We had no clue what this place was like. We had four days to spend before the Viking cruise. We had a blast checking out the ‘hood’,shopping, German biers and food. The hotel itself was dated but clean and practical.5 stars for the front desk,wait staff,sauna on call and the all inclusive breakfast.Also the nearby mineral baths. Ralph and Dianee - Chicago,USA

Lovely staff, great sauna, bracelets paid at the hotel to go to the thermal baths, free bath road rental. Highly recommend.

Tolles geräumiges Zimmer. Front Desk Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich. Ebenso die Frühstück-Service-Damen freundlich, fleißig , zuvorkommend . Spa Bereich wunderbar mit Sauna und Dampfbad. Wir hatten Massage gebucht, welche unglaublich war. Top empfehlenswert .
