The pool advertised has been closed for over 2 years. The room was clean comfortable but reeked of mildew. The staff was very nice courteous helpful but the neighborhood this facility is at felt sketchy. I noticed even the staff locks the door to the office. You have to wait until they unlock it to enter. I do not recommend single woman nor families to stay here

Arriving I saw there was a lot of construction, no open sign, so I couldn’t tell if it was open. Check in was fine, seemed really sketch tho. Got to my room and my ice bag was on the floor, shower had gunk in corners, hair all throughout the floor and drain. Toilet was disgusting with brown spots all over and even a hole in the seat. I checked out a day early because room service tried to get in while there was a do no disturb sign on my door which made me feel very unsafe. Very thin walls I could hear every train passing by and every sound outside. I would be very embarrassed to be the owner of the establishment and I think they should have an inspection/ undercover boss come in ASAP.

In a VERY run down section of town. Room was extremely small. No room to put anything on bathroom counter. No carpet on floor. Not a travel friendly room at all. People raced through parking lot in wee hours of morning. UGLY place

we spent one and a half miserable hours here. there was incredibly loud banging coming from the AC unit, which didn’t turn off. the electricity to our room was off until we checked in - hot temperatures and flashing 12:00 radio. we tried to call multiple times over an hour about the constant banging sounds with no response. we went to the front desk, in an area sketchy enough to need a shielded transaction window, and it was empty with a sign that said be back in 10 mins. they weren’t, either no staff present or maybe on her phone in back? since we had a long drive we eventually packed up and left and on the way (still in clovis) i rented a much better room for the same price with a manned front desk and got some actual sleep.

Wow, don't believe the pictures. This place is totally run down. Air conditioner kept me up all night, buzzing loudly. Nowhere to walk your dogs. Wife was in tears.

The young woman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. She came to the room to help hook up my Roku when I had an issue. The room itself was larger than expected. The fridge was also larger than most with an actual freezer. We would stay here again.

A lot different than when i stayed 6 weeks ago. The first room, yes the first room, was nicer than my last my last stay BUT, it sounded like mice were in the walls chewing on things. The front desk told me that people complain about the popping sounds all the time. I was told it was from the outside exterior from the rain and wind with the outside metal hitting something, but this was on an interior wall. I get in to my next room which is 4 doors away from the major road. For it being close to the road I didn't hear the semi trucks driving by, just random motorcycles, but the AC unit is lacking. I had the AC unit down to 60 all night and because the room acts as a hallway, it didn't cool the other side and it barely cooled by the bed. The curtains need fixing as they were loose and didn't close right. The bathroom was more of a hallway than anything, but didn't mind. There was an electrical short. Bump into the bed and the light turned off, bump it again and it turned on. I would of loved to stay in the first room but the popping sounds were extremely loud

A lot different than when i stayed 6 weeks ago. The first room, yes the first room, was nicer than my last my last stay BUT, it sounded like mice were in the walls chewing on things. The front desk told me that people complain about the popping sounds all the time. I was told it was from the outside exterior from the rain and wind with the outside metal hitting something, but this was on an interior wall. I get in to my next room which is 4 doors away from the major road. For it being close to the road I didn't hear the semi trucks driving by, just random motorcycles, but the AC unit is lacking. I had the AC unit down to 60 all night and because the room acts as a hallway, it didn't cool the other side and it barely cooled by the bed. We had a great experience here. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. Great price. I would recommend this motel.

The EconoLodge in Clovis is a great place to stay. The rooms are impeccably clean, the flat-screen televisions have all the DirectTV channels, there's a coffeemaker in the room, and many rooms have walk-in showers. The hotel is just a few blocks from K-Bob's Steakhouse, and everything you might want can be found on Prince street, just around the corner from the hotel. The owners and staff are the nicest people, and if you leave something in your room, they'll call you, let you know, and keep it for you. On top of that, the price of your stay won't break the bank because rates are very reasonable. I stay at the EconoLodge every time I go through Clovis, and I highly recommend it to everyone looking a good place to stay, with people who appreciate your business.
