We had a large clean double room with a very comfortable bed, and benefited from a floor standing fan. Nice towels and large walk-in shower bedroom. Room (no. 7) was located at the front of the property and road noise was quite noticeable. Unfortunately we learnt upon our arrival that the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment so had to find somewhere local for dinner. This was not an issue in itself and there are various restaurant within 5 minutes walk, but had the closure information been shown when booking via Hotels.come we would have looked else where. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful ranging from cereals to cooked breakfast.

Very clean hotel. Parking free, but first come first served. Host was incredibly polite and friendly. Breakfast and the available choices were delicious and the service was excellent. We had the quadruple room. No aircon (which we didn't expect) and the room looked out onto a busy road. The flow of traffic didn't really stop until gone 2am so take ear plugs. Weather was extremely hot (nothing that the hotel could do about that) but they did provide a tall fan. A really good shower, clean bathroom and provided three towels for each guest.
