Stay was good, employees were nice. I just wish the pool was cleaner and the hot tub worked. Other than that it was great!!

Beds, linens, towels, & wash rags were all dirty & stained. No linens or pillows for couch bed. No working ice makers & TV did not have service. Cup in room for coffee maker was stained like it was used already.

First off we chose this property for the pool and hot tub. That itself was disgusting the pool water level was extremely low and the hot tub water was even lower and had green algae growing along the hot tub walls. The elevator was broken and from what I heard from staff it’s been like that for a month. Tv was broken we had two towels for our party of 5. This place seems to be doing bare minimum to stay under the radar with bad reviews . Take my advice and don’t be deceived. Drive about 40 more minutes north and find a better place. The front desk was rude as well. This was 138 dollar loss and I couldn’t wait to wake up up and check out as fast as we could

The reception was helpful but there are so many issues with the building. Front doors didn’t work properly so you physically need to open with your hands to get in or exit. Elevators are oout of service so guessts had to use the stair well which that door aleays slammed shut. The pool was closed due to unknown issues. Lobby bathroom and ice machine out of service. Worst of all, the girl working the breakfast area was disgruntled with something and walked away from the area and sat outside in front of the building. This after I asked the front desk for the coffee to be refilled. The girl then walked ack inside and sat in the lobby rather than go back and check the breakfast/ coffee. To run out of items and have no amenities available is awful. We will stay away from this hotel from now on. The only thing helpful was getting a new room on the 1st floor after hearing the stairwell door being slammed every time people entered/exited. Also the room cards do not work on the outside entrance doors bit someone left that doorbopen by placing the rug under to keep it cracked open.

No pool available but overall it’s was noce

Room was not great. Stains in tub. Opened fridge and it smelled so bad eveyone in the room immediately smelled it. Pool was green and closed. Wouldn't stay again

We arrived late. First, Sliding doors had to be opened and closed manually. ELEVATOR out of service. The Long-haired kid behind the counter was nice but had no idea how to do his job. The computer was a task for him. I ask about occupancy the following day he said it was very slow. So, I asked about paying for a late check out of 1 or 2 pm I was told It was impossible! Even though I called prior and showed him the online advertised info. Still NO! We had not slept in 32 hrs. He told me he could allow for 12 noon so I took what I could get. Nice just untrained. Next? Room Keys. no working keys We had to be let in everytime I left the room. He said the Programmer was so old it would not work at night??? That's what he said// I was too worn out to question the unrealistic excuse. The SIDE door to the parking lot was propped out with a carpet. On the 1st trip down our hall, 3 kids in their 20s came in through this door they did not appear to be guests, More local like friends of someone there. This made the wife very uneasy as it was open to anyone that wanted to enter out of sight from the front desk. Once in the room, the tv did not work. The HDMI cord appeared to be unplugged but the mount made it impossible for me to get my hand in behind to plug in. At 8 I ran up to grab breakfast and get a few more hrs to sleep. Lots of issues, the worker was playing games on the phone. Beating on door at 10 then 1030MGR beating on dr unable to go back to sleep She was very rude more but

There were flies everywhere, my key didn’t work I had to be escorted to my room every time. Booking was made because of the pool yet it was not open and has not been open for months.

I booked a double bed suit… when arrive only single bed suit left… I booked and paid for this a week in advance… they were completely booked up so we had no option… but the front desk lady was super nice and helpful… then to top it off the elevator was out of service

Ms. Angie was amazing. From start to finish. Ms. Angie made our stay there great eventhough, The pool wasnt very clean and that was one of the main reasons i booked the room, but Patricia I believe her name was from evening shift cleaned the pool for us the best she could and did a good job

The carpet was stained and nasty, the bathroom shower was moldy, there were some kind of unidentified splatter stains on the walls in various locations in the room, the smell was not pleasant, it was just overall run down and old and not kept up at all. There were not mattress pads on the bed under the fitted sheet. The mattress on the pull out bed was very dirty and stained. Trains passed by every hour or so and so you got to enjoy the sound of their horns every few minutes. Overall just gave you a gross feeling and we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Roaches in the room and no one answers when you call the front desk!!!! Hair all in the bath tub and no washcloths. Will not stay here again!

Very unclean

Bathroom wasn’t clean with a ring in the toilet and the tub was still dingy and dirty. Removing the carpet and replacing it with vinyl flooring would update the rooms.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The first room had mold around the tub, the smoked detector was cover with a bag, and the bed had dip, and an has an order. The jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Our room was filthy. Stains all over carpet and furniture, stuff dried on lamps, paint peeling on walls, disgusting bathroom and the water was BROWN!

Our room had little black hairs all on the sheets.

