Laurel Inn

This is our third time staying here and the 2nd time in this exact unit. The convenient walking path to downtown is awesome so that you don’t have to drive down & find parking. The convenient check in process was a breeze, we didn’t have to meet any staff or anything. The room was well prepared for our needs. We did have some black bears hanging out down by the pool which was interesting. Don’t let the bears scare you away from this place sepcifically, I am sure they could be anywhere in Gatlinburg. The building is older but you can tell they have tried to renovate it since our last stay. For the simplicity & reasonable price we paid it was well worth it. I would stay here again in the future.

Laurel Inn Condominium was very clean and maintained. I loved my stay there my room had all the amenities I didn’t have to go buy nothing but the food.

The place was clean and updated. The kitchen was really small. It was in a location that allowed for walkability to the main strip. A few notes if you are planning to stay. The water pressure is lacking and is mentioned in many reviews. I would have rated it higher if a few things had been improved. The bed needs to be replaced, and bring your own pillows; those provided are terrible. In addition, if they'd invest in upgrading the towels - 12 bucks at TJMaxx - that would be great. We were disappointed that no coffee pods were provided; it was not a game-changer, but it would have been a nice inclusion. All in all, not a bad place, but I wouldn't stay again - I would choose a hotel over this location if staying for a couple of days. With the bed and pillow situation...it's a future pass for me.

El apartamento es una maravilla, estaba muy limpio y con todos los útiles necesarios para una cómoda estancia. Las camas eran muy confortables. La situación inmejorable, a pie de todas las atracciones de Gatlinburg. Todo de 10.
