Stunning gardens, excellent location for a quiet relaxing adult holiday. Great evening entertainment, customer service from all staff was excellent. Hammam, sauna, jacuzzi was a real bonus. Must go for a room with a sea view, room and hotel facilities superb. Room very well equipped and proportioned.

Lovely 4 night stay in a premier room overlooking the sea. Fantastic facilities and food was great. Convenient for the airport. Impeccably clean. Good gym with mini golf and padel tennis too.

From the moment we arrived, to our departure, the entire stay was fantastic. Friendly staff throughout. A variety of food selection for breakfast and evening meals, always plenty to eat. The room, and in fact throughout the entire premises it was tidy and clean. Enjoyed the massage treatments, on a couple occassions. And we also enjoyed the little putting green one evening. The beach and promenade are at the bottom of the hotel, so a small walk. Overall we had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family.

The best hotel that we have stayed in Lanzarote and we have been coming for many years. The reception team are very professional and helpful, the breakfasts are exceptional, the rooms are srepotless and beautifully furnished, the gardens are delightful and the large heated pool is a joy to swim in. Tres bel hôtel où tout semble neuf. Personnel très très aimable souriant et professionnel. Très belles installations interieur comme exterieur. Tout est propre et nickel. Accès direct à la plage et à la promenade le long de la mer. Le personnel est là pour répondre à toutes vos attentes.

Spent 10 days here before Christmas. The hotel is fabulous. It's a very relaxed 5 star. We had a very spacious modern room overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Great shower and extremely comfortable beds. The balcony was well equipped with 2 comfortable armchairs, a small table and a sun lounger. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool as well as cabanas and other seating. The pool was heated which is a great bonus at this time of year. There's a paddle/tennis court and mini golf. There is a great range of yoga/fitness classes everyday. They are included in the price. The instructors were very professional and helpful. They were also a good way to meet other guests. We stayed on a breakfast and evening meal basis. Both were buffet style with lots of choices and freshly cooked options. We thought we would skip a few dinners, but there was nowhere nearby that served the same quality of food. The staff everywhere in the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and always went out of their way to help and to simply chat to guests. They seemed genuinely interested in you. They remember preferences in the restaurant. In terms of location , it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. The main entrance is on the main road, but it has a gate directly into the promenade with it's cycle and walking paths and the beach.

Fantastic stay at the Lava Beach hotel. The 5 star rating is truly justified. Rooms were large and well finished, robes and slipper included. Spa facility for massage was great and worth the extra money. Restaurants in 200m either direction if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Breakfast was great and the Cava was a nice touch. Drinks and bar snacks were all responsibly priced and the piano bar had live enetertainment everynight which was great for a night cap. Will definitely come back. Distance to Puerto del Carmen centre is around a 30 minute walk, €4.5 in a taxi. Great to break the day up.

lava beach is an excellent resort. We throughly enjoyed our stay there last week. Thanks to Daniel and Christina for the very warm welcome, and to Laura for making sure everything was ok! The resort is clean, with beautifully manicured gardens. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent; including the vegetarian options. The hotel is very near the beach, we walked there and hired a sun lounger for the day-the water is pristine! Overall, a fantastic stay- one small grumble- our AC was rather slow and sluggish.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber und verfügt über einen schönen Garten. Es gibt eine kostenlose Tiefgarage und die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und versuchen, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Massage bei Indira im Spa war fantastisch. Das Klientel war sehr angenehm (viele teils ältere Pärchen). Wenn man früh schlafen oder abends auf dem Balkon in Ruhe ein Buch lesen möchte, sollte man die Zimmer rund um den Pool meiden, da abends in der offenen Piano Bar bis 22 Uhr sehr laute Live Musik gespielt wird und dort bis 0 Uhr Betrieb herrscht. Wir haben deswegen das Zimmer gewechselt, was aber kein Problem war. Einziger Minuspunkt für mich war die sehr eingeschränkte Auswahl an veganen Speisen beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Auswahl an tierischen Produkte ist extrem groß. Ich hätte von einem 5 Sterne Hotel im Jahr 2024 erwartet, dass zumindest 1-2 vegane Alternativen angeboten werden (außer Fritten und gedünstetes Gemüse). Z.B. wurde einmal ein Mango Avocado Salat angeboten, leider mit Schinkenwürfeln. Auf meine Frage, ob es den Salat auch ohne die Schinkenwürfel gäbe, war die Antwort "es lo que hay - das ist das, was da ist". Da ist auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben!

