I liked the new and improved rooms, terrific complimentary breakfast cooked fresh to your specifications, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and nice courtyard. I disliked the construction mostly of the indoor pool which was non-usable. Also in the city of Napa, where there is completely free parking pretty much every where, the hotel should not charge daily for parking. In fact the parking should be free, to counter-effect the non-usuable features due to the construction.

Renovations are going on at the hotel, but that didn’t negatively affect our stay. The facilities are very nice. Made to order breakfast (complimentary) and Grill were both good. We paid up to have a patio suite. Made it easy to take our dog in and out. We were not fans of the hotel parking charge. But other hotels we stayed at in California seem to do the same thing.

I would stay here again but this time they never disclosed they were under major construction. No working pool, we had the kids and they wanted to swim. We were refunded and found lodging elsewhere. Next time I’ll call the hotel before booking to see if construction is happening and if pool is currently working and heated

Service and room were great. Breakfast boxes were a plus. Unfortunately, a real let down was the fitness center was in renovation, it was not mentioned during my booking. (Disappointed as that was something that would have been a deal breaker).

Hotel is 5 stars. Super clean and renovated. -Room has a great flow, bottom floor comes with fire pit outside. Seating area as you walk in with a small bar. Bathroom is a great size. -Pool area is great, jacuzzi is huge. -Fire pits and plenty of seating around the property My only complaint is that the property ground music was a little loud but not a deal breaker

Caveat - first time i spent this much $ on a hotel room. So my expectations were high. Standard room chosen. Pros: - very clean - modern rooms - bathroom very nice - with a bidet! - lobby layout nice with lots of bathrooms - beautful courtyard, pool, and hot tub - pleasant ambience - early check in and 12pm checkout - walkable to downtown Cons - front desk not friendly or inviting. Disappointing - breakfast was a pre wrapped burrito or egg sandwich. No pancakes, waffles, eggs, or anything cook to order. This felt very cheap. - hot tub lukewarm - parking $25. Really? This hotel is not in the city. So we parked 20 feet away at the curb for free. No security in the parking lot anyway. Felt nickel and dimed. For the price, I would have expected no more than one “con”. But there were a significant four. Because of that, I didn’t feel the value was there for the high price of the hotel (and I got a deal @370). If any of those are issues for you, I would call ahead and see if they have been addressed. Would I stay here again? Only if they corrected the issues minus the parking (I can walk the extra 20 feet from the street!)

The hotel was experiencing a remodel, which we were aware of. The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am one night and again another day mid afternoon, for over 10 minutes each time. There was quite a large amount of available self parking, and no valet parking, and yet we were still charged $25/night to park.

This hotel was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay! The pool area was excellent. The fireplace on our patio was outstanding. The happy hour was such an awesome touch! And the location was prime- a great spot that was very accessible for exploring Napa and the surrounding area! Worth it for sure!

The Embassy Suites Napa is going through a transition to Curio, a boutique hotel chain. The room was tasetfully rennovated. But as we booked the hotel as an Embassy, we had expected the Embassy ammenities like the onlette breakfast and a workout facility, neither of which were available during the tranisition. They offered premade breakfast burritos which were actually pretty good and cold continental choices. As for a gym, after talking to another manager, they offered passes to a nearby facility. We have stayed there multiple times and have enjoyed our stays. But the transition to their new brand could have been a bit more seamless. Or the hotel listing should have been more informative of the brand change and possible change in available ammenities.

Room was clean and nice looking. Positive side is the breakfast area was right outside our room which was great. The food was amazing! The shower was the issue for us. Poor water pressure, the tub would fill up to the shins, and toilet handle was broken. The carpet was also a little dirty and trash cans were a little hidden.

Our room smelled musty. The carpet felt damp, and there was condensation on the windows, indicating humidity. There was also construction going on at the property which took away from the ambiance and experience. I think we’ll look at other lodging options next time we’re in the Napa valley.

Very clean room and property. However, was dissappointed there was no room safe and there was no area for breakfast. It was just grab and go from the lobby. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hottub and firepits around the property.

The stay was great modern rooms and friendly staff my only issue was the breakfast were prepacked burritos and cereal and fruit for the amount paid per night it doesn’t justify and we had a beautiful 1st floor room this patio view and you can here people from the second floor walking at times.

