We were places in the old part of the building next door. The elevator was sketchy and got stuck 2-3 times. Kids only allowed in pool area at certain times of the day Kids not allowed in rooftop bar at any time of the day

The water temperature in the pool was cold.

Nice hotel in a good location very close to St Paul’s. The hotel was clean & comfortable the reason I only gave 4 stars really was because at least 2 lifts were out of order and the wait for lifts were long and when they did arrive were full so you couldn’t get in!

Lovely roof top bar . Good location , the spa was ok let down by having no chairs or loungers to lay on which i find bizarre .

Smart, comfortable and high quality surroundings. Staff are courteous and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Very quiet and relaxed despite the very close proximity to the cathedral. Short walk to and from the tube, rail station and South Bank makes it an excellent base for sight seeing and dining out. Highly recommended is the Rena Spa facilities and the views from the Sabine roof top bar. Food is on the higher price end but the quality is outstanding! There is a varied all you can eat buffet breakfast and free water, apples and biscuits available throughout the day. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, steps away from St Paul’s Cathedral. Room large and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. To use the Sabine Rooftop bar you do need to book a table in advance, but great spot and reasonably priced drinks given the location! We used the pool and spa facilities, which were nice but over-run with children when we used it (Sat afternoon around 4.30pm), at a quieter time I imagine it could be quite relaxing! Overall a great value stay for such a central location at a high standard. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

This property has great potential but is very poorly run. Rooms not cleaned by 6 pm, spa closed at random times and when open full of screaming children. Pool half shut down for private lessons cramming all guests into very small area making it unswimmable.

Hotel is starting to look tired especially the pool area (broken steps into the jacuzzi). Had messaged the hotel to be in the main hotel but did not respond and we were out in the annex. I really think this should be on the booking as it’s not part of the hotel.

Unfortunate only a single lift was working and had to wait over 10 mins for one to arrive, with a pregnant member of our group of 18 this wasn’t great. Additional not all the rooms were available (we arrived just after 3pm) and had booked 5 rooms (18 guests) this left a sour first impression. Great location and rooms but the services and experience was lacklustred.

If you trust any review of this hotel it absolutely must be this one. I am completely horrified after having experienced the appalling conditions of this alleged ‘4 star hotel’. The hotel in question was described as ‘modern, chic and upmarket’ I can confirm that this is in fact false advertising. It is nothing of the sort. It is dated, dull, dreary and completely unsanitary. The room I stayed in was described as a ‘superior king room’ - there was nothing superior about it, the room looked as though it had never been cleaned before with significantly stained carpets, curtains, walls and linens. It also reeked of damp and mould which most definitely came from the fact the bathroom extractor was not working causing the entire bathroom to flood with condensation after using the shower for mere moments. Soon after checking in and viewing the disgraceful condition of my room I complained and was told nothing could be done as the stay was booked via a third party website. All staff were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic to the fact that the room was in a completely dire and in my opinion unlivable condition. I booked this trip in advance after thoroughly researching spas in London, thinking that for the money I paid I’d get a beautiful, relaxing and peaceful experience. I hate to say that the images online have been edited to make the entire hotel appear more vibrant and chic, it looked nothing like the pictures upon checking in and I feel as though I have been scammed.

Staff were welcoming and Initial impression was good but the cleaning was of very poor standard with dust up the walls. Left over items on the bed side table and floor and just generally didn't feel like the room had been cleaned very well and not what you should expect in your own house let alone a hotel. Informed staff at the end and even the response then was also poor. I'd not recommend this hotel currently due to current standards.

The service and staff is excellent. Great location, quiet and accessible to several Underground stations! Good deal and good food selection on the Breakfast package. We were expecting more of their spa, but were told that only the relaxation room is included and the none of treatments are included. That point could be made clearer to us. The pool was clean and welcoming, it was one of the biigest deciding factor in us booking the hotel, but we missed out on several time slots because of Bank holiday causing it to close earlier than expected, and we weren't told that beforehand. The bathroom and all amenities are great except our shower leaked and water pooled on the floor, making it a big nuisance!

This hotel is situated in a great area with lots of options for food and transportation that are walkable. While the hotel is very fancy the cleaning is poor. Our room was not cleaned until after 3pm the first day, we did not get enough towels and garbage was left for days. This property has a lot of potential but needs to put focus on customer service and being helpful to guests who pay a lot to stay there.

