This property is run down. And i mean run down. I found cockroaches in my room and packed up and moved to another hotel. The desk staff lie and about my refund when they said Orbits had to issue the refund. According to Orbits its the hotel that does the refunds. I had five days left on my stay. I still have seen my refund.

The staff was amazing and very friendly the hotel was not. It’s a two story hotel with no elevator! We carried multiple suitcases at 11 pm up the stairs and all of our other stuff. The stair cases were filled with extra furniture and broken air conditioners. Security was not taken into consideration at all.

They were installing new tile and that went on all night. We were next to the laundry and someone was doing laundry at 3:00am. So the property was clean and acceptable but the noise level was too much.

This hotel has did a great job at renovating everything was new and nice clean rooms nice flooring bed comfortable very spacious room I would definitely stay here again only bad thing here watch when you pay cause it won’t match if you book online

We loved it because we spend the day at the water park next door so it was super convenient just to walk over. Facility was clean, neat and organized. We enjoy our stay at a super economic cost.

Facility was very dirty. They did not clean out mini fridge and someone else’s food was in it from previous stay. Hallways were full of furniture and boxes everywhere. Lady at front desk was very nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was rough and dirty.

This place looks nothing like the pictures. When I walked thru the halls there was materials like they were remodeling which is understandable. The room was filthy. Trash already in the trash, tissue paper in the toilet, dirt on the floor before we even passed the door into the room. What really disgusted me was the dirty, sticky mystery crust on the floor between the beds. Then after we decided to leave the location, they wouldn\'t refund us. They were rude and told us we had to speak to a manager to be refunded. Then we spoke to your company and waited on hold for a long time just to be told it\'s policy to cancel 24 hours in advance. How would we be able to cancel in advance if we canceled because the hotel wasn\'t up to par? I will never use this company or hotel again. All u booking agencies are trash when it comes to handling problems. Sure, they tried to offer us another room at the same location but why would we want to when the room we got was barely cleaned? Even worse, they went to check the room and said it was clean. MAKE THE WHOLE STAFF WEAR GLASSES INCLUDING LITTLE HOMIE "CLEANING" THE ROOMS.

charged us for our REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL and said it was for a pet fee. Even though every booking site says “pet friendly without fee” First they said it’s cause we didn’t TELL them about the pet, and when we proved that we DID tell them, they changed their story and said it was because we “stained the sheets and left dog hair”. For a registered service animal, they charged us. We left the room completely spotless and they lied and said we trashed it just to cover themselves. Then they won’t pick up phone calls and would ignore my calls. Finally picked up and phone and they threatened me and said “I know who you are I would watch what you say to me”. On another note, Nasty rooms, only stayed cause it was cheap. Not even worth the cheap price. No hot water, bed was broken, sheets were wrinkled like they weren’t washed, hair in sink and shower, urine on the toilet, Moldy/ old window AC unit, foul smell in the hallways. I woke up with some type of bug bite on my leg. Itchy, still not sure what it was. Staff does not speak english well and it’s impossible to ask for anything. Example: asked for toothpaste but front desk couldn’t understand me, then finally they said they didn’t have any left. Creepy guys walking around that just stare at you. Like they are walking around barefoot in and out of the front office and back into rooms.

Everything was fine except for the big 6x4 inch spot of mold above the shower head in the bathroom. You’d figure someone would take care of that when cleaning the bathroom.

This hotel was very very dirty. There was blood on the wall and door. There was feces smeared above the mirror. The toilet had not been cleaned and the shower was very nasty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Mold on bathroom walls, faucet broke, air barely works, beds make noise like metal sheets, remote won’t hardly work, Can’t believe I paid $165 for such a crappy room. Rate is a -10 out of 5

Staff was friendly. Bedding was clean. Toilet and floors were clearly not cleaned and someone's floss was on the floor. The bathtub needs to be snaked because I stood in about 6 inches of water while showering. Did not smell good in the hotel or my room at all.

The room was very nice and recently updated. Appears they are working on a lot of updates. Hotel is older but nice and convenient to many eating options.

Sketchy area. Run down. Poorly remodeled. Caulk is not a substitute for grout. The bed frame was some type of metal sheeting that banged with movements. But it was clean and no bugs. Staff was nice. Mostly empty so was quiet. Served its purpose for the night.

This was decent for the price. We could hear snoring through the walls...so very thin and seemingly no insulation or sound proofing. Every time a door opened and closed nearby, it was very loud. However, very clean, very kind owners / staff. I would absolutely stay again.

Toilets did not flush on the first try. Bathroom tissue was the cheapest I have experienced. Electrical outlets, some did not work. Small TV's without being able to swivel.

The room was supper small, and the bed was super hard. We had to leave a day early due to an emergency at home in Alabama. We asked at the front desk if we could get a refund for Saturday night, but they said we have to contact Hotels.com for a refund. Can we get a refund?

We reserved a two night stay to get some work done at our daughter’s house, when we returned to the motel the room was extremely warm. We thought maybe the A/C would catch up but it never did and aside from that the shower had a very weak stream . The next day we had a discussion with the manager on duty to see about moving to a new room and we also had a discussion with the management about some sort of compensation. We were told that we had cost the motel a lot of money because we asked for a new room. I was under the impression that I booked a room with a working A/C and shower and clean. I also told her that we lost a lot of sleep because of the conditions. Well after considerable trouble we were given a new room on a different floor with no elevator to help with moving our stuff and there was urine and toilet tissue in the toilet. We were never compensated for the first night. Terrible experience don’t bother staying there.

