Quarto muito limpo e espaçoso. Ótimo café da manhã.

We stayed there for two different nights the first night. The front desk was very helpful. My daughter had allergic reaction to the sheets and they gave us new sheets. The second night I asked for new sheets in the front desk noel avoided me stating we don’t have hypoallergenic sheets so basically we’d have to deal with it and I had to wrap my daughter up in our travel blankets. The lady, the second night was not very helpful. She was rude because she was off for a few days and basically had to come back to work and the room she put us in had pee in the toilet and bugs in the bathroom. Overall you get what you pay for but it’s like day & night! The first night wasn’t bad besides my daughter but the second night was horrible! Probably won’t be going back there, we like to stop halfway with our kids to visit family in California.

Excellent property, excellent staff!

Staff was so mean. I hadn't taken my medicine. It was just me and my 3 year old. I was not aware of the over the top $200 deposit required. They had already took the payment of the room rate but was not allowed to check in without the $200 deposit. I was not given a refund or a room. I was .74 cents short of the $200.00 deposit Not only did I not have a room I was unable to receive a refund. Customer Service was horrible. Me and my baby were stuck in the heat of Barstow for 4 hours.
