Comfortable beds. There was no shower gel in the bottle and there was no hair conditioner in the bottle. The room temperature was comfortable and easy to adjust

The staff was kind. My kids loved the pool & the cookies. We were located within a reasonable distance of everything we wanted to see & the price was reasonable.

The fan unit in the room was extremely loud.

Great place

This did not feel like a 4-star hotel. The location felt unsafe — there was a homeless man out front asking for money and another individual lingering near the stairwell which made us uncomfortable. There were maintenance issues as well. One of the lights in the room was broken, there was no coffee provided in the room, and the toilet did not function properly — it kept running and refilling, and I was honestly worried about flushing it again. Overall, the stay did not match the rating or expectations.
