Clean room and good breakfast. Ceilings have areas that maybe had water damages, they’re roughly patched and need new drywall or at least painted in some areas. Couldn’t take a bath, only a shower due to metal drain stopper is too small and won’t hold the water.

The staff was extremely rude. The tv in my room didnt work. There is absolutely NO maid service or breakfast as advertised on their website. The ENTIRE motel smelled strongly of Marijuana. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

One of the main reason I choose this hotel was because in the internet they offer free continental breakfast and all the have was coffee. The hotel have a bad smell.

It was ok I would do it again if I had too. Only issue was the tub didn’t drain when u took shower. Also they charged my card few times had go tell them fix that a they did other than that if u really gotta go to Madison it’s worth the money no doubt about it. Room was clean. And the one lady was nice there as well from Chicago I believe. Give it a 6.2 out of ten

I wanted to check in at 2:00 and Gigi said it would cost an extra $20. so I waited until 3:00. The room was smelly due to smoking although they had an air purifier in it. I had to open a window to get fresh air and was worried my clothes would smell for the next day. There was no garbage can outside for customers to use. The price was high for the room but no coffee or breakfast. I will not be back.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. They knew there was smoking going on in building and implied they would take care of it. The next day and night our room smelled like weed. My son's allergies were so bad that we cut our stay short. We left on Saturday instead of Sunday changing our vacation plans.

We left and went elsewhere this was the nastiest hotel i had ever been in. Dirty beds cigarette holes in the bedding stunk like pot walls were so gross mirrors had red stuff on them the florr was sticky and dirty couldnt put my baby down. Everything had dust on it there were onion peels in the dresser drawer the bathroom was awful tub and sink gross walls had crap smeared on them

We have some pretty simple needs for our stay: Quiet room - check. Comfortable bed - check. Outstanding wifi - check. TV with a controller that we can use - check! We don't need fancy. We just like quiet comfort. The innkeeper who checked us in was extra friendly and most helpful. I was also grateful that the hotel had a canopy over the main entrance because it was raining pretty hard when we arrived. We will stay here again, next time we pass through the area. Kudos to the staff.

Small room. The bed was comfortable, a lone chair saw better days, huge tv with plenty of channels, bathroom walls could've used a scrub but the tub was clean. Hotel host/front counter was very nice. No traffic noise. The room was dated but functional.

The building and the rooms were worn out. Breakfast was coffee and a nutri-grain bar. Not worth the amount we paid for the room.

I wanted to check in at 2:00 and Gigi said it would cost an extra $20. so I waited until 3:00. The room was smelly due to smoking although they had an air purifier in it. I had to open a window to get fresh air and was worried my clothes would smell for the next day. There was no garbage can outside for customers to use. The price was high for the room but no coffee or breakfast. I will not be back.

Clean room and good breakfast. Ceilings have areas that maybe had water damages, they’re roughly patched and need new drywall or at least painted in some areas. Couldn’t take a bath, only a shower due to metal drain stopper is too small and won’t hold the water.

The property is really old and age really shows in this property (carpet, cracks in the cement, it’s just an “aged” property). Breakfast items were “OOS”, but no staff around. It was just an “ok” experience.

There was no staff there to check us in. We waited for almost 30 minutes. We called all the numbers, used the messages and the black phone multiple times and was unable to reach anyone. Plus tried to use the check in computer unable to do so or use our reservation. Reached out to hotels.com customer service and they were not able to get a hold of anyone either.

This was a great choice for two road weary travelers arriving on their tandem bicycle. The staff was amazing and made sure our room was accessible to bicycle and gear. They were excited to share stories about their travels and listen to a few of ours!

From the pictures online, it appeared that the hotel had nice rooms. When we arrived on Friday, May 22nd, it couldn’t be further from the truth. The parking lot didn’t have any vehicles in it and it was Memorial weekend. That should have been my first warning but we proceeded to check in. The smell was fowl and the lobby wasn’t neat and tidy like the photos made it appear. When we got to our room, we were first met with a filthy run down space. We asked for a queen and got a full instead. I flipped the sheets back and they were so old that the threads were splitting. I moved the remote and a bug crawled across the bedside table. My husband and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing. There was plaster falling off the ceiling in the bathroom and there was a dead bug under the soap on the wash cloth. They had attempted to paint a quarter of the wall in the bathroom but left the tape and dripping paint. The hotel is absolutely disgusting and I want to warn everyone about it. We couldn’t stay there so we proceeded to continue our travels to the next available hotel. We told them what happened and they weren’t surprised. They have heard from many visitors that it is dirty and bug infested. We found out the hard way. Don’t be the next victim of this run down dirty hotel.
