Elevatorene virkede som de skulle, når de selv ville. Hvad der skulle tage 10 minutter, endte med kaos på 20 - 25 minutter, med at få baggage ned, fra 16 sal.. Eller ingen klager. God service, sødt personale, rigeligt med morgenmad hvor der var noget for alle typer, pænt og rent sengetøj, god dyne/pude, rent værelse. Godt lege rum til de små. God pris også.

Guests are very loud and the hotel rarely enforce the quiet policy. Our shower was not draining properly and would flood within seconds. Mixed feelings because it has great amenities and having a bike rental inside is very convenient. The place is just too busy for a family vacation.

Very large facility, excellent elevators. They could go a better job if getting the rooms clean and picking up all the unused towels. Very nice kitchen area, but one look in the frig told me never to store food there. Need better management of the frigs.

Family vacation with four kids. A perfect place to stay for families with lots of people of multiple ages, kids play areas and gaming tables on the bottom floor, etc. There are lots of adult bike rentals, but make sure to get your kids bikes rented as soon as possible in the morning as the quantity is much smaller. The staff were all super helpful. Also, no AC- this silly American didn’t think to ask. That being said, it was a great place at a great price at a great location. Worth every penny.

Centrally located. Hotel facilities are nice but some work is needed. The internet was unstable. Management kept saying "we are fixing it" but it was never fixed. The refrigerators would not cool at all.

This is a busy place to stay, there are a lot of tour groups, especially young school groups. This makes it a little noisy at times and can cause delays with the elevators. That being said, it's still a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again on a future visit to Copenhagen. Best thing about this location – walking distance to Islands Brygge Harbour Bath! Which is more important than you think once you've gone for your first swim.

It’s a neat and clean hostel. Location is great, very near the city centre and enough choices of public transport. You can park your car in their parking garage (charged) or 5 km further away which is free and easily reached by public transport.

Vi måtte finde et andet sted der kostede dobbelt så meget da de lovede parkeringspladser men der var ingen og vi rejste med 3 små børn. Og der var ikke skiltet eller noget til p pladserne der var påstået at være der

Dirty, rooms very basic, need to pay extra to rent the hair dryer, umbrella, luggage storage, you need to do your bed alone, no cleaning done , too expensive for what it is...the only thing which was nice was the view from the room ( on the New Years Eve), but the window was dirty...common kitchen practical but small and not cleaned regularly, the dish washer broken, bar and the reception area ok. For the same price you can find a real hotel, and not a basic hostel...no way they have 5 stars...

Pillows and comforters smelled like bad body odor and we questioned whether they had been washed between guests but the breakfast was great!!!

Mehr Abwechslung bei der Frühstücksauswahl wäre wünschenswert sowie Kaffee, welcher schmeckt. Bei der großen Anzahl an tollen Cafés in der Stadt sollte das Hostel nachziehen. Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hostel und das Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Tag identisch. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sollte verbessert werden. Haare von vorherigen Gästen sind sehr unangenehm.

Der var virkeligt beskidt på hotellet og håndklæder lugtede af friture. Folk sad og drak nede i børnerummet

Fantastisk beliggenhed, men ingen service overhovedet. Skal selv ta sengelinned med op på værelset og selv ta det med ned i receptionen igen til vask … værelse og badeværelse fyldt med mug.

Ok hostel. Noe møkkete og ikke helt reint sengetøy. Får utlevert pose med sengetøy, laken og 1 håndkle. Må legge på seng selv og ta av dette, legge tilbake i pose ved utsjekk. Ikke håndhåndkle, ikke såpe på bad. Bra beliggenhet ved Tivoli, kort vei til togstasjon, vi hadde 8 mannsrom- stort rom med god plass

Room was ok. It was clean, but the bathroom was sub par: floor was not fully clean (there was dust/hairs from previous guests), the toilet lid was completely broken off its hinge (so you could not close or open it properly), the sink drain was clogged. It would also be great if a bathroom floor towel could be included, as it is inevitable to not get the bathroom floor wet with the current bathroom design of the room. The beds were ok, but the frame is smaller than the matress, so the matress kept sliding.

