The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel room was much smaller than what I expected (queen suite), but it was clean and the shower had great water pressure. There was a small kitchen (which had no utensils, plates, bowls, or cups - but it had a dishwasher) with a full refrigerator/ice maker. There were enough breakfast choices and the gym was clean and had a variety of equipment (although the 20lb weights were missing). There is even an area with a nice basketball hoop (ask to borrow the ball).

The hotel was scheduled to have their water service temporarily shut off for a few hours. I would have appreciated having the information beforehand as it happened mid morning and lasted a few hours. I knew from past experience to inquire if the building is undergoing repairs or renovations and feel that that would have been the perfect time to inform me of the upcoming water issue NOT when I’m checked in. The staff however, was very kind and friendly. The hotel overall needs renovations (extensive water damage in our room in multiple areas) and more attention to housekeeping standards. Not a horrible experience but would not book there again.

I am still upset that I paid twice as much for my room as what was advertised online, the hotel said there was nothing they could do since that was the rate I reserv3d under Hotel.com. The hotel didn't clean our room at all.

The hotel has definitely seen better days. That being said, the rooms are semi-updated. The bathrooms definitely need some work - but again, we’ve stayed in worse. The gym had lots of options/equipment and the outdoor area is definitely smaller than the pictures make it look. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than decent, so that was a nice surprise. Lastly, It is close to food options and shopping so that was super convenient. All-in-all, I would stay here again if a newer property wasn’t available.

We had an excellent stay. The only complaint was the Air Conditioner in our room was quite loud. I imagine if we were not so tired from the road, we would have had trouble falling asleep from its vibrations.

I reserved a 2-bedroom suite at the last minute (grandparents and 4 grandkids) and was so happy with Homewood Suites. It was great to have the room, the privacy, two bathrooms, and space for the kids without being on top of two old snoring grandparents!

At checkin there was an issue per my reservation was paid for in advance but wasn’t showing in hotel’s system; the manager solved the issue quickly. I was truly satisfied being that I had traveled for a few hours and tired. Not to mention I initially arrived at another location in Laurel/Colombia where I thought I’d made reservations at. This Columbia location was by far 10 being that there were stores and restaurants that fit my needs. Although I was trying to cancel but thankyou Expedia for not changing my reservations and being rude to upon calling 6x attempting to change locations….

Checked in at 10pm and they gave us a room key to a room that was occupied! Luckily the current guests were cool about us walking in on them at night. They gave us another room which was fine, but in need of repairs. Water in the shower would only get luke warm, cabinet finish coming off, white tape under shower nozzle(not sure why). Hotel is not being kept up with and needs work. People above us sounded like they were stomping on the floor until late at night. Overall, not a great trip. Definitely gone downhill from past stays.

The Hilton Hotel in Columbia was phenomenal! The hotel was updated, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We chose this location to host a baby shower and wanted it to be a true “wow” moment. Unfortunately, renovations were taking place at the time, which we discovered after we had already made the decision to have our celebration there. However, the Hilton staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They provided us with two rooms across from each other, and it actually worked out even better than we expected. One room was used for our guests and entertainment, while the other was used for serving the food. It turned out to be a wonderful setup! A special thank-you to Aaron and the young lady who assisted us—I unfortunately don’t remember her name. Both were incredibly accommodating, professional, and helpful. Their kindness and willingness to make everything work truly made a difference. To God be the glory! What a wonderful experience. The Hilton Hotel in Columbia was phenomenal! The hotel was updated, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We chose this location to host a baby shower and wanted it to be a true “wow” moment. Unfortunately, renovations were taking place at the time, which we discovered after we had already made the decision to have our celebration there. However, the Hilton staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They provided us with two rooms across from each other, and it actually worked out even better than we expected. One room was used for our guests and entertainment, while the other was used for serving the food. It turned out to be a wonderful setup! A special thank-you to Aaron and the young lady who assisted us—I unfortunately don’t remember her name. Both were incredibly accommodating, professional, and helpful. Their kindness and willingness to make everything work truly made a difference. To God be the glory! What a wonderful experience. I would absolutely revisit this hotel and gladly recommend it to family, friends, and others looking for a beautiful place with outstanding service for their special occasion.

This was a wonderful hotel. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. We were able to text with the staff which was super convenient. The hotel is remodeling, but it didn't impact our stay. The breakfast was fantastic. The ladies who ran the area were friendly and everything was stocked up continuously.The suite was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Close to Baltimore, Annapolis and DC. We highly recommend this hotel.

Little things add up. Clean and spacious room, excellent shower/water pressure, thoughtful breakfast options and real plates to eat from. The gym was well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. I kept noticing thing after thing that had me commenting about the stay to my family. A well-run place to rest for the night. We would for sure stay here again if in the area.
