On a good day, this is a solid 1 star hotel. The room was clean. The pillows were flat, the water was brown, air conditioner (last updated when installed, guessing 1970) was noisy enough to drown out the wind whistling by the door but not strong enough to actually cool the room. No coffee. No fridge. 1/2 roll of TP. They have a policy of no stays longer than 21 consecutive days. If you need shelter, this is your place. If you want to sleep, look elsewhere.

Only place to stay available! Everything worked. AC, TV, Door Lock, Toilet Flushed! Room was a dump! Bedding did not fit the mattres. Mattres was dirty! Carpeting was raggey! We were on the second floor with no elevator. I Suspect first floor rooms were better? Was once a quality facility. Now it's a dump, like the area around it! Only bright spot in the area was a dinner accross the street.

These place is disgusting. Filthy ants and bugs, cigarette holes in the sheets. You can see the outside through the grate of the ac/heat unit. Unsavory characters hanging around, used condoms in stairwell, walls are paper thin. Police were here at least twice a day and more in the evening. No hot water. No ice machine no vending machine. Entire families living in unit with kids running and screaming all night. Management did nothing

The hotel is run down and one of the worst hotels ive stayed in. Some would say u get what u pay for but ive stayed in cheeper hotels that were cleaner. Stains on floor and room is falling apart and Beding was ripped. My non smoking room smelt like i slept in a pack of lit cigarettes. The outside had drug dealers selling in the parking lots and probably other criminal activities happening on the property and in the rooms. Now if u need a bed and shower they got that. The staff were good no complaints there they are trying to deal with the activities happening on there property and law enforcement was there alot. they have alot of security cameras on property witch gives u a very small amount of comfort but proves this is not a new issue and probably wont stop being one. Overall this hotel is bad and if you can afford a different one i highly recommend.

There was no hot water The bathtub looked like a can of green paint was dumped in it. The key they originally gave us didn't work. The door didn't fit in the frame. The TV didn't work. The refrigerator froze our drinks. The place look like a rundown crack house.

If I hadn't arrived as a thunderstorm was starting, I would have immediately checked back out and gone elsewhere. I booked this place because it’s 15 minutes' walk from the bus and it was half the price of the other available hotel. But the more expensive hotel is definitely worth it. Here, the room doors are wide open to the street, so any bugs, rodents, or people can get in. The doors don’t seal shut, so even with the door closed, you’re going to get flies, moths, mosquitoes, etc. The floor was not just damp but had pools of water. The tub was missing its finish, there’s no way I’d stand in that. Some of the power outlets and one of the light switches worked. The bed linens were stained and had actual holes in them. The wifi worked weakly some of the time. I felt uncomfortable in the room, but I didn’t feel safe leaving the room given what some of the other guests were doing outside (and inside). I wish I’d thought to check Google reviews before booking instead of just relying on the happy Expedia people. What room did all of those 10/10 people stay in?? The points for service I’m giving them here is because I requested a fridge and they brought it to me and it worked (once I plugged it into a working outlet)! It did leak all over the floor. Also because they generously allowed me to leave my suitcase in the room next to reception until I could check in to the place I was staying the next night. All in all, I cannot in good faith recommend staying here.

Motel in extreme disrepair. A good portion of the rooms are filled with people actually living there. Upon check-in front desk was reminding a resident they're not allowed to hang out outside their rooms as this isn't a residence & scares away customers. People hung out everywhere & blasting music out their open room windows. There was about a 1/2- 3/4 inch gap under my room door, pain peeling everywhere in the bathroom, vent fan almost falling out of the drop ceiling tiles, no phone in room, no trash cans in room. Only 2 very thin sheets on the bed so fortunately wasn't cold. Codes & health department really need to check this place out. Only good thing I can really say about the place is the desk clerk was very friendly.

It smelled really really really bad. Like smoke stale chokable. i went figuring its just me anmd all i need is a step up from sleeping in my car but I honestly seriously considered getting back into my car and sleeping there. The smell also permeated my clothes

room appeared dirty. lots of water marks on ceiling tiles. turned water on to shower and it was brown. door to bathroom was a sliding wooden barn door. when checking in was told maint would come to fix tv never saw anyone. bed very uncomfortable. laying in bed and we both rolled towards the center plus on one side there was metal pieces protruding from mattress and not very safe. not a very quiet motel either. could hear every noise.

Lady at the desk was a sweetheart particularly with us arriving after midnight. The building and room however was easily the worst condition I’ve stayed in. Was dirty, rusted fixtures, water steadily running from tub. It smelled like smoke and there was cigarette burns on the small refrigerator. I couldn’t even bring myself to take a shower once I ran the sink water and it was dark brown before settling to a tan color.

