Lovely hotel with a few pools, tennis, basketball, boules, and a small entertainment schedule. There is also an adults only relaxation pool with sun beds and day beds. Friendly staff, very good condition/upkeep and lovely sized room. Only complaints are breakfast isn’t until 8am which isn’t great for early risers and the ‘double bed’ was two large singles which weren’t joined and would move away from each other during the night.

Amazing stay a AequoraSuites. Great for families or adults only. 99% staff members are very nice and pleasant Thumbs up for the chefs and Kitchen team as food was great and varied, easy to find something even for fussy children. Facilities are great and kept clean. Only Con: gym closes at 7pm and lacks of equipment Great great Animation, Entertaining Team. Can't say enough good thing about the 10 members of the Team. Emilia, Alina, Mano, Sua, Isael, Maria, Delphine, Raul ( probably got a few names wrong sorry). The kids Club is very good. Location is great, 5-10min from the beach, 10-15min from the airport by bus. Overall would highly recommend the Hotel and might even come back another time.

A great hotel with great staff and for an all inclusive the food was excellent. You really don’t need to leave the grounds if you don’t want to as everything is on site with various pools and entertainment options. I will be returning with my family next year if the price is right.

This place is immaculate, the staff are amazing and this year the food was best it's every been. They've put new tiles around the adult pool which is nice. Ive been here 6 times so I'm picking up on wee silly things, like a few broken tiles on the main walkway, drinks menu could do with a shake up and management could maybe walking the pool areas more often.

Can only praise the efforts of management and staff to ensure everything goes well on holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable . Only one wardrobe with limited shelf storage which was a problem. We used the adult only facilities for dining and for pre and post meal drinks. The food was varied and tasty but disappointed not to see a strawberry offering!! Not a problem with Sun loungers around the adult pool although there was always those early risers reserving beds with towels before going for breakfast. We upgraded to all inclusive plus giving daily access to the a la carte restaurant and the adults only bar. Nothing more to pay on the premium drinks and the measures are more than generous. Cocktails are available and freshly prepared. Entertainment in the evening was ok but a bit more suited to younger children. This hotel is situated only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of €13 and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Can recommend for both families and couples.

I booked this hotel based on the great reviews so my expectations were very high! This is our last day here so I thought to review before we travel and I get busy and distracted. I will start off with the negatives: The big ones, -I found a cockroach in my room the first morning. There were also a few dead ones outside. If I was alone I would have stormed out of the hotel because I am such a cockroach phobe but the kids were with me and I will not break their hearts. I have to say that the hotel dealt with it very quickly and I never saw them again, neither in my room or outside. - the food labelling is a disaster! Wrong labels on most things, left from the previous lunch or dinner, a problem if you have allergies and if you don’t eat certain meats or are vegetarians. When asking staff they also didn’t know so they had to go to the kitchen and that consumed lots of time waiting. The little ones, - the food was not as good as expected, a three stars tops and not a 4 star, lots of variety but most of it not very tasty and the drinks at breakfast not fresh and on top of that diluted. - no Netflix or a way to stream apps, if you have kids that go to bed at 8 and can’t catch the entertainment it is pretty boring. - you have to pay 3€ for each day for the safe in the room!!! That is a rip off in my opinion, the safe is already in the room and it doesn’t consume extra costs to the hotel. That’s a first and I thought it’s very weird. - they only give a few complementary coffee capsul

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super: ruhig gelegen, mit genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/Restaurant, die fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. - Leider waren die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche (Restaurants, Snackbar) nicht immer sauber. Vor allem die Gläser oder auch Teller waren teilweise noch mit Resten der vorherigen „Esser“ beschmutzt. Leider hat auch die ein oder andere Servicekraft die Gläser beim Servieren am oberen Glasrand gehalten/serviert und wieder abgeräumt (super, um Keime/Bakterien zu verteilen). - Leider war auch die Speiseauswahl nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und das Fleisch war grundsätzlich nicht „durch“. Das ist aber reine Geschmacksache. Die Dessertauswahl war dafür super und lecker.

The resort is nice, with a good option for activities. However, I found twice hair in the food once in pizza and 2nd time in the icecream, I had to chase the cleaning personal after the weekends to.get the bed and the towels changed even though I sign an agreement that I would like my room to be cleaned on a daily basis as I was with a toddler.Even after I spoke to.one on the cleaners they still.haven't cleaned up properly nor making the bed or wipeing the floor.Overall all is a good resort, but the cleanlines are not as they should be.If I wouldn't have this issues I would definetly come back.but after all I wont come back.due to.the poor cleaning lines.