This was a terrible choice for us. The hotel room was dirty, never cleaned each day. The garbage was piled up and left in my room. the linens were left on my bed for me to change. the towells and other items requested were thrown in the tub. i complained multiple times. they initially offered to compensate for the issues and then on the last dau did not. The manager promised to call and fthen did not. they wete rude and dishonest. I took pictures of everything and plan to dispute this publicly as well. i will never stay here again.

Rooms were small with very little space for all family clothes and the room carpet was quite uncleaning. Cleaning while we were there for 5 days was sporadic and we had enquire to make sure it happened. Cleaning also included leaving spare towels in a room that already had little space. Coverall quite a disappointing experience (for the price).

Had a great stay. Here for 3 night stay with my friend and 2 children age 16 & 10. Large room with 2 x very comfy queen beds. Had the best nights sleep! The room could probably do with a revamp, carpets and the woodwork are looking a bit tired, although whilst we were there some rooms were having new carpets fitted. The room was a bit dusty and we noticed that the toilets in the reception area wasn’t very clean. Despite this we still had a great stay and it didn’t put us off. Staff very welcoming and friendly and our room was topped up with tea and coffee, towels etc each day. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and it really set you up for the day! The pool was great, not too busy, kids loved it. Adult only Roof top bar with an amazing view of St Paul’s Cathedral is well recommended

Really handy location for our London city break. Main areas of hotel were nice although room itself in particular the bathroom would benefit from a refresh. Shower leaked and flooded bathroom floor each time it was used and the temperature varied a lot with poor water pressure. We found the lady on reception at check in to be very nice however distinctly average interactions with all other staff throughout the rest of our stay.

Excellent location. Light and airy hotel, staff were very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was superb, well worth paying the extra. Two down sides were that the bath was not clean, there was hair and some shampoo/condition are in it where it had not been cleaned properly. The second downside was the pillows. They were rock hard and very uncomfortable.

Had to change room as bathroom smelled.

The bar inside the hotel is pleasing to the eye and the sight above from the glass elevator is lovely. Our room did not come with a view and our window view was another room across the bridge.

We had a nice room with spectacular view of St.Paul’s Cathedral. We had a wheelchair accessible bathroom, therefore the sink was on knees hight for us we are 200 and 180cm tall) no stool in the bathroom, even on request not possible to get one. Pillows were hard and thick, I requested a softer, thinner pillow, never got that. Gym was very large with a lot of workout Option but a Bit worn down and could have Bern cleaner. I only deducted one star because we really enjoyed the nice view

Hard to find the entrance at first. Large hotel very close to saint paul and city transports. We had a twin queen room. It wasnt a newly decorated room but clean and comfy enough for 1 night stay The air con was noisy during the night. Apart from that really quiet considered central position in london.

The hotel has the luxury feel you would expect from the brand. Rooms are large, with lots of amenities and very comfy bed. However the aircon was a bit odd (didn’t seem to go below 23!), the TV seemed to be precariously hanging at an angle and the desk chair and bed was a pretty tight fit. Found check in laborious- took 15 minutes! Great location for the city - opposite St Paul’s but beware the bells which seem to ring every 15 minutes through the night (unless we were unlucky and it was a special occasion!).

Very helpful Reception and Concierge Staff. Breakfast choices excellent. Family Room very clean and suitable for 2 12 year olds and an adult. Good bathroom and shower (shut door before turning on!) Good location for St Paul’s area and restaurants and tube.

I struggled through the numerous doors to the west wing. Bar service very slow. I was charged £6.50 for mini bar but didn’t agree to mini bar. It was put on my automatic check out bill. Please refund me and for the breakfast as I was waiting 15 minutes and nobody seated me.

The property itself was great so we had a good stay but the member of staff who checked us in, nick, was unhelpful at best but was actually very rude, disinterested and totally unwilling to help. This did not start our stay off well. The rest was fantastic!

Great place. The assistant Manager I think his name was Amer was great and professional. He went way out of his way just to help us. It was an amazing stay and for sure we will be coming back. Such great experience.

