It didn’t state that the hotel was under construction. I wouldn’t had booked had I known. The outside wasn’t nice and the view right outside our window was a giant metal eye sore construction trash can and tube leading to the room nice ours. The room was nice and big! Loved the room except the fact that it had a weird smell and the shower water was Luke warm at most. We did go to the pool and hot tub area. Very nice. Pig pool water was a little cold but it had a pool. Nice size hot tub and the reason we booked. After traveling from Michigan to Pittsburg and headed back to Michigan we needed it! But the hot tub water was like the shower water! No where near hot! It actually was cold if you stated in there like 10 minutes. Was a ok stay but could of been better!

This is an older Hampton Inn and is being renovated. I would avoid until done. Parking is scarce due to cargotainers in the lot. The lobby is dusty due to work being done.

1) No refrigerator or microwave in room. like cool beverage in room. or ability to reheat pizza. 2) served same breakfast food served 3 days in a row, I stayed 4 days. 3) Pool ice cold, not heated like I was told. 4) whirlpool not working condition, sign said. 5) asked for a final receipt at check out, was told GET it from Expedia. would not recommend this facility.

Front desk staff was helpful but hotel overall was disappointing. It wasn’t very clean, smelled badly of cigarette smoke and it was non smoking (supposedly). I wouldn’t stay again.

You get what you pay for here. The room price was reasonable - room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel itself and the rooms could use an update. The furniture in the lobby was dusty and you could see crumbs between the cushions between the back and seat. Kind of gross actually. The staff was friendly enough but nothing to write home about. Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that but I enjoyed having the coffee in the lobby at all times. I would stay here again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Property was safe, quiet, convenient, and easy parking. Front desk was great help. The two negatives for our stay were housekeeping and tiredness of the facility. We had to request fresh towels and emptying the waste baskets three times before we got results. You can see the general wear and tear the motel has taken through the years. For example, the benches in the breakfast area were broke down by years of people sitting on them.

For the amount of money I paid, will not stay at another Hampton Inn and will not recommend to others. Was not aware it was going to be under construction. No parking as there were giant shipping containers in the parking lot. Used wash cloth was on the closet floor. The phone in the room did not work. Found a stink bug in the room. Ugh!

Loud barking dog directly across from my room. It would bark any time a door opened, closed or someone walked by. Didn't even spend the night because I knew I wouldn't get any sleep. No consideration for other people rooming there.

The hotel uses a very strong scent in the room that is harsh especially for people with sinuses. It was very difficult to sleep due to it.

Kyle was great; I spoke to him before arrival because my pay preferences were not followed. He helped me and I was able to let him know we would be checking in late. The person who checked us in was nice. I do not think our beds were queen; I have a queen bed and those were full size or something. The heat/AC in the room was odd; it was either very hot or very cold. The parking was awful; it wouldn't have been so bad if the side doors from outside were working. Also, I had to go to my car to grab something and it was after 11, but I had to be let in by the front desk clerk. I have no idea if my keycard would have worked, because I wasn't given the chance to try.

All was very good except for that annoying hotel heat/AC unit that is loud and goes on and off all night even after trying to adjust the temperature so it does not do that. It was 90 degrees. We needed the air on. But it cycled on and off all night. It was loud. Sleep was not good. Beds and linens were comfortable but the ac unit kept us awake.

Stay was very nice, but it’s all about value for your money. The manager should have taken over from the trainee during the. Heck in process. Very very long process, that could have been avoided. Extremely long process to get onto wifi. Seriously! As for the room, extremely nice but the ceiling’s need repair if you’re going to change 4star prices.

We stayed here when our granddaughter graduated from Bowling Green University. We tried to find a restaurant that could accommodate our group and there were none, so I called Hampton Inn to see if they had a room available and they had the meeting room available to rent, which I did. The staff was amazing and helped with all our requests.

This hotel was a great stop on our way down to South Carolina. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have had with a large dining room.

Not so friendly staff when we asked for extra blankets. Rolled eyes, sighed, appeared to be irritated having to walk to the back to grab them. Breakfast was terrible. Our door had a gap when shut, but convenient location.

1) No refrigerator or microwave in room. like cool beverage in room. or ability to reheat pizza. 2) served same breakfast food served 3 days in a row, I stayed 4 days. 3) Pool ice cold, not heated like I was told. 4) whirlpool not working condition, sign said. 5) asked for a final receipt at check out, was told GET it from Expedia. would not recommend this facility.

Very nice facility and extremely convenient to BGSU. Several restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Good breakfast with hot and cold selections. Extremely quiet in the room.

Easily accessible from three streets with handicapped spaces near the entrance. Very clean carpeting in hallways easing walking for handicapped. Excellent breakfast. We will return in September.

My room was prepaid so the check-in was fast and easy. I was surprised when they asked for a credit card to cover incidentals when there didn't seem to be any thing I could order.

Major construction and the workers were outside our 3rd story window working until 8:30 pm. Pool was ice cold and the hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work so it was just hot water. When I pay that much to stay at a hotel I expect better or at least reduce the price. The breakfast was good though. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage and more. I guess when construction is done it will be better but it will be a while. It should be noted on the site if major construction is going on.

As the air conditioning hit at the front desk Our stay was nice My mom and I came up for a 3 night getaway. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were roomy and very clean breakfast was a nice touch mom and I hung out by the indoor jacuzzi and swimming pool The toledo heat wave, it was navigated quite well at the hampton inn

Under construction with loud banging in the AM. Very humid in the room itself like the building wasn't being properly airconditioned. Im the room, there was a strange/moldy odor. Some of the staff were helpful, and let us switch rooms. The room cleaner found our tablet and made sure we got it back after switching rooms which was a life saver. One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the stress but try to take that into the back room. There is a water bottle refill station which is nice The rooms themselves are clean. Stairs need help. There is always coffee and hot water in the foyer which is awesome.