This property is well worth the stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. The food and drink is good. Our accommodation was very clean and well set out. We stayed half board and it suited us perfectly. We would definitely return again.

This was my second time here at this hotel and we even brought friends with us ! It will be the last time ! Some of the Staff were just rude and would not listen to when being explained to, very frustrating when a staff member man handles my wife. Not acceptable whatsoever. Then to the room being cleaned with fresh towels.. Twice in 10 days for a 4 Star hotel !! When we asked For every second day. The hotel is certainly not worthy of the 4 star's any longer, broken in fact shattered floor tiles everywhere in the common walking areas, very dirty around all the areas apart from the reception. One a few occasions at break and lunch we had broken tea cups that the hot water just went straight through to sharp chipped juice glasses.. then there was the room, Air conditioning was kon existing and the front door handle kept coming off when you could actually close the door after several times of trying.

I loved everything about the whole complex. The food was excellent with a wide range of choices. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. My room was perfect in every way and the complex itself was always spotlessly clean and the pools were at a lovely temperature. Also very handy for the local shops, bars and the beach which were all just a 2 minute walk away. Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the near future 😉😉

Lovely spacious rooms, exceptionally clean around the whole hotel. Food was generally good, extensive drinks menu on all inclusive. Pools were on the small side for the size of hotel but were heated and sunbeds no problem in January. Easy walk to the shops restaurants and a lovely area of beach. All in all a lovely hotel.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Service und Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Einziges Manko ist die Lautstärke im Zimmer. Wenn z.B. ein Stuhl im Nebenzimmer über den Boden gezogen wird. Stöckelschuhe im Flur können auch laut sein. Würden es aber wieder buchen.

I was very disappointed with my stay this year. firstly the room I was provided with was terrible, the patio door was broken and wouldn’t lock also the safe was broken. Surprised by this I spoke to the manager and he assured me he would get this sorted and to go out and enjoy myself, I did say I was uncomfortable leaving my case etc in the room and was surprised with the response “well it’s on the inside not the outside of the building so no problem” hmmm ok. I moved and things seemed to be back on track, a friend joined me during the week and I was very honest and let the manager know and asked that the sofa bed be made up (considering I would end up paying extra for her to stay in my already paid for room) Assurances were given that this would be done, it wasn’t, I went back to reception and explained the situation, I was informed that staff had gone but would be back at 6pm and they would do it then. Guess what, it didn’t happen, I called reception but no response, I gave up! Until it came time to check out and I was charged for the extra person, I advised I was happy to pay for breakfast but the fact the extra bed was not provided I would not be happy paying the €77 reception wasn’t interested demanding money. We travelled as a couple with a baby aged 10 months. Check in was relatively quick, we waited for two families in front of us but when it got to our turn things were sorted quickly. Front desk staff member i think called Hugo was very nice and explained everything clearly. Our room was ground floor immediately as you come out of reception. The accommodation is split into apartment blocks.

Ubicación buena, 5 minutos a la playa. Es un complejo turístico repleto de apartamentos… no hay privacidad casi nunca. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta baja y no podiamos abrir ninguna ventana ni cortinas… estaba lleno de gente enfrente como piscinas estaban localizadas directamente de ambos lados de apartamento… cama matrimonio se consiste de dos camas individuales. Una con colchón blando y otra con colchón duro… que terrible… muy ruidoso… se oye todo de otras habitaciones y lo peor es que aseos se pueden cerrar y como sonidos tal y como olor pasa por toda la habitación… no repetimos

Room was clean. But, staff were not friendly, had to pay daily fee for ability to use the safe in the room. Worst quality of sleep- the music from the entertainment was insanely loud, as if I was playing music in my room. Could hear every word of the music. I’m still quite shocked at how loud it was, and until after 11pm- so this kept me awake. Next problem was then being woken early by the light- the curtains are not black out and to make things worse there is a window in the bathroom with no covering, there is no door to the bathroom, and so as soon as the sun rises the room is bright. Was supposed to be somewhere to sleep before my flight from Lanzarote, but had a terrible sleep as a result of the above.

