Hotel lobby and front desk area like an upgraded Motel 6. Maybe not that nice. Told me they were sold out of the room I reserved. Entire place smelled like smoke and elevator very dirty.

This is a first rate hotel. The hot cookie at check in is impressive. The room decor is nice and the room is spacious, but the bathroom fixtures are not up to date —our room had a leaky toilet that kept filling all night and a low pressure shower due to a small faucet leak in the tub.

This property is amazing for the location if you want authentic downtown Helena. It has some struggles with the maintenance; elevators struggled, doors didn’t close/open, the AC didn’t work properly, and the mini fridge (smart fridge) was a struggle to get to work. Staff were amazing and very helpful!

Not so good. Cooler was broke, hot tub was broken and unable to use, no refrigerator in the room, and no complimentary breakfast for price of the room. Ordered breakfast and was charged $15 for a breakfast sandwich. Overall disappointed in. My stay.

What a pleasant surprise.. the hotel was very clean and well kept. The hallway even smelled nice. The front desk gal was wonderful and told us to try a couple great hot spots. Will definitely be staying again next year! FYI If you are staying in tTownsend, this is a great option for a room! Worth the drive.

The property is located directly on Last Chance Gulch which is a fun place to explore while in Helena. The staff were quite friendly. The biggest drawbacks would be the breakfast option at the hotel, which is expensive, and the rooms are a bit dated.

Shower wouldn't drain. Toilet had to be flushed several times. Pillows hard as a rock. A/C didn't work. This place has been going downhill for some time. The price is not acceptable for the quality of the stay.

Housekeeping went in room when door was clearly marked for no service. Management didn’t seem to care when the issue was brought to their attention. Don’t expect your possessions to be safe from housekeeping even when you clearly communicate for them to stay out of the room.

I paid for the breakfast through Expedia, the front desk said they didn't have it on their computer. I said it was on my phone I can show you on my phone, but the front desk said I would have to get with Expedia and at that point I was like screw it. I probably will never stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and this really made my stay extremely enjoyable. My only suggestion is to improve the wi-fi service to the rooms. Everything else and everyone else on the property was excellent and I will be a repeat customer!

Everything was perfect! Their supervisor Joylynn was amazing and very helpful. Very clean and quiet. We booked our stay to eat at the Ristorante Bella Roma, located in the building! We had an amazing dinner as well. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This property is amazing for the location if you want authentic downtown Helena. It has some struggles with the maintenance; elevators struggled, doors didn’t close/open, the AC didn’t work properly, and the mini fridge (smart fridge) was a struggle to get to work. Staff were amazing and very helpful!

This is a first rate hotel. The hot cookie at check in is impressive. The room decor is nice and the room is spacious, but the bathroom fixtures are not up to date —our room had a leaky toilet that kept filling all night and a low pressure shower due to a small faucet leak in the tub.

We always stay here when looking for a night in Helena for some exceptional dining. This is set in the middle of some great dining and the hotel is always quiet, clean and the staff are great.

The property is located directly on Last Chance Gulch which is a fun place to explore while in Helena. The staff were quite friendly. The biggest drawbacks would be the breakfast option at the hotel, which is expensive, and the rooms are a bit dated.

I paid for the breakfast through Expedia, the front desk said they didn't have it on their computer. I said it was on my phone I can show you on my phone, but the front desk said I would have to get with Expedia and at that point I was like screw it. I probably will never stay there again.

Everything was perfect! Their supervisor Joylynn was amazing and very helpful. Very clean and quiet. We booked our stay to eat at the Ristorante Bella Roma, located in the building! We had an amazing dinner as well. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not so good. Cooler was broke, hot tub was broken and unable to use, no refrigerator in the room, and no complimentary breakfast for price of the room. Ordered breakfast and was charged $15 for a breakfast sandwich. Overall disappointed in. My stay.

The fresh hot cookies we received at check in was delicious and a great surprise. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. We could have used more coffee pods there was only two and there was four of us.

Pros: Excellent location. Restaurant staff were wonderful. rooms are quite large and fairly clean. Con: I called in advance to ask about internet coverage. I had an important 2-hour online engagement at a very early hour. They said that they had "excellent" internet and made a note for me to have a room on the 2nd floor closest to the router. When I checked in, the front desk saw the note but said they couldn't honor that because they were full and offered no solutions. I came down to the front desk a few times to ask about options, but they weren't helpful at all. Could I go buy a wifi booster, an ethernet cable? Could they move me for the next night, when the meeting would occur? Nope. I was scrambling to find a coworking space where I could get into at 5:30 AM, and exploring booking another hotel that could assure me strong internet. Finally, a maintenance worker overheard my concern and told me to switch to another network and move my chair closer to the hallway. That worked. My virtual speech went off without a hitch. But, the indifference of the gentleman at the front desk was unacceptable, especially since I had called months prior to ask about this.
