I like not having to deal with people to check in or out. The place was lovely but the pool needs to be cleaned daily. There was too much leaves and debris in the pool.

Very clean condo , a little out dated , but priced very good! It’s a little bit away from down town , but you can walk it if you chose to . Plenty of parking at the property.

For the price, this place is absolutely fantastic! Staff is offsite due to renovations and COVID, but they are responsive and helpful by phone. There is limited parking downtown, so it’s well worth the walk. The condo was decorated and very cute, and it was nice to have a fridge and some basic appliances. The fireplace was so nice to relax by after a chilly day in the mountains, and the jacuzzi was divine after a long hike in the smokies! The king size bed makes you feel like royalty, and the entire condo is very spacious, especially for the price. The water pressure in the shower was a little low, and the elevator was very slow, but that was a minor inconvenience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for those on a budget!

Nice space, just like the pictures. Very clean. Short walk to main drag. Pool looked very nice but didn’t use it. Good view of mountains from balcony.

This was a great place to stay! Loved the fact it had stairs around back, for easy access to all the shops.

Clean comfortable room with a great view of the area. Quiet place to relax. Had everything we needed for 2 nights. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils (we did not use the kitchen). Short easy walk to the Parkway down the wooden staircase in the back.

The place was nice - comfortable and convenient t. We could walk to the strip easily . Also liked the fact we could park next to the Condo .

We stayed in condo #508. It was clean, cute and convenient. The bed was comfortable. However , the shower was terrible, little water pressure and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. The towels were worn and cheap. We did not utilize the kitchen. The main door(front door) could use some weather stripping.

Beautiful 1bedroom condominium, perfectly clean and well maintained, that made us feel at home. We would love to find the property available for the next trip.

This was one of the worse condos. bedside tables were shedded on bottom. bathroom was dirty in corners and chipped paint, sparse furnishings. one closet mostly full due to water heater. TV in bedroom did not work.

The condition was ok, but needs maintenance conducted more often. Problem is no one wants to pay for it. So, people pay for rooms that are not as advertised. This has been going on for decades, but it seems worse than ever. I've traveled to many places and I think I'm well qualified to comment. First; the light fixture above the mirror in the br needs replacing. 1 light was out. I touched it and it popped! Luckily, I was fine, but the base was still in the fixture. Both bulbs in the ceiling fixture of the br were out. Ronnie added 1 bulb to ceiling fixture. The other didn't work. Ronnie fixed the TV in the lr. The outlet in the lr for the TV and box was loose and falling apart. That is a fire safety violation as well. The calking along the jacuzzi and wall needs repair. The trash bin under the k sink was falling apart. Milton replaced it. The wood device for pulling out the trash, was rickety at best. Needs proper supports. From the look of the wood under the k sink, there has been a water leak for a while. No excuse! We kept a pot under it. Still leaking! Under the bed and behind the nightstands were filthy with dust and spiders. Other items for the rooms were stuffed into the br closet. Not much room for other things. Rooms are not sound proofed at all, but was quiet enough. Overall, I'd give the rm a 3 out of 5. Could be better of course. It's always up to the owner. I always try to inform so that things can be better for others going forward. Thx for reading.

Lovely apartment, we stayed in unit 309. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We had no issues during our stay. Convenient walk to downtown Gatlinburg (though do need to walk up stairs or hill to get back) and easy drive into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Was nice to be close to main street of Gatlinburg but not in the middle of it all.

Room 411 was clean and no bugs (we checked) Bed was comfortable, no complaints. Living room area was nice but fireplace didn’t work. Back door screen off porch was old and came off tracks (annoying). Hot water doesn’t last!! Toilet is not the elongated style, it’s small and round so for men beware, mine complained. Elevator needs a good clean. Overall, we we satisfied for the price.

Room was excellent. Clean had everything as advertised and was within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. 5 stars!!

Unit is dated and highly used. Worked enough for our needs (basically gone exploring the whole time, just need bed and bathroom). Takes forever to find the sweet spot on the shower head with water temp, flow is very low no matter what. Couch bed is broken and did not pull out. We just had our 2nd child sleep in our bed with us. Location is superb, park your car and easy walk to everything on the main drag. Walk was easy, only elevation to deal with are the large stairs, but they were very easy and safe. Didn't use any facilities so no comments on laundry, pool etc.