The highlight of the stay were the renovated rooms. Filled with latest technologies, it felt like living in a technical fantasy. For instances the toilet seats would open on detecting person, bathroom mirror had touch operated light controls, DND was a button when turned on indicates staff to maintain privacy (similar to hanging a DND tag on the door handle). The staff were helpful and courteous. Check in and check out was super easy. Very close to Napa downtown which is nice. That was it. Beyond the room and location there is pretty much nothing to cheer about. The room we got was adjacent to road and had traffic noise all throughout night because of lack of double pane glass windows. A single elevator near entrance lobby for all the rooms means guests staying at one end have to walk across the hotel to catch elevators every time. There was a bathtub but no bath salts. Microwave oven was provided when requested though in property details mentioned in-room microwave oven. Did not get a crib or play pen. Breakfast had very limited options for vegans/vegeterians.

Overall: Nice rooms. Strong internet. Room service was efficient albeit a limited menu. Highlight: The Japanese self-flushing toilet. Hilton went all out on the commode and spared no expense. It’s top of the line, beats the WC at all 5-star hotels in SF and beyond. We just did a remodel and purchased a version but not with self-flushing option. It was just too precious. Bravo Embassy Suites. You did a thing!! And we love it. Lowlights: Room service food was too oily, brussel sprouts weren’t browned they were burned. Too few menu items. Not appealing menu items. Out of stock on basic things like ginger ale. And $25 for parking?! Seriously??

The rooms are amazing, beautiful, spotless perfection. Location is perfect. The staff is 50/50. The first night I had a very help friendly employee check me in. 2 nights later when I decided to extend my stay, the lady was very rude and condescending and I found out that she was in fact the manger which was disheartening. But besides that my stay was great.

We had an amazing stay in a recently renovated room. The room was clean and spacious with brand new furniture. Our concierge David was simply amazing. He created a hand-written list of vineyards and restaurants for us to visit. He also gave us a bottle of wine and complimentary tickets to the Blue Note Jazz Club in Napa. Great stay. We'll be back!

Truly loved our stay at the Embassy suites. Staff is so kind and accommodating! this hotel has recently undergone a renovation and as such your room experience is incredible with fresh upscale linens and bath amenities. Gas fire pits on main floor rooms outdoors make for relaxing evenings with a glass of your chosen Napa wines!. The hotel also offers a complimentary happy hour with wines or mixed cocktails which brings guests out to enjoy the property. The breakfast included offers warm as well as cold items-setting you up nicely for the rest of the day. Was perfect!

Very nice staff- kept checking in to make sure everything ok and what they could do to help make our stay enjoyable. Received a complimentary bottle of wine. Able to get food delivered to room despite a pretty bad wind storm/rain. Enjoyed our stay!!

Caveat - first time i spent this much $ on a hotel room. So my expectations were high. Standard room chosen. Comfortable and modern room. The hotel was under reconstruction so wasn’t any good common areas, but maybe they are coming. Close to the Main Street going through Napa on one side, so there is some noise from that. Overall good hotel but lacks charm. Looked much more glam in the pics than real life, but maybe after reconstruction it will be nicer.

The highlight of the stay were the renovated rooms. Filled with latest technologies, it felt like living in a technical fantasy. For instances the toilet seats would open on detecting person, bathroom mirror had touch operated light controls, DND was a button when turned on indicates staff to maintain privacy (similar to hanging a DND tag on the door handle). The staff were helpful and courteous. Check in and check out was super easy. Very close to Napa downtown which is nice. That was it. Beyond the room and location there is pretty much nothing to cheer about. The room we got was adjacent to road and had traffic noise all throughout night because of lack of double pane glass windows. The renovations to this property were beautiful. The rooms were incredibly clean and had many modern amenities. The rooms were also quiet considering they were so close to the road. The locations was also perfect, close to the highway and the outlets. Would definitely stay again.

We were celebrating my wife's birthday and had a great stay. This location was close to restaurants in Napa and a close drive to wineries in Napa and Sonoma. The room was fantastic; comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be the poor "elevator jazz" music that was constantly played too loud. It actually altered our experiece, but not enough to change the rating.