The hotel is beautiful inside and out . The staff were very helpful. Our room had a jacuzzi bath with shower which was nice however having bad hips I did find it difficult to get in and out . I didn’t ask to change rooms but a walk in shower would have been preferable.

Spent 10 days here before Christmas. The hotel is fabulous. It's a very relaxed 5 star. We had a very spacious modern room overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Great shower and extremely comfortable beds. The balcony was well equipped with 2 comfortable armchairs, a small table and a sun lounger. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool as well as cabanas and other seating. The pool was heated which is a great bonus at this time of year. There's a paddle/tennis court and mini golf. There is a great range of yoga/fitness classes everyday. They are included in the price. The instructors were very professional and helpful. They were also a good way to meet other guests. We stayed on a breakfast and evening meal basis. Both were buffet style with lots of choices and freshly cooked options. We thought we would skip a few dinners, but there was nowhere nearby that served the same quality of food. The staff everywhere in the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and always went out of their way to help and to simply chat to guests. They seemed genuinely interested in you. They remember preferences in the restaurant. In terms of location , it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. The main entrance is on the main road, but it has a gate directly into the promenade with it's cycle and walking paths and the beach.

Fantastic stay at the Lava Beach hotel. The 5 star rating is truly justified. Rooms were large and well finished, robes and slipper included. Spa facility for massage was great and worth the extra money. Restaurants in 200m either direction if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Breakfast was great and the Cava was a nice touch. Drinks and bar snacks were all responsibly priced and the piano bar had live enetertainment everynight which was great for a night cap. Will definitely come back. Distance to Puerto del Carmen centre is around a 30 minute walk, €4.5 in a taxi. Great to break the day up.

lava beach is an excellent resort. We throughly enjoyed our stay there last week. Thanks to Daniel and Christina for the very warm welcome, and to Laura for making sure everything was ok! The resort is clean, with beautifully manicured gardens. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent; including the vegetarian options. The hotel is very near the beach, we walked there and hired a sun lounger for the day-the water is pristine! Overall, a fantastic stay- one small grumble- our AC was rather slow and sluggish.

From the moment we arrived, to our departure, the entire stay was fantastic. Friendly staff throughout. A variety of food selection for breakfast and evening meals, always plenty to eat. The room, and in fact throughout the entire premises it was tidy and clean. Enjoyed the massage treatments, on a couple occassions. And we also enjoyed the little putting green one evening. The beach and promenade are at the bottom of the hotel, so a small walk. Overall we had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Habitación cómoda, instalaciones perfectas para relajarse y descansar. Mala experiencia con el servicio de habitaciones ya que el último día la dejar la habitación se nos quedó en un cajón de la habitación unos productos antimosquitos, protector solar, paquetes de galletas de la bebe...esa misma tarde llamamos para avisar si nos lo podían recuperar. Al día siguiente no solo NO se pusieron en contacto con nosotros sino que al llamar de nuevo nos dijeron que "los habían desechado con la limpieza", quedándose tranquilos. A pesar de haber estado a gusto en el hotel nos quedamos con mal sabor de boca.