Udsigten var så smuk. Der var sorte hår på 3 ud af 4 madrasser og på en af væggene, i brusekabinen. Vandlåsene i nåde bruseren og håndvasken var tilstoppede og lugtede. Der var skimmelsvamp i brusekabinen og på flere af de andre vægge, i badeværelset. Det var skummadrasser uden åndenhuller, i underlaget. Hvilket gjorde, at madrassen blev flad. Hovedpuderne var næsten uden fyld. Man skal selv bære sengetøj op - helt ok - men 2 ud af 4 dynebetræk havde brune mærker på. Jeg afleverede dem naturligvis, i receptionen og fik et: ej, hvor ulækkert. Du tager bare 2 nye poser. Man skal tage alt sengetøj og håndklæder af og bære ned i lobbyen, til vaske. Receptionisten talte et meget gebrokkent dansk, hvilket betød at jeg måtte bede hende gentage flere gange og til sidst smilede jeg bare. Vi kommer ikke retur.

Dåligt städat och fläckar på sängkläderna. Lyhört. Lampan i badrummet och hallen slocknade hela tiden (trasig rörelsesensor). Samtidigt väldigt prisvärt och nära tågstationen m.m.

Only one shower and toilet all together for 8 people dorm room. They should have been at least separate. Imagine waiting nearly 2hrs to take a shower if everyone gets up at once. And there's no other shower room in the building as well!! The cleaner didn't seem to come at all over the weekend so the dorm was quite filthy by Monday. They also changed me for storing my luggage at the and of the stay, which was a small backpack... Would not recommend staying again.

Key card didn’t work so had to get a replacement. No ladder to top bunk so difficult to get up

Near Trivoli Garden but the hostel is just ok and expensive. We are there on September, summer time no air conditioning in the room, can’t sleep because it’s hot. We open the windows it’s loud because cars are passing by. The place need some renovation.

The hostel had kids on a school trip staying on the same floor and the place was extremely noisy until very late in the night.

We were here for 7 nights as a family of 3 in a 4 bed room. Pros: - Staff is super welcoming and kind - Rooms are tight but not shoebox tiny - Location is a bit far flung but it's a 20 min walk to anything you could possibly need, and grocery is a 6 min walk away - you can't really hear any neighboring room noise - breakfast is a great value for all that you get Cons: - can be very noisy with traffic noise if your window is open, but a brown noise app helps a ton - no AC if you're here in the summer you'll be VERY hot. We had some days in the 70s and the nights were too hot to sleep comfortably. The window slants open, so there isn't any air flow unless your main door is also open - kitchen is clean but the nonstick pans are in awful condition - I understand it's shared but they're unusable to make a fried egg. The fridges were stinky. My biggest complaint: - the mattress and pillows and mattress pads MUST be cleaned/deodorized MUCH more often. Travelers have all different hygiene levels, a lot of young school groups stay here or people just don't use deodorant. If they don't bathe and stink and go to sleep, the bed is *going* to stink. The fresh bedding is generally very clean smelling (although I needed to get extra sets bc some of the freshly washed sheets stank). And the mattresses and pillows could be very stinky. It took me several replacements and stripping the pads off the bed to get the very pungent body odor smells out of our room.

Stort rummeligt familieværelse med god udsigt over København. God morgenmadsbuffet.

Loved our stay! Hotel was in an incredible location, we were on the 15th floor so had an amazing view out over the city and could see Tivoli lit up at night. Room was clean and comfortable, and a great price. Would recommend and will definitely stay again!

Have stayed here before and was happy with our stay again! Rooms are clean and spacious, and there being another door between the door to the room and the actual bedroom means it’s nice and quiet and you don’t hear people in the corridor. Location is excellent and the price is very good. The only small downside was when I booked months ago, I did request a room on the side that looks out over tivoli but we were given a room on the other side of the hotel - but this didn’t effect the actual quality of the stay so would definitely recommend this hostel!

