Hampton Inn Franklin/Milford

This was the worst stay we have ever had. The man that checked us in wouldnt make eye contact and basically tossed the key cards at us. It was 4 adults and the room had only 2 towels and a 1/2 roll of TP. When we asked for more towels and TP we were given an attitude and told to come back in 20 minutes. We called ahead of arriving asking for a cot and we were assured they would provide one. When we asked about it, we were told no and that they didnt have time to get the cot. The place was dirty, the room smelled, the blind was broken amd there was a water leak onto the floor from the roof. The staff were so rude and the place was so dirty we ended up leaving a day early. Lastly, we booked the hotel because it had a pool to relax at.... the hotel decided not to open the pool this year but did not notify anyone. We tried to talk to management and they said that they have had issues with this staff for awhile.

Nice place, easy parking and check in

No housekeeping service provided for 4 nights. Even on my request, the housekeeping staff said that she will check her list. The manager was aware and nothing changed The website never mentioned any maintenance or service unavailability. The swimming pool was full of water and was closed.. On my query, I was told to use the pool at the hotel next door.

Loved our stay and will be back. Parking was difficult as storage trailers and lg truck took many spots.

This was a decent hotel, the pool was being repaired during our visit so we were unable to enjoy that aspect (they did offer the one next door as an option) and the TV menu was very awkward.

No pool access and ice machine on floor out of order

The trip was great! We stayed in a very bad hotel the night before so this was amazing compared to that. lol. We actually were so comfortable here that we added on an additional night. The only sad this is the pool was out of service. I know you can’t win them all. The kids were just hoping to go swimming, but overall it was a great stay.

Parking was easy and fairly abundant. Great location near highway.

This place is ok for a night, but I wouldn't want to be there much longer. Front desk doesn't give guests the best feeling. Far from a "warm welcome." They take a $25 additional deposit without telling you the reason (unless you ask, which I did). I was told I'd get it back as long as I didn't "abuse the room." Who trains these people to talk to guests like that? Bizarre. Bed was fine, but room could be cleaner. Breakfast passable, but not great. Given the above, the place should be less expensive.

One of the beds had sheets that had what felt like sand in them.

Room was really clean and staff was wonderful.

Rooms are very musty. Possibly mold issues. My sinusses are swollen from sleeping there.

The entire property I side and put was spotless. There was friendly staff constantly up keeping the building and always ready to help with anything we needed. Bed was comfortable. They allow you to control the temperature in your room. Which is nice.. it was early fall when we stayed. So it was cooler the day we arrived and much warmer the next day. So being able to turn the AC and heat in our room off and on as we needed just made our room all the more comfortable for us. The rooms were nice sized, shower was spotless and they use eco friendly amenities and toiletries which was nice to see. Ice machines on multiple floors and easy to find. Many channels on the TV. Easy check in and out. With the option to do both contactless for your convince. Plenty of off street parking. The breakfast is so good!! And the common areas of this hotel were just as inviting and comfortable to be in, as the private rooms were. And I get a bit of social anxiety sometimes so that's saying something. I would absolutely stay here again. The price was comparable to other similar quality hotels in the area, however I doubt many of the others are as relaxing and well maintained for the price point. Also, it's only a short drive from the Xfinity center and many other attractions in the area. And there is a gas station, Dunkin and restaurants all within half a mile. Very easy to get to from this hotel. It's actress from a school and within close proximity of multiple school zones so it's safe.

The staff was great but the room was not well maintained. The first room had small hairs on the sheet. The woman at the desk apologized and promptly moved me to another room. This room had something clogged in to the toilet so it would not flush. Maintenance came and repaired the issue quickly. But for $250/ night this room was not cleaned properly. The cleaning does not come clean and replenish towels unless you request it. Will not be staying here again.

Clean large rooms

Courteous staff and clean room with plenty of space.

