This hotel is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Front desk staff Jason is horribly rude with a nasty, sassy attitude. as a grown man going back and forth, yelling at a woman is NOT okay! Anyway, the photos speak for themselves and this wasn’t even all of it. We were moved to THREE different rooms and they were all gross! The first one had oily finger prints smeared all over the headboard of the bed. The third one was better but still disgusting in many ways. I went through the room and wiped it down and the things that came up on the napkin was mortifying! The front desk agent had to come see the second room for herself and said out of her mouth that it was disgusting! Manager Megan gave me 15000 IHG points that I’ll never use since I’ll never be back to any of their hotels! She then denied an actual refund when hotels.com called to verify. Hotels.com also refuses to refund me even with the photo proof I have. I lost $200 in rewards on this stay so I am LOVID. I’ll be using a different app to book my stays from now on. Oh and also, charges disputed with my bank for the out of pocket costs!

Felicia at the front desk was amazing! The only thing that was a bummer is we were above the entrance and people coming in and out all hours of the night were LOUD. That is beyond the staffs control so I do not fault them. The beds were super comfy!

The hotel is nice. The housekeepers in a fight in the hallway this morning was absolutely ridiculous. We got in late and had hoped to rest in this morning. The loudest one was then outside the door screaming obscenities as we were checking out and was outside the front door screaming obscenities. It was ridiculous. For $250 for one night, I expected a little rest.