Nice place, good service, location is excellent. Room was quite basic but clean, good breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights and both nights were VERY noisy because of big groups of teenagers (on class trip?) were running in hallways, shouting, slamming doors, this lasted always at least 2 hours, no supervisors at sight... It's a shame this ruined our otherwise nice stay.

The staff in the hostel are very friendly and helpful especially Tao. The location is perfect if you’re taking the train to Copenhagen. It’s a walking distance from Tivoli Park as well as Christiansborg Palace. I had a very relaxing stay in DanHostel. I highly recommend it if you’re planning to visit Denmark. Cheers!

Great location in Copenhagen and the price is good for one of the most expensive cities in the world! It’s kinda like a hostel but kinda like a hotel. Very professional in the running of this establishment

The room was as expected from the pictures, and the common areas seemed to be maintained. However, when we arrived to check in, there was a DJ playing music next to the reception desk, making it impossible to converse with the staff during check-in. It would have been better to place the DJ somewhere else. The room was clean enough, but a metal hatch in the ceiling fell, and dust came down on all our jackets and shoes. Luckily, no one was standing under it, or it would have been a trip to the hospital. The light in the bathroom and hallway was controlled with motion sensors, which were glitchy. The light in the hallway kept turning on and off, and there was no way to shut the light off. The light in the bathroom only turned on sometimes, so we had to go to the bathroom and shower in the dark most of the time. The breakfast was included in our rate, but if it is not, we recommend that you don't buy it separately either. It's better to go to Netto and grab what you need, as the hostel's breakfast is sub-par at best. What we got is way overpriced. I expected a hostel to be less expensive than a hotel, but we found that many people paid half our rate for a much better experience at a proper hotel.

If you want a cheep and perfect situated hotel in Copenhagen, this is the place.

Location is great and walkable to attractions. Its near bakeries and restaurants. Bus stop is nearby.

Altid en fornøjelse at bo her, gode værelser, fed udsigt, og indre by og seværdigheder er i gåafstand og der er gode muligheder for at komme med bus, s-tog og metro rundt.

Perfect if you’re going to be out exploring all day. It does a great job of being somewhere to sleep and wash but as a hostel it’s obviously a bit limited on comfort and facilities. Easily walked only 10 mins from Radhutsplassen metro stop and close to tivoli gardens

Rummet är ok för 6 personer. Men våning säng är svårt att klättra upp särskilt för korta människor. Det är inte bra att ha män och kvinnor i samma rum . Varför kan inte dela på skön ? Frukost är så där .

Everything great except no cooling and rooms on sunny days very hot! A ceiling fan would really help Staff were terrific and breakfast great - suggest an earlier time as 9am very busy. Great location close to everything

Auberge de bon niveau, logement à 2 en chambre avec notre sdb privée, hébergement très calme. Salle de bain pas dingue (problèmes d'écoulement de la douche), chambre fonctionnelle mais dépourvue de charme, petit dej correct sans être fou. Mais cela reste la solution la moins chère à CPH pour une chambre à deux avec petit déjeuner. Accepte les chiens ! Et parties communes (hall, bar) agréables. Personnel très aimable. Wifi TB.

Rent och rymligt rum, trevlig lobby och bar. Fanns spel att låna. Bra ordnade hissar och trevlig korridormiljö. Något lyhörda rum och frukostområdet blev lite skolmatsal men god mat och bra kaffe. Helheten va bra

We had a good stay. Location is great. One of the reasons we picked this Hostel was the great reviews of the vegan breakfast options. They did not meet our expectations and wish there were more.

Det var et pænt nok sted. Men sengene var elendige. Ingen opredning af senge ingen TV på værelse. Morgenmads buffet var dårlig, og der var så mange mennesker at man stod op og spiste eller helt ude i lobbyen. Der var overbooket og folk var sure på hinanden.

The location is convenient, and we selected this place based on its high family rating. However, it is a hostel. Our private bathroom lacked essential amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Additionally, guests are required to make their own beds. The room was small and uncomfortably hot without air conditioning. The breakfast provided was basic and reminiscent of dormitory food, offering nothing special.
