Booked this place to enjoy a good swim and the pool is closed, not impressed. The property needs work, it's outdated and tired. Front desk staff were good.

The staff were very friendly and quickly checked us in and out. Unfortunately there is no gym which would be a nice addition to have for people are long term traveller’s like ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay in Windsor and this hotel was close to everything we needed. The front desk staff were great and having a pool was a nice amenity, our only complaint was the hot tub and how dirty it was. I’ve never seen a hot tub that cloudy and filthy before.

Our stay was ok.Front desk staff could be friendliar.The cleaning ladies are the best! They’re very friendly and happily accommodated me when I asked for extra facecloths.The kids’ bunk bed was very wobbly and the bedding on our Queen bed was dirty! Not sure if it was stained or just not washed!

Hotel has deteriorated over the years. Tiny ants everywhere. Air conditioner had no flow so room was hot as it couldn’t keep up. Had a hard time sleeping as was sweating all night. Breakfast is minimal… no eggs, no bacon, nothing cooked. No fruit. Just machine pancakes and toast and cereal.

Checked into the family room, which was kind of neat for the little guys (2 and 4) bunk beds and lots of room. The TV in the kids space didn't work. Take the kids to the pool which was jammed busy (apparently not just for guests) and the hot tub was out of service. Called front desk requesting an extra pillow (keep the little guy from possibly falling out of bed) and was told they'll have to "go on a scavenger hunt" for one, they'll do their best. NO fitted sheet on the queen size bed, meaning any shift at night and you were face first in a disgusting mattress protector (until it popped off) then onto a dirty mattress. Last time for us.

Very basic continental breakfast, terrible coffee. The room was in okay condition, clearly well used but tolerable. The AC unit was EXTREMELY loud, there was almost constant noise from other guests in the hallway and the floor above. The bed was clean and comfortable, although the shower curtain was slightly mouldy, one of the bath towels was stained/dirty, and the shower was out of conditioner. All in all the hotel stay was fine for one night. But at the low end of acceptable.

Didn’t like the flea infestation in room 301 or the lackadaisical attitude of the staff when I reported it. They did allow us to change rooms without a word other than that there must have been dogs in there. The second night we asked for more towels but not a clean towel was to be found. Breakfast options are pretty slim. Largely a continental breakfast. Small dining area. Elevator grinding noises…sounds like it’s never seen any grease. Quiet area. Food options nearby are limited. After 10 PM it’s really only McDonalds available. Encountered three front desk staff and they weren’t too friendly. Smile. It’s supposed to be the hospitality industry. And staff shouldn’t smoke right outside the front door. It looks poorly. That’s about it. Not a great experience.

Friendly service at the front desk, very accommodating with extra blankets and sheets for my extra guest. Property is in ok shape, furniture in my room was in disrepair, bottom of the shower had mold and the jet tub was very dirty and had to be cleaned twice before we could use it. Breakfast was good, great coffee.

The room was dated. Bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing. Very little variety. I saw no fruit or protein. Bread, bagels and a couple of muffins were there. I thought for the price of the one night stay the room was pricey considering the facts listed above.

Front desk was friendly and helpful but the property is dated and poorly kept up. Our room was very dark only lit by table lamps. Very creepy vibe. Bunk beds for kids wood is all chipping away where the ladder sits and strange furniture arrangement made it tight to manoeuvre. The bathroom was very clean.Beds were comfortable .No hot breakfast so we went to Tim's instead. The carpet in the room was stained and the hotel smelled of old cigarettes and someone cooking onions in their room. Had to put a towel under our door as the smell was so strong. We couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.

They had a higher rate than the one I booked with Expedia, it took me 4 visits to the front desk to get it sorted out. Need better staff training, the first person who checked me in should have been able to fix it.

I lost my engagement ring & didn’t realize until hours after checkout. I was multiple places but i started my search with the hotel. They were able to locate it within very tense for me moments & return it. I so appreciate their help!! The staff were fabulous during my stay. The only negative I have to report is that I was expecting boiled eggs in the continental breakfast & that was a no go.

The front desk staff was not friendly or informative when we checked in after we had been turned away when we arrived about a half hour early to just see if the room might be ready...we didn't get a chance to even ask when as were told we would have to come back. We were booked into an ajoining room with a king bed (when we had booked 2 queen beds) which made the very loud obnoxious teenagers beside us quite unbearable. There was mold in our shower, the room phone did not work to even call the front desk. There weren't any seats available when we went down to breakfast.

All in all, good stay. James at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The location was nice, walking distance to a Tim’s and superstore. The breakfast was decent.

