Hotel SU & Aqualand

If you wanna stay at the hotel with all the amenities you may have in a resort that would be your choice, including indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, gym, excellent restaurant, and nice in environment, walk about distance to private beach and so many fast food. The food was great, especially breakfast with so many options.

Rooms were clean and bright, pool area was nice, food was good but limited choice in the evening. Lack of evening entertainment.

Very clean and the stuff were nice to us, i enjoyed the pool , hamam and the beach. definitely I’m coming back

Sehr sauberes Hotel, super gelegen mit reichlich Ausgehmöglichkeiten in direkter Laufnähe. Der Konyaalti Beach ist ein Kieselstrand und ist sehr sauber, verglichen mit dem öffentlichen Lara-Strand um Welten sauberer! Parkmöglichkeiten im privaten Hotelparkplatz sind immer vorhanden, nur am Wochenende kann es aufgrund von Events im Hotel (z.B. Hochzeiten) voller werden. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, die Gäste und die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr gut. Die Gäste sind durchmischt, sehr viele Einheimische und Familien mit Kindern sowie Paare. Das Aqualand mit kostenlosem Zugang ist nicht empfehlenswert. Die Liegen dort sind begrenzt in der Anzalh, sehr eng beieinander und die Water Slides sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wieso Besucher so hohen Eintritt dafür zahlen ist mir schleierhaft. Super Frühstück, zwar immer das Gleiche aber dafür in einer super Qualität. Das Omelette wird nach Belieben frisch gefertigt, vielen Dank an Ismail usta dafür! Die Poolbar und Snackrestaurant macht hervorragendes Essen, das Abendessen am Buffet hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Dafür gibt es aber reichlich Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Der Aydin Beach Club, zu dem man kostenlosen Zugang hat, bietet auch Getränke+Speisen zu etwas höheren Preisen, dafür ist auch dort das Personal super im Service und aufmerksam. Die Strandverkäufer (Mais, Midye etc.) sind nicht aufdringlich und betreten den privaten Bereich des Beach Clubs nicht ohne konkretes Interesse.

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet hôtel. Suite à ma demande nous avons même été surclassé! Excellent personnel, piscine très calme et aqualand au top ! Je recommande fortement

The rooms are spacious and clean. The decor is definitely an acquired taste, but it grows on you. I did see signs of wear and tear where i assume cases and bags had scuffed the skirting boards and parts of the walls. If you get a recently refreshed room which I was told happens to a set of rooms each year then you will get that sleek white aesthetic. My room was facing waterpark  but I could also see the mountains in background and aswell as the beach. I had no issue with noise from the waterpark but I was out most of the day and it closes by 5. I chose this hotel because I wanted to be close to the beach and nightlife and it certainly fits the bill. It felt very safe as a solo traveller around the hotel and along the promenade which i walked almost every night. The lobby is beautiful and spacious and nice to just chill when its too hot, the pool area is gorgeous and there is access to the beach in seconds. I echo everything that has been said about helpful staff and cleanliness. But The red hallways and dining room were a bold choice not my taste but not an issue for me either. Amenties are of a good standard. I didn't use the gym but could see several machines and weights. It's super easy to order from pool, all umbrellas have QR codes and food and drink comes directly to you. I also tried moonlight restaurant I went solo and was fine but it is a romantic restaurant so couples will definitely enjoy. I called guest services constantly with questions and request

Das Hotel ist etwas älter, jedoch hält man es sehr sauber und man merkt, dass das hotel etwas besonderes ist. Zimmer schön mit coolen direkten Meerblick. Coole Poolanlage, fitness sehr gut. Wellness hervorragend, habe 2 Massagen gehabt weil die Masseurin ganze arbeit geleistet hat.

The property is nice and has a good pool and quick access to the beach. We liked the beach club and food was good there for a nice brunch before a day on the beach. The only note for the beach club is the music can be quite loud starting at 10:30am, but when a few people asked they did turn it down. I’m all for loud music but I think not until early afternoon.

The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. The facilities were great, outdoor pool was clean and had plenty of sun beds available. The gym was the best hotel gym with all the machines and equipment you need. The food was fresh and there was a good variety. Only of couple of issues to improve. TVs in rooms could be updated and most towels we had were stained.

Resepsiyondaki Durukan Bey çok ilgiliydi.Sorunlarıma çözüm bulmaya çalıştı.Otel çok eski ve yıpranmış herşey asla beş yıldızı haketmiyor.Banyo pisti.Lavaboda kıllar vardı bornozda saç vardı.

Nettes Personal, aber die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war dieses Jahr nicht wie in den Jahren davor das Hotel ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Hinzu kommt das die Entspannung am Pool und im Restaurant zu wünschen ist da viele klein Kinder und Babys im Hotel waren. Hier ist der Wunsch das Hotel wieder auf 18+ umzustrukturieren. War leider der letzte besuch trotz guter Lage und freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Zimmer ist sehr alt. Wird Zeit zu renovieren. Wifi Katastrophe. Frühstück sehr gut.

The first four days was great but the last day the fifth day the owners son had a wedding that lasted till 2:30 in the morning and had speakers that were shaking the entire room. This was brought to the attention of the management and they did nothing to resolve the situation, it’s pretty funny that you get embarrassed with your own money. They kept saying the wedding was going to end at 12. It was gonna be done and over with it lasted till 2:30 in the morning causing my seven month old to go without sleep and they did nothing to reimburse us for the horrible treatment , I do have videos and I will post them

This was a family trip, and it’s actually my second time staying at this hotel – the first was 7 years ago. I chose it again because I really love this area; it’s lively and close to the city center, which makes it a great option especially for those without a car. Right across the hotel there’s a shopping mall, games, and even a water park, which made it very convenient. The service is excellent, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are truly friendly and always willing to help. The food in the hotel is also very nice, and the prices are very reasonable. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old and could use some renovation, but they are still spacious and comfortable. My son really enjoyed his time here, and so did we. Overall, I loved my stay and wouldn’t mind coming back again if I travel to Antalya in the future. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for their great work!

