We had a great nights stay at this Hampton Inn. Room was super clean and hotel staff was so nice and friendly! We travel at least twice a year from North Carolina to Michigan. This is about half way. We will definitely choose here for our next trip to Michigan.

It was a nice stay. The rooms smelled slightly of cigarette smoke from a previous guest who did not follow the rules, but overall it was a a pleasant stay that we associate with Hampton Inns.

Property is old and it looks like an attempt was made to update but not great. As soon as you walk in a musty smell hits you. Room smelled better than lobby but still had an old smell. Bathroom had an attempt at updating with a new sink but water damage on the open area on the bottom of it took away the appeal of new look. Our room was close to the elevator which we heard all night going up and down. Room was clean but very dark and outdated. Location is nice off the freeway and close to a Cracker Barrel for a quick dinner and sleep to hit the road again it was overall a ok stay. I felt the price was high for the quality of the facility. Breakfast was ok in the morning. Kids loved the waffle bar. Probably wouldn’t seek out this location again in the future unless options were limited when passing through.

Our stay was overall pretty good! Super friendly front desk! Most everything was clean even though we did run into some mold on the bathroom walls. But the staff was quick to get on it after we left that morning. Easy hotel to come and go!

My husband had bed bug bites after staying in the room. I called the hotel and they were in denial. I also contacted Hilton and some person called Sal did not know what he was doing. I can attached a picture of my husbands bits, but I do not know how you do that with this survey.

Nice and clean, very quiet. Check in was great, moved me to the top floor as a last minute request with no issues. Only negative was housekeeping going door to door at 8am knocking to clean. Woke us up and we had gotten in late and had no need to be up early.

The property was easy off and on the expressway. The front desk clerk Roxanne was nothing short of amazing. She was so friendly and my refrigerator was not working so she took it upon herself to get me a different one and switch them out. She went above and beyond what I ever would have expected a front desk person to do. I am staying there again on my way home.

the price was amazing. Located right off Highway 77S very close to Cracker Barrel & a few fast food restaurants & Gas stations. About 1 mile or less to the west, there' s a larger shopping plaza. The hotel offers a pleasant Breakfast w waffles, sausage & biscuits and more. They work so hard to keep the rooms and lobby spotless.

Upon arrival, no associate at front desk. Waited several minutes before someone arrived to check me in. Associate offered no greeting, not even a smile. Coffee station was not tidy and all products were cold.

Property is old and it looks like an attempt was made to update but not great. As soon as you walk in a musty smell hits you. Room smelled better than lobby but still had an old smell. Bathroom had an attempt at updating with a new sink but water damage on the open area on the bottom of it took away the appeal of new look. Our room was close to the elevator which we heard all night going up and down. Room was clean but very dark and outdated. Location is nice off the freeway and close to a Cracker Barrel for a quick dinner and sleep to hit the road again it was overall a ok stay. I felt the price was high for the quality of the facility. Breakfast was ok in the morning. Kids loved the waffle bar. Probably wouldn’t seek out this location again in the future unless options were limited when passing through.

We had a great stay. Everyone was extremely friendly. The place was very clean and breakfast was good. Would stay there again for sure.

the price was amazing. Located right off Highway 77S very close to Cracker Barrel & a few fast food restaurants & Gas stations. About 1 mile or less to the west, there' s a larger shopping plaza. The hotel offers a pleasant Breakfast w waffles, sausage & biscuits and more. They work so hard to keep the rooms and lobby spotless.

Very clean, friendly staff, easy access to nearby interstate & restaurants. Mostly quiet except for some light traffic noise but it wasn't really bothersome. Hot choices for breakfast could use some improvement. Overall, I would stay here again but would not eat breakfast.

Roxanne the manager on duty was great! She was very attentive and kind and funny with jokes. She was smiling from the time we checked in until the day we checked out and always asked if everything was going well and if I needed anything any time she saw me in the lobby etc. Rest of the staff was friendly and kind as well and met all our needs while we stayed. We typically don’t ask for much :). Would def stay again!
