ACE hotel er et dejligt sted - et spændende miljø og en perfekt beliggenhed for udflugter i N Y. Værelset, vi boede i med barnebarn (15år), var dejlig stort og med god indretning. Sjovt med den specielle indretning af værelset. Vores bedste anbefalinger.

Great hotel. This was my second stay at the Ace in NYC. Love the bar. The room was good. The location cannot be beat.

I have very mixed opinions about the hotel. The location is amazing. The staff is responsive. However- my first night the AC wasn’t turned on. The staff explained that the entire building wasn’t turned on but it would be resolved by the next day and brought me a fan. I need a cold room to sleep and I’ve never been in a situation where the AC wasn’t turned on before. Once they turned on the AC the next day, I realized that it would just shut off overnight and I kept waking up at 2am when the room got hot. Might need to be updated. The next day, I realized that while my door shut and sounded secure, I was then able to push on the door and it opened. The staff responded quickly and resolved the issue but it was still unsettling to realize. The staff was great but overall I think the utilities need a refresh. The outlets in the room on the desk didn’t work.