This hotel was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay! The pool area was excellent. The fireplace on our patio was outstanding. The happy hour was such an awesome touch! And the location was prime- a great spot that was very accessible for exploring Napa and the surrounding area! Worth it for sure!

We booked one of the rooms with the private fire pit on the courtyard. The room was so spacious with so many amenities we craved. (wet bar, soaking tub, Dyson dryer, and door between living area and bedroom) We were close to downtown Napa and could easily walk. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast and happy hour every day. After spending the day at a winery we chose a nice bottle and hit the nearby public market for snacks. We would start a fire, listen to the music that piped through the courtyard while drinking wine in the comfort of our patio. The staff was readily available when we ran out of propane or needed umbrellas for the rainy day. Highly recommend this hotel if that's the vibe your going for!!

Renovations are going on at the hotel, but that didn’t negatively affect our stay. The facilities are very nice. Made to order breakfast (complimentary) and Grill were both good. We paid up to have a patio suite. Made it easy to take our dog in and out. We were not fans of the hotel parking charge. But other hotels we stayed at in California seem to do the same thing.

Service and room were great. Breakfast boxes were a plus. Unfortunately, a real let down was the fitness center was in renovation, it was not mentioned during my booking. (Disappointed as that was something that would have been a deal breaker).

Overall: Nice rooms. Strong internet. Room service was efficient albeit a limited menu. Highlight: The Japanese self-flushing toilet. Hilton went all out on the commode and spared no expense. It’s top of the line, beats the WC at all 5-star hotels in SF and beyond. We just did a remodel and purchased a version but not with self-flushing option. It was just too precious. Bravo Embassy Suites. You did a thing!! And we love it. Lowlights: Room service food was too oily, brussel sprouts weren’t browned they were burned. Too few menu items. Not appealing menu items. Out of stock on basic things like ginger ale. And $25 for parking?! Seriously??

Breakfast was mediocre; two cheap pre-made options, both half as good as McD's/TBell. Assume regular DR was closed? as our stay exactly 1 yr prior had a full DR with made-to-order breakfast. Convenient location close to downtown and freeway, but far enough away to be quiet w/easy parking.

The Embassy Suites Napa is going through a transition to Curio, a boutique hotel chain. The room was tasetfully rennovated. But as we booked the hotel as an Embassy, we had expected the Embassy ammenities like the onlette breakfast and a workout facility, neither of which were available during the tranisition. They offered premade breakfast burritos which were actually pretty good and cold continental choices. As for a gym, after talking to another manager, they offered passes to a nearby facility. We have stayed there multiple times and have enjoyed our stays. But the transition to their new brand could have been a bit more seamless. Or the hotel listing should have been more informative of the brand change and possible change in available ammenities.

The property itself was gorgeous and well decorated. It felt luxurious as soon as you walked in the lobby. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was slightly heated, and worked well for my kids, as basically half of the pool was 2.5 feet. The deepest part was 5 ft. The hot tub was standard but worked fine. The gym - wow! Probably one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve been to. It had a good amount of cardio machines, plenty of dumbbells and kettle bells. There was also a smith machine and a few adjustable weight machines. It was super spacious as well. We also ordered from the Creekside Terrace twice. Once poolside and once for room service. My husband and I commented on how solid everything was and we would order from them again. The reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was because there were a few things that were disappointing. We went to get ice, and each of the machines (3 of them) were out as well. They had signs on them to call the front desk for ice, and my husband did. We waited at least half an hour but no one showed up. The other bummer was that the property for some reason is valet only. We’d understand if the property only had a garage or parking was tight but if you drive around the property, you could see that the parking was abundant. It’s pricy at $35/night but I guess that’s Napa pricing for you. We loved our renovated room with high end fixtures and modern furniture. The bath was especially clutch with kids. We’d stay here again!

We went to get ice, and each of the machines (3 of them) were out as well. They had signs on them to call the front desk for ice, and my husband did. We waited at least half an hour but no one showed up. The other bummer was that the property for some reason is valet only. We’d understand if the property only had a garage or parking was tight but if you drive around the property, you could see that the parking was abundant. It’s pricy at $35/night but I guess that’s Napa pricing for you. We loved our renovated room with high end fixtures and modern furniture. The bath was especially clutch with kids. We’d stay here again!
