nowhere to fill water bottle up aside from the bathroom (next to the toilet). Reception hours are minimal, in particular checking in time is only an hour, otherwise you have to phone reception and arrange after hours check in. Breakfast was okay, we had no idea this was included with our stay. Spa is a nice inclusion but booked out due to being open to the public. Also expensive (i did end up getting a full body massage which was nice). Hotel was close by to many restaurants and busselton isnt a far drive if you want even more options.

The room was a bit dated and likely due for a make-over, but everything was well-maintained and spotless. Everything you needed was available. Staff was great - Fiona is a gem. I would be very happy to visit again.