The staff was as helpful as they could be, for being short-staffed, and an overflowing amount of customers. However, the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned so we had to be put in another room, the floors were always sticky and area garbage cans not emptied enough. The room was comfortable, and even though they were full, it was relatively quiet.

I checked in on 4/18 at 9:15pm went to the room around 12:30 am and the room was dirty from a previous stay. The front desk changed me to another room this room wasn’t that clean either besides the bed being made up. The tub was rusty and dirty the toilet was dirty with rings around it. The sink wasn’t clean there was hair left in it. The mattress was worn out. I had to sleep on the couch while my husband and niece tried to sleep in the bed. That mattress had my left hip and back hurting. You couldn’t get extra towels because they wasn’t clean on Friday night and on Saturday all they had was pool towels to use. You couldn’t turn the tv only one channel work. I spent too much money to not to have a good stay at this hotel. This was a very disappointing stay.

I will add photos but there’s also an issue with the key cards. They never worked. Had to keep bugging the front desk staff for new ones or to re-key them. There were stains or something on the walls, floor was stained, cover on bed was stained, towels were dingy, it just felt dirty. You could tell that the rooms were not properly cleaned, just stripped down and made up again.

Loved the 2 room 2 king beds. Perfect for family of 4. Never seen a hotel with 2 king beds before

This was definitely a comfort suite that has potential, but it needs to be tended to. When we first arrived at the hotel, we noticed that the grass and bushes in front of the hotel was growing everywhere. There has been no spring cleaning on the outside at all the hotel lobby was very pretty. The side door had to be propped open because we could not use our key to get in. It was broken. The rooms and stuff were nice as well but the bed need to be addressed two of the rooms that I had the bed sunk in the middle so we kinda rolled to the middle of the bed. My carpet had a stain on the floor. The towels and comforters for pullout sofas were out. The staff was very nice, but they definitely need to have a meeting to discuss things that are broken and it would be a great hotel.

The lady at the desk was very nice. We got to our room and it was occupied! Got a second room, the tv didn’t work. Got a third room, tv stuck on USA Harry Potter. The room was clean and large. Breakfast was good.

At first I was excited and things looked okay. As the stay went on, found out the shower head was horrible, room had no phone, had plumbing issues at night and couldn’t find anyone at the front desk. Television had signal problems. Breakfast was okay. Probably won’t stay again or suggest to anyone else.

Staff was nice. Property/rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the AC stayed on. Never would switch to any heat. It was very cold all night. But overall I would stay at this Property again.

The room needs to be remodeled. It was pretty clean but there were stains on the sofa, carpet, and the bathroom fixtures. There is a train track that runs near it that you can hear, so if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up. The staff we interacted with were all very nice.

Comfortable bed; bath lighting did not work; A/C compressor made unusual noises. Never had problems before tho. Nice staff every time.

The service was slow. The WiFi was terrible and elevator was old and slow.

The Suite room is great- lots of room and the second bed was in a private room. Both areas had TV's. The room was clean and comfortable! OVER ALL GREAT!!

The staff were very friendly. However, the bed was terrible! The center of the mattress was very broke in. You lay down and roll to the center! Definitely need to purchase new mattresses. There was a stain on the carpet. Bathroom could use some repairs to the wall.

Upon arriving to the hotel, there was NO ONE working at the front desk. I’m pretty sure there was one employee there (a housekeeper who had also just quit) who was cursing to us about management, but still offered to try to check us in. He said he wasn’t sure what he was doing, but that he would do the best he could and warned us that there was no one else there to help. No clean towels, rags, etc. He attempted to check us in but the room keys wouldn’t open our door. After walking back down there in hopes of catching him before he left as well, he gave us an actual key (not card) that he said would unlock every single door in the hotel. While I know he was trying to be nice, that in itself was scary and so unsafe. Long story short, we eventually had to swap room’s AGAIN later that same night. I am so disappointed in our stay and will definitely not be staying here again. It’s one thing to be unclean and unprofessional, but to also be dangerous is absolutely unacceptable.

The property had trash around it. People smoking illegal drugs in the building. Homeless people walking in to eat breakfast. The attendant never at desk.

Was unable to stay since no one was up front to check us in. Waiting over 1 1/2 hrs and no one showed up to the front desk. Called customer service and they were unable to get ahold of someone as well to check us in. Had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night and call back the next week for a refund and that still took almost a month to get returned. Also tried to call the manager within that month to make a complaint and they were either “not there” or “busy”! I will never book here again or recommend them to anyone. Sadly I’m sure the employee that was supposed to be there never got in trouble since the manager was always “to busy” to hear my complaint. Disappointed and not impressed at all! Go to La Quinta across the road!!

