Nossa primeira impressão foi bem ruim, o funcionário (Marc ?) que fez nosso check-in foi bem mal-humorado e impaciente. Mas a sua colega Natalie finalizou nosso check-in e foi super atenciosa e gentil. O quarto era grande mas meio antigo. Ficaríamos só algumas horas para descansar antes de pegar um voo e o hotel cumpriu seu papel. Ofereçam transfer gratuito para o aeroporto e foi muito útil e conveniente. Fica ao lado de um outlet. Our first impression was pretty bad, the employee (Marc?) who checked us in was very grumpy and impatient. But your colleague Natalie finalized our check-in and was super helpful and kind. The room was big but a bit dated. We would only stay for a few hours to rest before catching a flight and the hotel fulfilling its role. Offers free airport transfer and was very helpful and convenient. It is next to an mall.

It was an excellent stay. Breakfast was good. Staff was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The only reason I’m rating my experience a 3 is because me and my boyfriend were woken out of a dead sleep sometime after midnight to the fire alarm system going off. I was able to call the front desk and get confirmation that nothing of emergency was going on and evacuation was not necessary, but it took a while for that unexpected adrenaline to wean off and get back to sleep. It seemed like the alarm system got set off by someone smoking in the building (?) despite the excessively NUMEROUS amounts of signage saying not to smoke in the building……a textbook example of people being entitled and not thinking the rules include them. This caused the alarm to go off multiple times. Again, this is not something I’m faulting the hotel or staff for, I do think the room was nice for what i paid, and the hotel was in good shape and felt homey. I still would return here in the future. I just want to be honest about how unsettling and scary that was. That being said, I am glad to know their fire alarm system works so well and is sensitive!!

The room was dated, the wallpaper in the bathroom was pealing, the window blind was broken, the furniture was dirty and worn. I slipped in the shower and fell on the floor due ro worn skid dots that were useless. I hurt my shoulder so we left a day early. The staff did the best they could i have no complaints against them. They were very helpful.

Staff was attentive and polite. Quiet location. Room was spacious and clean.