The staff were excellent and responsive. They managed to get me an additional night (they had been fully booked) and made it so that I didn't have to change rooms. It made my time so much easier.

I dealt with probably 7 different staff during my stay, between check in and out, cleaners, pool staff and breakfast staff. All of them were awesome. Laughed and joked around. Easy to get along with. They were all Caucasian too, which made communication easy and quick. Breakfast was fresh and the staff were helpful. We had a great stay, except for some dummy parents letting their dummy kids be dummies in the pool. But that was no fault of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff member on check in appeared annoyed I had used Expedia for booking. Said "oh you used Expedia" that this made check in complicated and would be "a while" to get me checked in. I have never had this experience before and have used Expedia at many other hotels. I found the hotel decor slightly dated.(not a significant concern) The mattresses were significantly stained, although covered with a light mattress cover. I did not go to the pool this trip. Breakfast was limited to sweets ( muffins, pancakes, packaged oatmeal, juice and coffee). The main problem was on check in. I felt very insignificant for using Expedia to book with this hotel. Upon check out the elevator tile floor had been mopped, no sign in the elevator to indicate same, very slippery to walk on when you do not see a wet floor sign. If it had not been close to Windsor Hospital I would not have stayed.

All staff we encountered we indifferent. No friendliness, sighed when asked for pillows, sat at a computer playing a game when we came to check out, didn’t get up or ask about our stay or even look at us. “Can I help you, room number, want a print out, your good to go.” It felt like self serve. The shower curtain had stains and mold, the room curtain was falling apart and no shear curtains so being on the ground floor, either you close them and be in darkness or open an everyone looks in. (I worked from my room one day). Breakfast was not great one of the 2 boiled eggs I selected was old. Firm and discoloured yolk. Won’t be going their again.

The hotel itself is fine, for this category of place. However it’s essentially the only hotel in Windsor apart from a few B&Bs, so they have pricing power. It’s situated in the edge of town very close to the highway, and there are no restaurants nearby other than fast food.

This property is good for a quick short stay. Room was cozy and clean, staff friendly, close to some fast food restaurants and grocery store, right on the hwy, loads of parking, good breakfast as part of booking and swimming. The property is very dated but comfortable.

Convenient location for us. Arrived after supper so had Jessy’s Pizza delivered and they came right to our door. Good bed. Clean. AC was noisy. Breakfast was adequate. No hot like bacon or eggs.

Many ants in room. I got a pack of chocolate cake all cover with ants over the night. And the breakfast is the worst I ever have. Not any protein they provide, even a simply boil eggs, just some cereal, waffle and breads.

The staff member on check in appeared annoyed I had used Expedia for booking. Said "oh you used Expedia" that this made check in complicated and would be "a while" to get me checked in. I have never had this experience before and have used Expedia at many other hotels. I found the hotel decor slightly dated.(not a significant concern) The mattresses were significantly stained, although covered with a light mattress cover. I did not go to the pool this trip. Breakfast was limited to sweets ( muffins, pancakes, packaged oatmeal, juice and coffee). The main problem was on check in. I felt very insignificant for using Expedia to book with this hotel. Upon check out the elevator tile floor had been mopped, no sign in the elevator to indicate same, very slippery to walk on when you do not see a wet floor sign. If it had not been close to Windsor Hospital I would not have stayed.

First room the bathroom light was a strobe light. 2nd room (rest of stay) the AC was too loud. Beds were not up to “hotel standard” I’m use to. Breakfast was simple, no eggs or meat.

The AC unit was EXTREMELY loud, there was almost constant noise from other guests in the hallway and the floor above. The bed was clean and comfortable, although the shower curtain was slightly mouldy, one of the bath towels was stained/dirty, and the shower was out of conditioner. All in all the hotel stay was fine for one night. But at the low end of acceptable.

Room was clean and well appointed, staff were fantastic and so helpful. I did end up leaving early, but through no fault of the facility - the pool is more of a kids pool and isn’t deep enough to really swim. But was still refreshing! Would stay here again without hesitation.

The whole place smells like wet dog. We walked in our room and immediately had to leave the fan running constantly. It smelled so bad. The sheets and beds were clean and surfaces were as well but the carpets are what smelled so badly I think. The walls and ceiling were popcorn and the place is so dated. It advertises a hot tub but it was broken. The pool was okay and really warm which was relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was fine for a quick stay but don’t recommend if you are really sensitive to musty smells.

The room was not good, bed wasn’t made daily, bugs in room, carpets were dirty. Upon check out manager said they have a firm that looks for bugs, not done very well. I would not recommend to other travels. Given the price for the room would have expected more.
