Leonardo Hotel Sheffield

This hotel was ok. No fridge or water/biscuits in the room. Breakfast was luke warm & the poached eggs I ordered, although very nice, took about 25 minutes to arrive. I had finished my main breakfast. Our previous trip to Leonardo’s in Chester was much nicer & better!

Breakfast - the hot choices were not hot particularly the scrambled eggs. Croissants were a mess. The rest of the hotel was very good.

Comfortable short stay and good location to the station, shops and Crucible. Breakfast choice was good and relaxing hotel bar. Would stay again on my next visit.

This Leonardo is a very good one in terms of the brand. The executive rooms have a varied layout which is a nice element. The bed is very comfortable and you get a nice night's sleep mostly. My recent stay did have music blaring from outside beyond 1am on the Wednesday night but that's the first time I've encountered that in four visits to this hotel. The breakfast choice is in line with what you'd come to expect if you've stayed at any UK Leonardo before.That said, the quality can vary in them but the Sheffield version maintains a high standard every time. The hotel has a nice relaxed vibe in general and the staff are a huge part of creating that. The check-in each time always has a personal feel rather than any sense of it being routine. It sets the right tone and it's maintained throughout any stay.