The best hotel that we have stayed in Lanzarote and we have been coming for many years. The reception team are very professional and helpful, the breakfasts are exceptional, the rooms are srepotless and beautifully furnished, the gardens are delightful and the large heated pool is a joy to swim in. Nice modern stylish property with comfortable, stylish rooms and lovely terrace. Good varied breakfast, with plenty of outdoor space, nice pool, enjoyable evening entertainment. Pleasant staff. Only issue was the length of time taken to get a drink in the piano bar….30 mins, as one barman and one waiter.

The staff, especially Mark at the front desk, were exceptional. The exception might be Housekeeping who are task oriented -- not customer oriented -- which is often the case these days anywhere. The staff who normally interact with customers were exceptional here. The landscaping is impressive. The convenience of the location to the ocean and the 'boardwalk' is ideal. Location is much nicer than the gaudy areas down by Playa Del Carmen. The Spa Access room was exceptional and a great place to sip a wine on the patio or read a book while listening to the ocean in the background.

One of the best hotels in the area, short walk through the lovely gardens to the sea front and promenade. Clean and comfortable hotel, excellent bed, sunbed on balcony. Usual poolside sunbed chasing, just the same in the bigger hotel, Los Jameos, which is next door. Food was good quality with reasonable choices for breakfast, evening was standard buffet offerings. Food next door is better with far more choices, but considerably more expensive hotel, with smaller balconies! We’ve stayed in both, difficult to call.

The property itself is amazing. Great staff. The entrance to the back of the property to get to the beach is great as well. The properties around the front of the building are trash dumps with graffiti every where. I know the hotel is not affiliated with that but it is a 5 star hotel with landfill in front of it. Again, the hotel itself is amazing so please don’t be deterred by the other properties around it.

A few things that could have been better: 1) half board didn’t include water and you will be charged extra for it; 2) there were very limited vegan options for dinner. There were some vegetarian options but a lot of these had cheese. 3) Also, the fact that they give you 6 coffee pods (2 decaf) and don’t replace them in spite of staying 4 nights seemed petty. At least have instant coffee with a kettle if you’re not going to replace them. 4) The gym could have some towels. Overall nice stay, but these little details quite made it feel a bit less accommodating.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten baulichen Zustand, mit schönen und nicht hellhörigen Zimmern. Es gibt einen schönen Pool, der auch zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Die Anlage ist geeignet, um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen und gefällt mit kurzen Entfernungen zur Strandpromenade und zum Strand. Das Frühstück bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl, da sollte für jeden was dabei sein. Abstriche müssen aber beim Abendessen gemacht werden, welches von der Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen nicht dem 4 Sterne-Standard entspricht.

A new, fresh, beautiful hotel, very well positioned in front of the beach. The staff was extremely friendly. Great pool area, and a very clean place to stay altogether. A few things though: I am French and so are my parents who joined me and stayed at the hotel. I speak English and Spanish, but my parents don't and we would have appreciated menus and general info provided in French as well as other languages. We had dinner at the Aroma restaurant, and I don't recommend it. We could only order the tasting menu, which consisted in a lot of small dishes. No problem with that, but there was too much time waiting between each course, and also, a small portion of food should be mind-blowing, but sadly, it wasn't. It was a lot of money for the quality of food provided. The waiter was lovely tough. Last thing: The live music in the evenings was great. Good acts. However, once the live shows were over, we would have appreciated a more "chilled" type of music played in the background afterwards. Not pop and rock hits blasting, but something more smooth and sophisticated to finish our drinks and evening in style. Nothing is perfect, but it can always improve. All in all, a very good place to stay, and an enjoyable week at Lava Beach.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. We would recommend going half board, the buffet dinners were delicious and well cooked. Quality of food and ingredients were excellent and included local fruits and other produce which we liked. Staff were always polite and ready on hand with useful information of what to do and see around the island. We played pickle ball for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Stunning hotel with excellent facilities. We were offers a room upgrade and enjoyed a junior suite. We were on B&B board basis and this was lovely with lots of tasty options. We used the padel court and yoga classes which were fab! Would definitely return
