This Hotel is a go to for me. Very Quiet, the staff is lovely AND most importantly PET FRIENDLY.. the hotel gas some wear and tear but nothing bad. love the flowers

The reception desk staff members were very customer service friendly. The Inn had an elevator to the 2nd floor that was very helpful. Excellent accommodations.

Entering the lobby with an overpowering smell of curry but was told there was no cooking and breakfast would not be available. Outdoor carpets were very dirty. Room204 had an old smell probably from being closed up for a long time. Definitely a 2 star accommodation. Sheets on one of the beds were badly stained and had hair in them. Appeared to not have been changed. Ned we slept on was very comfortable though. Bathroom was clean and shower operated with plenty of hot water. If you just need a place to stay for a short visit this will Get the job done but I would have preferred to put a few more bucks on the table and stay along the boardwalk of Atlantic city

This is a fine hotel along a strip of hotels. I can't comment on the others, but this one was a very good value for the reasonable rate. The manager was friendly/helpful. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning unit under the window worked brilliantly. And it was very clean. The unit even had an excellent chest of drawers, for those with longer stays. As a former woodworker, I notice these things. ;) Ok, it didn't have the amazing selection of shampoos and conditioners that I am used to seeing in the Airbnb's that I often stay in, but then their nightly rates are a heckuva lot more! Great place to crash for a night or more, at a reasonable rate.

Overall was a good stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Felt a little cramped but not too bad. The walls are very thin though. Felt that the price was a little high for the stay but we would definitely stay again.

Room and bathroom were clean and a good size however there was no closet but there was a small rack to hang clothes. There was a round table with two chairs which was useful for having food or working on the computer. King size bed was very comfortable. No vanity or shelves in the bathroom so it was challenging to have easy access to toiletries. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water. TV had good cable system but television itself had light stripe on left side causing some distraction when watching shows. Relatively quiet except when people were running on the floor above us. This is a two story structure. Breakfast 730-930am had fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, muffins, cake piece with icing, bread, orange juice, coffee. One table with 8 chairs in dining area. No maid service unless you request it in advance. We were told to put used towels and garbage outside the room and it was exchanged for fresh towels and emptied waste baskets. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean, the bed and TV were fine. The problem was the lack of internet. The Wifi signal was too weak to get a connection. I was on the second floor far from the front desk. The hotel should invest in buying wifi extenders as having no internet is not acceptable for hotels. These wifi extenders are not very expensive.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly at check-in and even provided me with a complimentary bottle of water. I felt safe at all times. The WiFi signal is not the strongest in the rooms. I had to go outside to complete some things.

We were attending a music festival and we needed a hotel for one night. We paid in advance for this motel so we would have no problem checking in. When I arrived at the facility, they refused to give us the room we already paid for because the room was in my daughter's name, and although she has a Federally issued Border card for ID, she doesn't have a driver's license. The woman at the front desk said, "Unless she has a driver's license that matches the registration of the car we were driving, she would not rent to us!" I offered to provide MY license and registration, but she refused to accept it, and she refused to refund the $184 for one night that we spent on the dump of a hotel that normally charges about $50/night! This should be illegal! We have already filed a complaint with our credit card company. I have NEVER had this happen before. Totally ridiculous!

The folks that own/run this establishment are so lovely and helpful. Beds are super comfy, no complaints at all. I stay there every couple of weeks and will keep coming back!

Office keeps door locked, have to ring bell!! They give you coffee and muffin, please ring doorbell. Never give you clean towels, ring bell! Refrigerator didn't work and mildew smell. Office was friendly!!

I called in the afternoon and asked if I could check in at 9 pm. They said not a problem. Got there at 9 pm the area. Never checked in I was terrified to get out of my car. Called twice there was no answer.

Check in was sketch, 4 p.m. and lobby was locked. Took my credit card and ID which is normal but did not charge me for damage deposit and since the room was paid for thought that was odd so I cancelled my card. Owner was rude when I asked for extra towels in a room with 4 people there were only 2 towels. So we had to go to Walmart and buy more towels. Those comforters you see in the picture on the bed? They don't exist in real life. Room was "non smoking" and yes, people smoke in there as it smelled like stale smoke and pine sol. It was horrible. It states housekeeping is part of the hotels amenities but we left at 8 am and came back at 7 p.m. and no one came into our room to change out the 2 towels to clean ones or changed our garbage.

