Hilton Garden Inn Gainesville

Hotel was nice, staff was all nice. No pool to be found and gym was closed my entire stay- I do typically utilize a hotel gym so that was disappointing and I had a free afternoon I had been looking forward to sitting poolside but no pool and the outdoor space was closed for some sort of repair or renovation. Otherwise my room was perfect, pretty good location, plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Wonderful bathroom. No tv remote in my room so couldn’t turn on the tv but wasn’t a big deal to me and I never asked for another one.

Hotel and was clean and staff could not be nicer.

We stayed for three days. Our coffee maker was fixed on the last day. The gym was not open for any of our stay. The lady in the restaurant was rude to my daughter.

Great room. Pretty similar price to nearby hotels maybe a smidge cheaper. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us a little reprieve when we arrived a little early for check-in thereby allowing us to shower and rest before going to a wedding. My only gripe would be that there appears to be quite a bit of construction going on to focus on generating amenities like fitness room and what not.but besides that the folks were friendly. Plenty of parking albeit there is a sign that mentions the car owner assumes responsibility for guest parking..but the area is pretty safe (surrounded by hotels and other restaurants). Breakfast is not included but there is a relatively cheap fee for breakfast unless you want to venture 5-10 minutes for a nearby fast food chain Oh the other small issue might be the lack of water pressure when showering and the low flush style toilets but those aren't huge deal breakers. Might come by if I ever visit the area again.