I booked this property after seeing a rating of 4.0. I mistakenly thought that that was out of 5, but it’s out of 10. This is a completely rundown, filthy, poorly maintained hotel. I did not feel safe in the area. There were permanent residents hanging out outside who would otherwise be unhoused. That is great for those who need it and they may have been perfectly safe individuals, but when you pair that detail with the filth and run down condition of the property I chose to leave the room and forfeit what I paid, rather than stay in a questionable hotel. The curtains were falling down ceiling tiles were water stained. and the floors were grimy. Just to see, I wiped a wet wash cloth across the vinyl floor and you would not believe the dirt. The owner must know how bad the place is, because there’s a sign when you walk in warning you that there are no refunds allowed.

My second time staying here. There was a dead fly on the bathroom floor and one flying around my room. The bathtub had peeling paint. The freezer in the small refrigerator was caked in ice. Not sure what’s going on with the ceiling that had holes and stains. There was a lot of noise late into the night. That said staff is friendly and helpful. Response was quick to any concerns. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Was only there one night for a concert. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than that.

The tub was missing its finish, there’s no way I’d stand in that. Some of the power outlets and one of the light switches worked. The bed linens were stained and had actual holes in them. The wifi worked weakly some of the time. I felt uncomfortable in the room, but I didn’t feel safe leaving the room given what some of the other guests were doing outside (and inside). I wish I’d thought to check Google reviews before booking instead of just relying on the happy Expedia people. What room did all of those 10/10 people stay in?? My second time staying here. There was a dead fly on the bathroom floor and one flying around my room. The bathtub had peeling paint. The freezer in the small refrigerator was caked in ice. Not sure what’s going on with the ceiling that had holes and stains. There was a lot of noise late into the night. That said staff is friendly and helpful. Response was quick to any concerns. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Was only there one night for a concert. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than that.

Motel in extreme disrepair. A good portion of the rooms are filled with people actually living there. Upon check-in front desk was reminding a resident they're not allowed to hang out outside their rooms as this isn't a residence & scares away customers. People hung out everywhere & blasting music out their open room windows. There was about a 1/2- 3/4 inch gap under my room door, pain peeling everywhere in the bathroom, vent fan almost falling out of the drop ceiling tiles, no phone in room, no trash cans in room. Only 2 very thin sheets on the bed so fortunately wasn't cold. Codes & health department really need to check this place out. Lady at the desk was a sweetheart particularly with us arriving after midnight. The building and room however was easily the worst condition I’ve stayed in. Was dirty, rusted fixtures, water steadily running from tub. It smelled like smoke and there was cigarette burns on the small refrigerator. I couldn’t even bring myself to take a shower once I ran the sink water and it was dark brown before settling to a tan color.

I booked this property after seeing a rating of 4.0. I mistakenly thought that that was out of 5, but it’s out of 10. This is a completely rundown, filthy, poorly maintained hotel. I did not feel safe in the area. There were permanent residents hanging out outside who would otherwise be unhoused. The hotel is run down and one of the worst hotels ive stayed in. Some would say u get what u pay for but ive stayed in cheeper hotels that were cleaner. Stains on floor and room is falling apart and Beding was ripped. My non smoking room smelt like i slept in a pack of lit cigarettes. The outside had drug dealers selling in the parking lots and probably other criminal activities happening on the property and in the rooms. Now if u need a bed and shower they got that. The staff were good no complaints there they are trying to deal with the activities happening on there property and law enforcement was there alot. they have alot of security cameras on property witch gives u a very small amount of comfort but proves this is not a new issue and probably wont stop being one. Overall this hotel is bad and if you can afford a different one i highly recommend.

When I booked at this property, I saw the rating was the four. I was thinking it was a 4 out of 5. It was a four out of 10. I felt unsafe both physically because of the people that were there as well as the filth. I ended up booking another hotel and just lost my money. It was not worth it to stay there. I am not a Primadonna, and I have stayed in very humble places, I wouldn’t put myself in this kind of danger. If I could leave a zero here instead of a one star, I would have.

This is a dreadful hotel. I would give negative stars if possible. Filthy, unsafe, falling apart, populated by marginal people. I think this place is beyond repair - needs to be shut down and razed. On a good day, this is a solid 1 star hotel. The room was clean. The pillows were flat, the water was brown, air conditioner (last updated when installed, guessing 1970) was noisy enough to drown out the wind whistling by the door but not strong enough to actually cool the room. No coffee. No fridge. 1/2 roll of TP. They have a policy of no stays longer than 21 consecutive days. If you need shelter, this is your place. If you want to sleep, look elsewhere.

Needle in the bed, yes, we snapped a photo after we found it and then we left. The heater also kept blowing out what felt like fiberglass insulation particles when it landed in your eyes but it was probably just dirt. When we checked in, despite our Expedia reservation, they did not have a room with two beds available although they did transfer someone else out to accommodate us.
