Residence Inn Detroit / Auburn Hills

Das Klappbett war sehr schmal und unbequem, ok für eine Person oder zwei sehr kleine Kinder. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir zwei weitere Comforter und Laken, um das Bett komfortabler zu machen. Sauberkeit war ok, aber an den schwer zugänglichen Stellen nur mäßig.

Hôtel glauque, sale. La salle de bain dans un état de vétusté déplorable. Ça sentait l’herbe dans les couloirs, bref à fuir !!

Given what appears to be an older building, it’s been maintained very well. Room was clean. Closet door was off track, but that was easily remedied. The best part of our stay was Berta, front desk associate. She was AMAZING!!!!! So friendly, out going, gave great information, and was knowledgeable about the area and things to do. She was very bright and cheery. She worked til 11pm the night we checked in and was back in the early morning, still with a smile on her face and in good humor. She made conversation easy. :) This was a great property for a girls weekend away, staying two nights. We have the 2 bedroom suite. It was at the end of the hall, very quiet (except for sirens outside window one morning), and spacious. it was located in a more industrial part of town and felt very safe. Nice grounds and had we visited a few weeks later than we did, we could’ve utilized the outside patio and fireplace. We look forward to using that next time. Thank you!!!

We have stayed here several times as location is perfect for our needs at a good price. The exterior property is a 3 star but our rooms have been fine. Bkft is great for our purposes.

Comfy bed, clean bathroom, spacious! TV appeared to come “on” but couldn’t get to any channels. I just left a note so hopefully better for next travelers. Breakfast was tasty and ready to go!