It worked okay for what we needed for the weekend. Breakfast wasnt bad, but i did need to warm it since it wasnt hot. The shower pressure in the room was extremely bad, hardly had any water coming out of showerhead. Didnt care for the metal bedframe, always made a popping noise when we laid down or got up. There was picture frame in the desk in the room wasnt hanging up. Housekeeping never came to clean our room or restock towels which was disappointing. Unfortunately we wont be booking here again, a lot of let downs.

charged us for our REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL and said it was for a pet fee. Even though every booking site says “pet friendly without fee” First they said it’s cause we didn’t TELL them about the pet, and when we proved that we DID tell them, they changed their story and said it was because we “stained the sheets and left dog hair”. For a registered service animal, they charged us. We left the room completely spotless and they lied and said we trashed it just to cover themselves. Then they won’t pick up phone calls and would ignore my calls. Finally picked up and phone and they threatened me and said “I know who you are I would watch what you say to me”. On another note, Nasty rooms, only stayed cause it was cheap. Not even worth the cheap price. No hot water, bed was broken, sheets were wrinkled like they weren’t washed, hair in sink and shower, urine on the toilet, Moldy/ old window AC unit, foul smell in the hallways. I woke up with some type of bug bite on my leg. Itchy, still not sure what it was. Staff does not speak english well and it’s impossible to ask for anything. Example: asked for toothpaste but front desk couldn’t understand me, then finally they said they didn’t have any left. Creepy guys walking around that just stare at you. Like they are walking around barefoot in and out of the front office and back into rooms.

The bed was hard as a rock. When made reservations online I had pets requested bottom floor n king bed . Paid for king. Got there all they had for pet friendly room was 1 queen on 2nd floor no elevator. Still got charged for king room. They also didn't say on website there is a 25 dollar fee for each pet and a 100 deposit for pets and a 50 dollar cleaning fee. I might as well stayed at a 5 star hotel. The booking websites need to have options and information about pet policy before you make your reservation. Breakfast was nasty, so left and went and got breakfast. Room wasn't bad but foyer carpet smelled musty n dirty

The staff when my daughter and I got there was very polite and friendly. We had 2 workers standing outside our window drinking beer, and peeing by our window. 6:30 am workers were pounding and being loud while working in the room right across from us. When we had to leave early after telling the man that we had to leave due to an emergency. All he said was “you do know that you are still charged for your 2nd night right? and you do have to pay for it”.

There was an early check in fee of $20. Who the h*ll charges a fee for check in before 3pm?? Odor in the room and overall hotel. Broken down cars in parking lot. Low water pressure in shower. Creaky bed. Horrific breakfast. No wonder the hotel was empty.

We reserved a two night stay to get some work done at our daughter’s house, when we returned to the motel the room was extremely warm. We thought maybe the A/C would catch up but it never did and aside from that the shower had a very weak stream . The next day we had a discussion with the manager on duty to see about moving to a new room and we also had a discussion with the management about some sort of compensation. We were told that we had cost the motel a lot of money because we asked for a new room. I was under the impression that I booked a room with a working A/C and shower and clean. I also told her that we lost a lot of sleep because of the conditions. Well after considerable trouble we were given a new room on a different floor with no elevator to help with moving our stuff and there was urine and toilet tissue in the toilet. We were never compensated for the first night. Terrible experience don’t bother staying there.

The staff was awesome. I got there early and asked for an early check in. They didn’t have anything ready but said they’d work on getting me in early and they did. Continental breakfast was good too.

Sketchy area. Run down. Poorly remodeled. Caulk is not a substitute for grout. The bed frame was some type of metal sheeting that banged with movements. But it was clean and no bugs. Staff was nice. Mostly empty so was quiet. Served its purpose for the night.

We loved it because we spend the day at the water park next door so it was super convenient just to walk over. Facility was clean, neat and organized. We enjoy our stay at a super economic cost.

Staff was friendly. Room was fine: bed was comfy and shower water pressure was good. The fridge was not very cold and the air conditioner took about 12 hours to really get cool - but eventually did. Bfast was not too good. Nice to offer hot food but ran out of eggs and no protein.

The name Quality is not indicative of the hotel. I paid for an upgraded room, but caulking was needed in the bathroom, the finishes were very cheap and the floor had prominent, deep scratches in the floor. The "head boards were something I could have done easily as a DIY. The breakfast was not great. The eggs were pitiful. Why not have scrambled as least. I just won't stay at a "Quality Inn" again. The price was okay, but it was hardly "quality."

I stay at Choice Hotels because the rooms are decent and I can always get a hot breakfast. This hotel only served tater tot potatoes. The desk clerk said "Choice Hotels has cut back on eggs and meat." I don't believe it.

Our stay was ok. They gave us a room toward the back that reaped of smoke. Thankfully they gave us a different room that was batter. The breakfast was downright awful. The eggs were previously frozen and the biscuits were hard. Coffee was not good. It took the front desk lady about 20 minutes to find the right key to open the workout room. Then when I got in there, the treadmill only went 1 mph, incline didn’t work. Another machine didn’t even turn on and all the buttons were broken on it. The stair stepper only had one incline. The weights were the only other thing in there. I left after about 5 minutes, pointless. It was snowing outside, so I couldn’t go for a run outside.

The floor had dead bugs on it, the treadmill mill wasn't working and the breakfast selection wasn't very good. The "hot food" sausage and gravy was cold and the orange juice didnt have any flavor to it.

Our room was typical of lower priced properties, so it was as expected. Hard floor. Loud A/C unit. Somewhat worn. I slept well. The shower was hot. The breakfast spread had only a few options - just providing some calories to start the day. When trying to sleep, I could hear a truck running outside with music playing and when I notified the manager, she quickly went out and made it stop.