Continental breakfast was great. Check in & check out were great. TV doesn’t have all the channels listed on the in room chart. Purchased a wheelchair accessible room & was all the way down at the end of the top floor. I think those rooms should either be first floor or closer to the elevators. Thought the beds had hard mattresses.

Everything was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately their Wifi was down to the guests when we checked in Friday and off all Saturday as well, but that was ok

Nice room

Our room appeared to be recently updated. The hotel is convenient and in a quiet location.

Enjoyed our stay, room was in excellent condition and clean. Staff friendly, helpful and courteous and breakfast was a bonus and done well. My only negative comment would be the walls are thin. You can hear the people in the room next to you (i.e. Pressing the buttons on the microwave, dropping the toilet seat-those are thin walls to hear that detail).

The room was modern, well presented, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and was good. High recommended for a few nights. Easy access to the designer outlet which was only 1 junction down the interstate.

The door for the room did not latch completely on its own. The free breakfast was no bargain.

I had to switch rooms at almost midnight due to water backing up in the bathroom sink and pouring on to floor. Weird how that happened because I was asleep at the time and not using the bathroom or the sink.

Stayed on the 3rd floor that was recently renovated. Everything was fresh and new. The bed was extremely comfortable and the new nightlight in the bath made the run in the dark much easier.

Check in quick & easy, staff extremely helpful

They do not clean your room every day which is fine but there is only one small trash can in the room. The daytime front desk were very courteous and helpful. The guy that is the front desk clerk at night is not helpful and doesn’t even try to pretend like he cares.

The staff here, from check in, to breakfast and on to check out are the best. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff obviously do a great job. I made it a point to tell them at the front desk how very impressed I was with everything about this hotel. I hope to see them all again soon.

It would have been nice if we were warned before or during checking in on Saturday that there had been no hot water since Wednesday at this hotel.

Hotel was close to Dean College for graduation day. Service was excellent and it offered a hot breakfast with different options daily.

Excellent location. Quiet area close to the highway, a short distance to the wrentham outlets. We’ve stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. Breakfast in the morning offers a great selection to get you on your way. Staff are always helpful. Tried to use the Hilton digital key but didn’t work and still had to go to the front desk however I don’t know if that was an app problem or something specific with the hotel.

Convenient to 495, fuel, coffee. There are lots of grassy areas to walk pets. The room was clean and comfortable.

Quiet area of town but close to highway for easy travel. Lots of dining options close by.

The staff was VERY warm and friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL, even by the standards I've come to expect from Hampton.

The property was OK. As the pets are allowed, so there should be an option to select a pet-free room just like smoke-free option. We don't want to see pet hair in our beds and start sneezing. The bathroom and room dors should not be rubbing against the floor. The breakfast should have clean differentiation between kosher and vegan foods. For example omlate had prok pieces and potatoes were under the same cover with sausage and sharing the spoons.

Best breakfast ever for a hotel. They had better ‘bread’ options than others. Freshly baked scones

Check in was easy. Nice breakfast. Loved the cookies and coffee/tea/hot cocoa and water available anytime in the lobby.

We were not allowed to eat breakfast I have to say we where 20 minutes late the woman was sweeping and told us no way everything is done that kind of dissatisfied me not even a coffe but hotel was very nice

Clean room, nice staff and excellent breakfast!

The hotel was clean and our premium King room was well worth the extra dollars. Loved being able to come back after a long day, and have my choice of hot beverages - tea, hot cocoa and coffee. The hot beverage bar in the lobby was well stocked! I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast. The eggs had a strange texture, the waffle selection was both candy/chocolate based, and the breakfast meat and tater tots were sub-par. With that said, they had fresh orange juice, fresh fruit and oatmeal that filled the void. There was an amazing local breakfast place just around the corner, so don’t let the mediocre complimentary breakfast stop you from staying here. The large walk-in shower, lush linens and comfy mattress and pillows would bring us back in a heartbeat!
