We stayed overnight but won't return. The room was small, the headboards were worn and chipped and the bathroom door glass was dirty/stained. For over $500 per night we wouldn't book this hotel again. That said, the hotel staff is 10/5 stars, truly lovely across the board. And if you have time to grab a bite or drink at the restaurant, be sure to say hi to Deb. She was the highlight of our stay

First off, for the price, parking should not be an added fee. There’s PLENTY of parking around the entire hotel to accommodate travelers. Second, nowhere in the policy did it say the $30 per night parking was EXTRA or added in!!!! Imagine our surprise to find that it wasn’t included in the $1031 we paid ahead of time for 2 nights!!! Hotels.com needs to stipulate in their details Parking is NOT INCLUDED IN THEIR FEES and so does the hotel! We pointed it out to the workers & they couldn’t even explain why there was no mention of it being included in booking prices or paid at the hotel separately. For the price we paid to sleep Friday all night & Saturday till 2 am, I would think the parking was included. The food….. wow… $70 for a basic salad with store bought hidden valley ranch, & COLD grilled chicken, & cold lobster in a hot dog bun??? That wasn’t even what we ordered (we ordered a lobster quesadilla) but the server couldn’t be bothered to stop back by so my husband & I just ate the cold dinner at 9 pm…She didn’t even know what a tortilla was or if the quesadilla was made w/corn or flour. She had to go ask the cook then still got the order wrong! What a Joke for staff knowledge & service for the price. Next time we will definitely travel further for a better experience. The run down hotel we stayed at Thursday night had better customer service &staff knowledge and service. Pay less for better food & service - don’t pay the high end prices here for shotty service.. save $

The large rug at the entrance looked worn. The room was clean but it was outdated. The wood paneling in the room was tired and at places, worn. For this price you would expect a lot more.