Overall it was in a good area. Plenty of parking. Not very soundproof, you could hear talking from other rooms. Nice pool. The unit was roomy. Staff was very responsive! A good option for the price.

I would recommend this property! It was close enough to everything that we could walk and we had an 8-year-old with us. The unit is older but well maintained. I would suggest a bathroom retouch and replacing the carpet in the bedroom and just use a large rug. It's budget friendly and clean! We had to use the sofa bed which was queen sized but needs a new mattress. We did have our 18 and 8 yr old sleep on it though, and they survived!

We liked the location above the city with spectacular views. The condo unit was renovated with modern features, but decorated with the theme of the mountains. There was plenty of space for the four of us ladies.

Very dated, only hot or cold water, no warm water, water pressure terrible, no amenities, couch looked like bear clawed it, peeling and flaking, bed squeaked and sank and very uncomfortable. Very sad.

Everything was great, if there was a negative it would have to be low water pressure. We have used this property many times and plan on keep using it.

Everything looked new. Bed slept well. Only negative thing was it was the first one we had stayed in that didn't have a balcony.

There was no in person staff to check in after 5pm. It told 1hour on the phone with Travelocity before getting into my room.

The room was clean and was exactly as described. The office was closed for the two days we were there. Access to the strip was not good at all. The property was close to the strip but we needed to drive down the hill and pay for parking.

We contacted office personnel to let them know we were stuck in traffic and might not make it to the office before it closed. We were then asked if we had received check-in information for our condo rental. We had not received any notification by e-mail or text. I was then told that instructions had been sent through Experia. I did not receive any info from Experia. The office clerk than sent me instructions directly to my phone and we were able to gain entrance to the condo. We were asked to stop by the office and obtain a parking permit. The next day we went to the office on the property only to find it locked and looking abandoned. We called the phone number on our contract and were then told that the "office" was at another location. There should be some notice printed and posted at the Laurel Inn Condos with this information so renters are aware that they need to go to another location to settle matters. We absolutely loved our stay in unit 202 and would recommend it to others. The management of these condos should do a better job to check that renters are made aware of check-in instructions by sending a simple text message to the renter to confirm that they understand the process.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Self service check in and out was a great experience. Conveniently located to the downtown area yet felt private enough.

The room was great. Bed was comfortable. Full size fridge and cook top was nice to have. Quiet area. There was no one in the office the whole time we were there which i found odd. Good thing we didn't have any problems. The cleaning lady was very nice and accommodating. The short walk to town is straight down hill and a very long walk back up after a long day downtown. Overall, a nice place to stay. Would stay hare again.

The only negative thing was that the AC froze up. Good thing it was cool the night it stopped working. Ronnie was sent out and was really nice. We came back later that afternoon and all was well.

Looking for a quiet getaway weekend with the wife. Room had everything we wanted. Jet Tub, a small kitchenette with utensils and cook ware. It was close to downtown shops and the area was quiet and peaceful. Definitely planning on returning in the future. The staff was very helpful and prompt.

Very clean the only problem for me was getting in and out jetted tub because Im short 5 2 inches. And it was too far to walk comfortably for us being in our 60s to downtown Gatlinburg. But they do have parking.

The apartment was nice the only downfall was the kitchenette. So so small. It was tough to cook in there. But it was a good price and a short walk to the main strip. The trick to an easier walk is to go out the back dow the stairs the the first main road you see take a right and you walk a couple of blocks to the main strip.

We loved the location. It was close to everything. Perfect for driving around traffic and within walking distance of the Parkway.

Loved the nearness to Downtown Gatlinburg but we couldn't walk with my 82 year old mother. (Steep hill) Unit 501 appears to be renovated and it was a nice place to stay! We didn't figure out how to turn on the heat until the last night. It wouldn't work on AUTO, we had to turn the Fan to ON to get it to blow warm air. The weather was not that cold so it really wasn't a big deal. We couldn't get the fireplace to work so we just didn't use it. All in all, it's a good place to stay.