Victoria, breakfast room is very efficient and nice at busy time. Departure was terrible. They forgot our 2 wakup calls for catching up early Eurostars. No apologies at all at front desk.just saying system errors, even though i saw the memo about wake up call at reception. Facility was fabulous but most of staffs are not nice.

Hotel is well situated, clean with good facilities and excellent rooms. The service we received however was abysmal all the way up to the duty manager who dealt with us. We were checked in under the wrong name, told that payments had been declined when we could prove on a banking app that they had been authorized. We were told that the rooftop bar is nothing to do with the hotel. They just share the same building though they use the picture and advertise this venue in the in room guest directory. The duty manager we likened to Basil Fawlty as he varied between rude, incompetent and always appeared to be exceptionally stressed. It was frankly the worst front desk experience we have ever encountered. The rest of the staff seem to have things mostly under control however the experience put me off ever staying here again it was so bad.

Location was key! Walkable to everything: Millennium Bridge, St. Paul's Cathedral, public transportation, food and stores etc. Concierge desk was always so helpful and friendly in helping us with luggage, tour ideas, rides and routes. Cool water and small snacks always in the lobby, so helpful on hot summer days. Front desk staff were always so nice. Very nice hotel and clean. I only wished the pool hours for kids was extended longer, the time frame is short so we didn't get to use it. Visited with my family, would stay here again.

i ordered bfast and the receptionist charge me. When i went to eat, the counter was asking me if i paid and they cant find the record that i paid!!!

The Staff went above and beyond to celebrate my parents 25th wedding anniversary, they wrote a message on the mirror , rose petals on the bed and a box of chocolates which was a lovely touch. thank you very much

This hotel was very conveniently located between two subway lines, clean, amenities and restaurant were excellent. Rooms had two queen beds, clean, quiet. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, not cheap but nice to have as an option. The pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room were all wonderful to have at the end of the day. Great overall experience here.

Clean, efficient, responsive. Plus it’s a great location. Right next to St Paul’s Cathedral but also around the corner from Millenium Bridge (walking) and close to Tate Musuem, Borough Market, etc. Also walking distance to Covent Garden, London Bridge, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, etc.

I was recommended this hotel by a friend and it was a fantastic choice. Lots of food places around it. Paul’s Cathedral is 200 feet away. All the hop on hop off buses are also less than 3 minute walk away. Millenium bridge is a few hundred feet away and can be walked over to the other side of the Thames. Blackfriars station is nearby. Service in the hotel was good. Got the room cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet was good. Ate there daily. Was included in my booking. Free WiFi was available. The area was clean. Hotel concierge service was very helpful. Checked in in the evening and check out at 11am. All painless.

Hotel was super nice and loved its proximity to St Paul’s Cathedral and all the historical sightseeing on that side of the Thames. Room was spacious and clean. Morning breakfast was tasty and a great presentation. Pool area was nice looks larger on the picture but we enjoyed it.

The location in central London was great. Right next to St Paul's, quick walk across the Thames for the Globe, quick trip to London Tower and right next to all the Hop On/Hop Off stations.

I had such a fantastic experience at the Leonardo Hotel at St. Paul’s. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from St. Paul’s Cathedral and well connected to the rest of the city. The room was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help — from check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and professional. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary toiletries and great coffee in the room.

Great hotel, fantastic location near 3 underground stations, Thames River 3 minutes walk away. St. Paul’s cathedral- 20 steps away. Good food. Good pool and big rooms. Great service overall

What a fantastic hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. Breakfast was excellent everything was fresh great selection. Hotel in great location for all attractions. We will definitely be back. The grandchildren thought it was amazing they enjoyed the pool especially after a full day out seeing the sights

Expedia states “free breakfast for silver members”. Hotel did not honour this.

Breakfast is awesome.

Hotel itself is good and great location. The only annoyance was the optional upgrade and access to the lounge. We (and several others) were told it was open from 5pm and then alcohol from 7pm onwards. We went down at 7pm (lot of others at 7.30pm) but drinks close at 7.30pm and selection is very (very basic) for the 30 mins we had. In summary, room nice but upgrade for lounge never worth it!

I liked the design of the Leo restaurant and bar. Food was not great and check in could have been better .

Lovely hotel. Excellent breakfast. Spacious relaxing bar. Rooms were comfortable. Had both a shower and a tub in the bathroom. Love both options!!