Can only praise the efforts of management and staff to ensure everything goes well on holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable . Only one wardrobe with limited shelf storage which was a problem. We used the adult only facilities for dining and for pre and post meal drinks. The food was varied and tasty but disappointed not to see a strawberry offering!! Not a problem with Sun loungers around the adult pool although there was always those early risers reserving beds with towels before going for breakfast. We upgraded to all inclusive plus giving daily access to the a la carte restaurant and the adults only bar. Nothing more to pay on the premium drinks and the measures are more than generous. Cocktails are available and freshly prepared. Entertainment in the evening was ok but a bit more suited to younger children. This hotel is situated only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of €13 and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Can recommend for both families and couples.

2nd time staying here and was just as good as the last time. Staff couldn't do enough, Food choices excellent. Reception really helpful with a charger and then accommodating a late check out as late flight back. Fab. Will definitely stay here again

We enjoyed a 2 night stay a this hotel. We didn’t arrive until late evening on our first night due to plane delays so we had missed any entertainment and evening meal, but they did supply a pack of sandwiches, juice and fruit. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. There were beverages supplied in our room but mainly coffee and tiny cups. So being British I would have liked a cup of ordinary tea and milk. The food selection in the restaurants was very good, nicely presented and a great variety. The entertainment team were very good and worked very hard to keep you enjoying your stay. My big criticism was as usual when abroad, there were a lot of saving sun beds around the pools with towels, so the only ones available were in the shade. Hotels should stop this happening as it spoils it for the guest that aren’t as selfish as to do this. I would still recommend this hotel though as everything else is really goid.

This property is well worth the stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. The food and drink is good. Our accommodation was very clean and well set out. We stayed half board and it suited us perfectly. We would definitely return again.

This was my second time here at this hotel and we even brought friends with us ! It will be the last time ! Some of the Staff were just rude and would not listen to when being explained to, very frustrating when a staff member man handles my wife. Not acceptable whatsoever. Then to the room being cleaned with fresh towels.. Twice in 10 days for a 4 Star hotel !! When we asked For every second day. The hotel is certainly not worthy of the 4 star's any longer, broken in fact shattered floor tiles everywhere in the common walking areas, very dirty around all the areas apart from the reception. One a few occasions at break and lunch we had broken tea cups that the hot water just went straight through to sharp chipped juice glasses.. then there was the room, Air conditioning was kon existing and the front door handle kept coming off when you could actually close the door after several times of trying.

Pasamos la semana del 25 Junio al 02 de Julio y nuestra estancia fue genial. Agradecer al personal, en concreto, a Cristina y a Jennifer del miniclub por su amabilidad, paciencia y entrega. A Eva como camarera de piso por su generosidad y a Julio como camarero del Bar Nautilus por su simpatía e interés en satisfacer las necesidades de sus clientes. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Los espectáculos muy buenos en general. El buffete magnifico, con gran variedad aunque incluiría potajes a mediodía. Por lo demás, genial.

Lovely spacious rooms, exceptionally clean around the whole hotel. Food was generally good, extensive drinks menu on all inclusive. Pools were on the small side for the size of hotel but were heated and sunbeds no problem in January. Easy walk to the shops restaurants and a lovely area of beach. All in all a lovely hotel.

Stayed for a week in June, lovely time to stay as it wasn’t overly busy and plenty of sunbeds. The property was lovely and clean. Wine didn’t realised until the end of our stay that there were 2 entertainment venues the main one aimed at families and one aimed at adults near the reception. Bar staff were lovely we found the restaurant staff not as friendly. Food was pretty good, a good variety each evening. About a 20-30 min walk to Peurto del carmen or you can catch a bus from just round the corner. Playa blanca took about 40mins via bus.

Hotel en Puerto del Carmen. No está en primera línea de playa, pero andando son 3 minutos. Habitaciones muy amplias, que dan a diferentes jardines o piscinas. La nuestra, como llevamos a un niño, daba a la piscina infantil.Comidas tipobuffet, variados y ricos. Personal muy amable. Aparcamiento en la puerta del hotel.