2 night half-board short break at Hotel Su travelling from Dalyan. The hotel is unique (very white and very red in the restaurant). The staff are lovely and attentive, the outdoor pool area is very relaxing with plenty of space. We found the restaurant food plentiful with a wide choice. Restaurant staff were very good. Valet parking and guest reception were very helpful. There are two minor points I would raise. Firstly there are low level mattresses for lounging and sleeping on everywhere, your bed, your balcony, around the pool, even in the reception area. If you have back issues or arthritis this may not be for you. I did struggle with them at times. We did find some sunbeds away from the pool in the garden area which were more to our comfort. Maybe it is an age thing and young people like the 'mattress on the floor' style. Second we did request in advance a high up quiet room. Whilst the 9th floor was perfect for us we did have a noisy balcony from the air con units from their conferencing centre (we did decline their offer to move rooms as it was only a 2 night stay). If I were staying longer we would definitely have moved rooms. Overall a pleasurable stay but we still much prefer Dalyan.

Otel çok gürültülüydü, ana lobideki sesler dahi odaya geliyordu, çift kişilik yatak bütün değildi, bir daha kesinlikle kalmayı düşünmüyorum.

Very clean hotel with excellent facilities. Many eating options nearby and only 30 minutes walk from old town. The area around this hotel is really nice with parks and safe walkways. Only negative is aircon is very weak so room might be a bit hot in full summer?

Красивый стильный отель, очень хороший спа и тренажёрный зал. НО там невозможно спать и это перечёркивает все достоинства. прямо под окнами находится бар и сцена. Первую ночь там была вечеринка до утра, я просыпалась постоянно от музыки и криков. На следующий векр я вернулась после спа в номер и там был концерт прямо под окнами, в комнате было невозможно находиться, очень громко. Меня переселили в другую комнату, она была ниже классом, без вила на море, оборудована для инвалидов. Ещё там был забит слив в душе и мне пришлось собирать воду с пола полотенцами. То есть вместо того чтобы прийти и лечь спать, мне пришлось собирать вещи и переезжать. При выезде я спросила насчёт компенсации за это, тем более что номер в который меня переселили стоил дешевле. Но мне ответили, что ничего страшного не случилось и компенсация мне не положена.

Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich. Bei der Abreise wurden wir nicht mal beachtet. Wichtiger war das Handy in der Hand. Die Zimmertüren sind total alt, man hört einfach alles. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, jedoch wurde das Gemüse nicht sauber gewaschen, so dass ich einen Wurm auf dem Teller hatte. Wir hatten einen erholsamen und entspannten Aufenthalt, aber der Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt

They exceeded our expectations and ensured we had the best experience - the staff at Hotel SU always went out of their way to help us. For example, whenever we needed milk for our toddler - they always provided it at the perfect temperature at no additional cost to us. The breakfast buffet had so many options to choose from - you’re literally spoilt for choice! The hotel is in a great location - plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is also amazing - they have so many options for dining and room service too. The pools were great and they have plenty of activities for children too. This is a family-friendly hotel and we would love to come back again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Hotel SU!

Odamiz ile ilgili bir sorun cikti ve hemen yardimci olup cozmeleri. Daha once de bu otel de kalmistim ve tekrar tercih etmek onemli. Iyi ki tercih etmisim. Sorunlar her zaman olabilir ama onemli olan bunu hizli, sogunkanli ve pozitif cozebilecek ekibinizin olmasi ve bunun oldugunu dun aksam hotel su bama gosterdi. Tesekkur ederim.

Mit ophold på dette hotel var absolut perfekt. Alt var fremragende fra start til slut. Servicen var virkelig femstjernet, og personalet var altid høfligt, professionelt og yderst hjælpsomt. Gæstfriheden oversteg mine forventninger, og atmosfæren var både indbydende og behagelig. Hvert eneste detalje blev taget hånd om med stor omhu, hvilket gjorde min oplevelse virkelig mindeværdig. Der var absolut intet negativt at bemærke – jeg kan med sikkerhed sige, at dette er et af de bedste hoteller, jeg nogensinde har boet på. Kan varmt anbefales

Tesis konum olarak çok iyi. Otel temiz , çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve çeşitli. Balkondaki yatak olayı çok iyi düşünülmüş , deniz manzaralı odada kaldım, o manzaraya karşı uzanıp kitap okurken birşeyler içmek gerçekten harika. Antalyaya gittiğimde yine bu otelde konaklamayı planlıyorum.

Ligging is heerlijk. Het aquapark en zee is op paar minuten loopafstand. Het ligt dicht bij restaurants en een heerlijk looppark. Er is in en rondom het hotel niet veel lawaai, juist heerlijk rustig. Hygiëne staat hoog in het vaandel. Heb echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Food was not very good. Limited room service . Convenience store limited hours - they need a vending machine or something for snacks and drinks . Dining areas in lounge not very comfortable and again menu needs a total revaluation . Service was ok and everyone was nice enough but definitely a three star experience .

Herşeyi ile harika bir oteldi. Dolu dolu 4 gün 3 gece geçirdik. Çocuğum için Aquapark seçeneğinin oluşuda ayrı bir mutluluk verdi tabi. Tekrardan tercih edebileceğim bir otel. Tavsiye ederim. Yalnızca tek eksik tarafı akşam yemeğinden içecekler ücretliydi. Bunun dışında eksik birşeyi yoktu. Birde saat 16-17 sularında çay ve atıştırmalık ikramları olmuş olsaydı süper olurdu.