Not too happy with this property. Waited approx 5 minutes till greeted at front desk and the clerk was rude, like it was a hassle to check us in. The room was ok, short on bath towels and wash cloths. On my 3rd night there the keys wouldn't work, i go to the FD and while other people were in the lobby the clerk after having my ID in hand says on the computer he was on so what room was i in? I didn't feel comfortable in front of other people saying my room number but he said that was the only way of knowing due to the computer he was on was messed up. I feel this is a security issue.

I booked a double bed suit… when arrive only single bed suit left… I booked and paid for this a week in advance… they were completely booked up so we had no option… but the front desk lady was super nice and helpful… then to top it off the elevator was out of service

There were a couple of issues but the staff went above and beyond. They were kind at the front office when we checked out and explained the few issues with the room. One of the staff members went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our own breakfast in the lobby. The hospitality was evident and they employees were very kind and understanding.

Staff is awesome. With noisey neighbors they moved us into a room where we could get some sleep. This was an average stay- one room did not have heat- the room we stayed in the TV wouldnt turn off so we just muted it. They moved us twice- the third room worked. This hotel is right next to the train tracks, so that also had alot of noise. Once we were moved to the front of the hotel- no more train noise or loud neighbors.

Great place to stay the night. Several restaurants are nearby.

There was no light at the road and the road to the motel is in an awkward place. When I walked into the lobby, it smelled like skunk blunt smoke. It would choke you. The elevator smelled worse. The tub had hair in it and the carpet had trash on it. My grandson went to get ice and the remainder of the blunt was moved into the ice machine grate. There was no liner in the ice bucket and when you could find the desk clerk she claimed there was no more. She kept going missing. The sofa stools had tares on top. My mother’s room smelled of smoke and it was listed as non- smoking. I explained all of this upon check out. I couldn’t tell who was working this morning, because she was wearing a headband and scrubs without a name tag. That was very tacky for a motel. It seems like they don’t want anyone to know they work there. The customer service is zero. They didn’t offer to do a thing about any of this. I will never stay here again. I did not feel safe and I was worried about the filth. The ice machine on the first floor did not even work. This was very sketchy. Bad bad place.

It was close to the highway and Cracker Barrel!

This made a convenient stop over between Dallas TX and Gulf Shores, AL.

What I liked is proximity to airport. What I didn’t like: Staff not on duty with apologies on signage throughout the day; no towels available to guests on first day; broken bathtub; no room service to clean the room

Clean, great staff, quiet, convenient to highway, near gas/food. Comfortable bed, clean room, new TV, workout options.

Hotel was ok. Location is great. Staff not always at desk or near. Buzzer on counter to call. Bathroom bathtub needs cleaned around and recaulked. Hotel needs to upgrade with shower gel, lotion, shampoo and shower gel. At first driving into parking lot thought hotel closed because the winter freeze had damaged the sago palms and other plants which make them look dead. All the plants need to be trimmed so hopefully they will rebound or need to be replaced. Carpet in room had not been vacuumed thoroughly. Overall clean. Hotel located by train track so you will hear the train horn when passing through if you are in a room on the west side. I would stay here again but on the east side.

Average hotel but disappointed with breakfast.

Checking in was easy and quick. After getting in the room i realized there was only 1 towel for 5 people. Room was clean. There were no pillows for the pullout, but was able to go downstairs to get sheets and blankets. Asked for more towels, said they would be ready in 30m. So i left for alittle while.. when i came back they had put 3 more towels in my room. When i asked for more, they said it would be the next morning before more would be available. Breakfast was hot, but not that tasty.

The breakfast was not as good as it could be. You guys were out of everything. No forks, juice, napkins etc.

Lots of USB ports. The shower head was broken and the tub didn’t drain. Breakfast was disappointing. Out of coffee. Out of eggs. I brought it to their attention but they were taking so long I just grabbed a muffin and made coffee in the room.

The hotel was okay but the room did not have a trash can,tissues, coffee pods or ice. The mattress was very lumpy. The breakfast was missing eggs (the truck did not show up). No fruit and vary little of anything else. Overall it was disappointing. Worst Comfort Suites I have stayed in.

Half the breakfast items were out. Coffee very weak, no creamers, no water in the fitness center, hotel mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the 8/ very good rating

Our bathroom had hair all over it and in the shower. We only had one towel and when I went to speak to the front desk about getting some more I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even be found. I was then told they were out of towels for the night. There are no blankets in the room, just two sheets in the bed. They ran out of breakfast well before time was up. We will not stay here again.

Breakfast are bare minimum! 1st morning: no milk for cereals, only one yogurt left and the lady in charge is outside talking on her phone. 2nd morning no regular coffee for 15 minutes, yogurt still not available. No bagel at all.

Tv remote would not work. Tried different remote and no one available to repair. Could not watch tv. Breakdast was poor and i had to retrieve cups for coffe stand. Will never stay here again.

Everything was great. The employees were very polite, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, and we loved our room.