I booked this hotel based on the great reviews so my expectations were very high! This is our last day here so I thought to review before we travel and I get busy and distracted. I will start off with the negatives: The big ones, -I found a cockroach in my room the first morning. There were also a few dead ones outside. If I was alone I would have stormed out of the hotel because I am such a cockroach phobe but the kids were with me and I will not break their hearts. I have to say that the hotel dealt with it very quickly and I never saw them again, neither in my room or outside. - the food labelling is a disaster! Wrong labels on most things, left from the previous lunch or dinner, a problem if you have allergies and if you don’t eat certain meats or are vegetarians. When asking staff they also didn’t know so they had to go to the kitchen and that consumed lots of time waiting. The little ones, - the food was not as good as expected, a three stars tops and not a 4 star, lots of variety but most of it not very tasty and the drinks at breakfast not fresh and on top of that diluted. - no Netflix or a way to stream apps, if you have kids that go to bed at 8 and can’t catch the entertainment it is pretty boring. - you have to pay 3€ for each day for the safe in the room!!! That is a rip off in my opinion, the safe is already in the room and it doesn’t consume extra costs to the hotel. That’s a first and I thought it’s very weird. - they only give a few complementary coffee capsul

The resort is nice, with a good option for activities. However, I found twice hair in the food once in pizza and 2nd time in the icecream, I had to chase the cleaning personal after the weekends to.get the bed and the towels changed even though I sign an agreement that I would like my room to be cleaned on a daily basis as I was with a toddler.Even after I spoke to.one on the cleaners they still.haven't cleaned up properly nor making the bed or wipeing the floor.Overall all is a good resort, but the cleanlines are not as they should be.If I wouldn't have this issues I would definetly come back.but after all I wont come back.due to.the poor cleaning lines.

Nos ha encantado, habitación amplía, bonita y moderna, cama muy comoda, cortinas opacas, buen aislamiento de ruidos, el hotel tiene muchas instalaciones, muy bien cuidadas, muchas actividades, parking gratuito y grande, buena ubicación, se han adaptado a nosotros el día que nos ibamos para poder desayunar antes en el bufet por que salía nuestro vuelo muy temprano, trabajadores simpáticos y amables. Tienen servicio de alquiler de toallas para playa y piscina dando un depósito que luego te devuelven. Lo único que no nos ha gustado y que veo un fallo es que cogiendo la media pensión no entran bebidas, cosa que entiendo, pero tampoco entra el agua, que es algo tan básico, entiendo que no pongan botellas pero al menos jarras o algo donde poder acceder a ella sin tener que pagar 2,30€ por una botella pequeña de agua por persona, encima con un precio bastante elevado. Por lo demás todo de 10.

Stayed for a week in June, lovely time to stay as it wasn’t overly busy and plenty of sunbeds. The property was lovely and clean. Wine didn’t realised until the end of our stay that there were 2 entertainment venues the main one aimed at families and one aimed at adults near the reception. Bar staff were lovely we found the restaurant staff not as friendly. Food was pretty good, a good variety each evening. About a 20-30 min walk to Peurto del carmen or you can catch a bus from just round the corner. Playa blanca took about 40mins via bus.

Food was alright but very repetitive and wasn’t enough choice, pasta was very basic almost like for kids in nursery and meat wasn’t to great really- ether too though or overcooked. Salad options was pretty standard and you can see that they use whatever was leftover to make different version of salad bar. Paella was not great either…really basic food. Definitely not ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ more likely just ⭐️⭐️⭐️.

This property is well worth the stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. The food and drink is good. Our accommodation was very clean and well set out. We stayed half board and it suited us perfectly. We would definitely return again.

An absolute beautiful holiday everything was perfect from the staff who were all so helpful and polite to the facilities which were fabulous and the food was unbelievable for an all inclusive such an array and different theme nights a real 5 star experience

Can only praise the efforts of management and staff to ensure everything goes well on holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable . Only one wardrobe with limited shelf storage which was a problem. We used the adult only facilities for dining and for pre and post meal drinks. The food was varied and tasty but disappointed not to see a strawberry offering!! Not a problem with Sun loungers around the adult pool although there was always those early risers reserving beds with towels before going for breakfast. We upgraded to all inclusive plus giving daily access to the a la carte restaurant and the adults only bar. Nothing more to pay on the premium drinks and the measures are more than generous. Cocktails are available and freshly prepared. Entertainment in the evening was ok but a bit more suited to younger children. This hotel is situated only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of €13 and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Can recommend for both families and couples.

Clean and well maintained complex. Junior suite room was great. Food was above usual all inclusive standards. Staff fine. Close to beach, 5 minute taxi to Puerta Del Carmen and 10 mins in taxi from the airport. Room for improvement- better sport facilities (seperate football, basketball and Tennis court( rather than them all together and a terrible booking system where soneone can book all day every day and not even turn up. Thats probably my only criticism.

Everything was top notch from the lovely big clean room and the excellent choice of food at breakfast, lunch & dinner to the general cleanliness around the whole complex including the adult pool and all the staff are courteous and extremely professional and friendly.