Hotel was conveniently located , about 20 min drive from down town Atlantic City. I only stayed there for one night but I’m satisfied with my room . It was clean and comfortable, quiet and also felt safe as this was my concern as a single female traveler. Owners are really friendly and take pride at making sure property is well maintained and customers are fully satisfied.

This is truly a hidden gem hotel. I was in the process of moving from North NJ to this area. Had a small delay with my arrangement and needed a place to stay for a week. Very comfortable environment, there is a main office with a refrigerator where you can purchase beverages, as well as a Five Guys, Walgreens, Pizzahut and a bar all within 5 minute driving distance. My room was so quiet! Great for catching up on sleep and my cat Ghost rested very peacefully. Staff was super polite and accommodating, enjoyable experience checking in and checking out. Parking lot is extremely well lit, I was able to park within 10 feet of the door to my room, very convenient. I would recommend this as a great place to stay for my friends and family.

Second time we have stayed here while in Atlantic City. The staff is so friendly and so accommodating. Short drive to the boardwalk and a short distance to other boardwalks.

This was the third stay for my husband and I. The property is clean. The rooms are clean and have a refrigerator and microwave. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is 20 minutes from the Casinos and beach but it is near Shoprite , Dollar General, Pizza Hut, Denny’s, DQ and several other stores in close proximity. I don’t have a problem with staying again n the future! and plenty of food etc.

The place outside looks run down from the picture, the room has been renovated so it was clean however, the “hot breakfast” on the outside sign should be taken down as the breakfast were not what I expected. Additionally, the wifi was bad, can’t even connect hence cannot communicate with family. If you advertise free wifi, I expect to have it other don’t advertise it. If you just need a one night stay and don’t care about the comfort than by all means.

They made me stand outside to fill out my paperwork told me I had to pay for the free wifi and lied about a hot breakfast rooms were ok however the shower curtain was missing had to wait for them to come put it in and the free amenities shampoo and conditioners were used

I didn't like that in detail it stated breakfast included and when we got there they said they don't do breakfast anymore and that they may start it in the summer. They should have notated that they temporarily don't serve breakfast on their website

Absolutely worth the rate!! Clean room, soft king bed, good shower with good hot water, microwave, cold mini fridge & easy parking. Well definitely stay there again!! Oh, they offer free continental bfast!!

Room and bathroom were clean and a good size however there was no closet but there was a small rack to hang clothes. There was a round table with two chairs which was useful for having food or working on the computer. King size bed was very comfortable. No vanity or shelves in the bathroom so it was challenging to have easy access to toiletries. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water. TV had good cable system but television itself had light stripe on left side causing some distraction when watching shows. Relatively quiet except when people were running on the floor above us. This is a two story structure. Breakfast 730-930am had fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, muffins, cake piece with icing, bread, orange juice, coffee. One table with 8 chairs in dining area. No maid service unless you request it in advance. We were told to put used towels and garbage outside the room and it was exchanged for fresh towels and emptied waste baskets. Staff was friendly.

Office keeps door locked, have to ring bell!! They give you coffee and muffin, please ring doorbell. Never give you clean towels, ring bell! Refrigerator didn't work and mildew smell. Office was friendly!!

This is our go to motel when we visit We already know what to expect so it makes it so much easier Only down fall we always use to get breakfasts and still advertise hot breakfast..but there is no breakfast why they stop I DONT KNOW..

Diamond in the rough. If going to Atlantic City, please stay at the Crystal Inn. Small mom and Pop facility that cares about the customer service. My only suggestion would be to expand the lobby area and breakfast area.

Of all the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in, this was the fastest check-in I've ever had, in less than 60 seconds. Plus they provided me with a cold bottle of water. The owners are very nice couple and I would recommend their hotel to anyone.

Property is well maintained, room was very clean and well cared for. Did not get the ick that often comes with an older motel, instead this was very comfortable and inviting by motel standards. Though certainly not upscale by any stretch, it was a clean bed, had a mini fridge, and a clean hot shower with great water pressure! Easy to get to from AC, especially Marina/Borgata. Toiletry game is weak though, bring your own. Otherwise a great crash pad, would stay again.
