We loved staying here while visiting our sweet children and newest grandbaby! Returned again later in the week for second stay. Staff friendly, check in and out super easy, breakfast was delicious with even oatmeal and walnuts, etc., warm eggs, sausage, and more! Loved the large pool and the laundry room that was available for us to use added additional icing to the cake! They also offer great specials, so our stay was wonderful and affordable. Beds comfy. Older facility but so appreciated!

Most of the room seemed clean, but urine on the toilet seat gives you doubts about everything for the rest of your stay. The amenities included free WiFi, but it didn't reach my room, so to use it I had to go outside in the snow. Motels are fine if that's what you're looking for, but nothing in the promotional material made that clear. Even the pictures of the exterior hid the outside room doors. Also, the picture of the computer/printer in the lobby is missing the "Out of order" sign that now hangs on it. My daughters liked the pool.

Property was clean in and out. Check in was easy and she explained everything to us. Room was very spacious. Pool had a rock and bandaid in the bottom of it so my son didn’t get in. Hot tub was nice. Nice area around property. Only a overnight stay.

Property seemed understaffed. Hot tub was dirty, no paper towel in women’s restroom in pool area, elevator in the section we stayed in didn’t work, no coffee maker in room and the fabric on the arms of the chair in our room was shredded. Location was good but noisy. Room was fairly clean but outside area was dirty and needs maintenance. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Do not book at this property. The first room I checked into had roaches. The staff was kind enough to move me to a new room, unfortunately the second room was filthy. All of the furniture was covered in a strange white substance. The property is run down and outdated. Definitely not how the rooms are represented on the website. The hotel would not issue a refund or discount but offered to move me to a 3rd room in the middle of the night.

Run down, worn out and not the cleanest. Dirty carpet. Hair in shower, surfaces not wiped down. Front desk was slow, unfriendly and lazy. Breakfast area was very clean and breakfast staff was nice. Wouldn’t stay for longer than one night.

It was awful. Very outdated. Beds super uncomfortable. The fire alarm blinks every few minutes and is in the main room so it is constant all night long keeping you awake. We brought it to their attention and they said that is how they know it is working. So annoying to be keep awake by that.

There was a blinking light from the fire alarm that was strobe like and would go off all day and night. Kept us up a few nights before we covered it with a paper. But everything else was great. Great employees

This property was SO noisy we didn't get much sleep and cancelled our second night. Situated right beside a very busy main street there was noise literally ALL NIGHT LONG! In addition, the heating system was diffficult to figure out and a note of instructions would have been helpful.

The Days Inn at 400 North and Main is convenient and overall a good value, but there were some drawbacks. The blinking light from the smoke detector and the periodic noises from the refrigerator (?) made it difficult to sleep. Most problematic, the wifi signal didn't reach our room in the farthest corner of the property. But the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable (with plenty of pillows in a range of firmness), water pressure in the shower was good and the towels were fluffy (though small).

The last two times I have stayed we have had check in issues . The last time I was charged again for the stay. This time I was told that my card was being declined despite the fact the charges were showing up on my American Express. I was then asked for another card so I gave them my Visa Debit Card which she also was being declined despite the fact charges we’re showing up on my card. I asked her to call management and figure out what was going on. This young lady didn’t seem to get it that I had concerns that $361.00 dollars had been charged.I have since got this resolved . I have stayed regularly at this Hotel but no more.

With all my years booking with Expedia, this was the first hotel that I had issues with, in regards to a check-in. It was a nightmare, even after I submitted my paid receipt. Hotel receptionist had to call her manager to confirm reservation, then I was asked to call Expedia myself. After 15 minutes, they took care of the problem. Was not pleased with the service; however, they wound up giving us a nice room. Would probably never stay again!

There were no towels in my room other than two small hand towels. I didn’t realize this until I got out of the shower. Had to dry off with a hand towel. The rod holding up the shower curtain was broken and sagging, making it impossible to close the curtain. When I arrived in the room, there was a black sock on the floor from the previous guest. The room had clearly not been vacuumed. I went to the front desk to let an employee know about the issues in my room. The young woman working there was on the phone and ignored me for over 10 minutes while I stood right in front of her. She did not even look up and acknowledge me. I left in complete frustration without ever being able to talk to anyone.

Water problems! We couldn’t shower or drink any water in the room because all of the cold water was coming out brown. Luckily we had water bottles in the car. We tried to address the issue with the staff. Office staff directed us to the manager who wouldn’t respond to calls, emails, or messages. Will never stay at this location again.

It was very clean and the breakfast was way above what I would have expected. They even had ripe, fresh fruit along with the usual expected food. Clean and good food are my two most important concerns when I stay in a hotel.

Great breakfast and breakfast area. Smelled clean. However all the light switches were dirty, they need deep cleaned with a small brush. Little things like that can make a big difference. Nice spacious room. Armrest of chairs were threadbare. Could hear dog barking from another room and traffic.

The breakfast was impressive! I’ve never enjoyed a continental breakfast as much as this place. They had waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, cubed potatoes with seasoning, bread, peanut butter for the waffles, yogurt, oatmeal and more!

The check in was a disaster. The credit card machine constantly errored. It took over 30 minutes before the poor overwhelmed single front desk agent gave up and checked people in anyway. The manger should have showed up to help him. It is an older property that is clean but not well maintained.

The room was clean, and the indoor pool and hot tub were excellent. Impressively maintained compared to other places we’ve stayed. The pool room bathrooms were gross but that’s understandable. They no longer supply coffee makers in the room which was a huge bummer. The breakfast buffet was out of milk the whole time we were there (not sure why no one was sent to the grocery store across the street for more). The WiFi didn’t quite reach our room so it was spotty for us. Two guys set up an open flame grill in the parking lot which seems dangerous, but no one shut them down. The local college was having a homecoming parade on the Saturday that we were there and the entire street that the hotel is on was shut down for 2 hours. This would have been nice to know ahead of time as it was extremely inconvenient to navigate my way back to the hotel. The maids were super kind, and it was nice to have a small washer dryer on site. Overall, you get what you pay for with this one.

The room was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom, toothpaste drippings on the wall, carpet was filthy dirty, rug was old and stained. It was just awful. I took a lot of pictures and showed the manager, but I’m also going to send pictures to the county health department. It was just disgusting.

The room didn’t feel clean and smelled old. Surfaces and bedding were clean but carpet, grout and crevices were filthy. The rooms badly need to be upgraded with new carpet, beds, tv and paint. We left early to avoid spending more time there.
