Motel 6 Lexington I-75 Hamburg

Newly renovated room. Handicapped bathroom well equipped. Barebones, but quite comfortable. Coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Pool closed since COVID rules

No table no refrigerator no microwave no pool..ran out of toilet paper. Called front desk thet said i will be riggt there bring it to u .never came

No refrigeration, and no coffee machine in room. Is wasn’t the quietest place with people slamming doors at all hours and the pool was closed.

Layover in a longer trip. The only thing that lacked was a mini frig and microwave. Front desk lady was friendly and made you feel welcomed.

Room was clean. Brought our cats and pets allowed no charge. Good location, very satisfied. Will stay again when in town.

Comfy bed, room for my cats. Our ground floor window allowed easy access to load the car! Reasonably clean. Easyto find. Plentyof parking.

This is a very budget hotel so do not expect any extras. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room but there was a microwave available for use in the lobby. It was clean. The front desk attendant was polite. It was pretty busy and it appeared many staying may actually live there (just mentioning in case that bothers you) but I just needed to crash for a night and leave early in the morning so it was good enough. seemed safe enough and was clean. There were alot of restaurants/gas stations within walking distance. I would stay again if needed a cheap place to just spend the night.

I had to run to the restroom first thing upon entering our room. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the floor was, then came some sort of bug crawling across the floor.

HOT water with enough pressure to blast away the road weariness. Exceptionally clean no frills hotel. No refrigerator, no toiletries, but a good night's rest!

Counter and bedside tables were not cleaned before my stay. Crumbs & cup rings on the surfaces. The bathroom floor was spotted and I mopped it myself with Clorox wipes I brought. The bathroom toilet had soiled spots on the seat. It was not mopped or cleaned well and it felt gross staying there. I will not stay there again. .

Cockroaches in bathroom, found in my dog's dish and who knows where else. Room looked clean otherwise but roaches say otherwise. Where else were they? Towels, counters, bed? Me? Other bugs like bed bugs? Dont stay there and dont bring bags in...you may be bringing home a pest problem. I get the price was cheap but sleeping with roaches is unacceptable.

Very clean

Rooms in need of updating, had to move twice within first 15 minutes. One room wall recepticle didn't work in first room; smelled like someone had smoked in second room. Third room had a severely leaky tub faucet but decided just to close the door. Then room ened up being infested with roaches. found 5 in suitcase u-on return home

First room had been cleaned with bleach and the order was so strong made us sick. Second room smelled of cat pee. Third room was bearable but smelled of cigarette smoke even tho was non smoking. Pillows on bed stunk but luckily brought our own. After we went and got Lysol and wiped room down and got air freshener was bearable. Room wasn’t the worst but wasn’t good either. No bugs that we saw so that was a plus.

Our room was disgusting. A toothbrush and tooshpaste was left on the counter for us. The floor of our room was filthy and cause our bare feet to be black. And on the wall next to the toilet was wet & dirty toilet paper stuck to the wall along with blood splatter. No attempt had been made to clean it off prior to us being there.

Dead roaches on the floor, and I had 3 roaches that starred at me while I showered. I immediately took my belongings out of that room because I didn’t want to take any of them home

I had to get rid of 3 roaches in the room before I could go to sleep and one was on the bed

The room is outdated and needs some repair. But the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It was worth the low cost of the room

Small motel. Not a terrible place, but not great. Beds are rock hard, and not enough pillows. The rooms are basic. No iron, no hair dryer, no mini fridge. Really just a a place to sleep, but the lights and noise keep you from sleeping good.

Outdated...needs upgrading. Coffee only available in Lobby. Right off I-75. Convenient area. Being next to Interstate you hear traffic noise. You get what you pay for.

The room was impeccably clean but the cleaning product used was a little overpowering with its fragrance. It was also lacking storage/hanging places for clothes. But overall it met my needs.

Our room was clean. No bugs, living or dead. No mold in the bathroom. The room did not have a bad odor. Surfaces were not dusty. They had the AC turned down, so the room was nice and cool for an August evening. Nothing was broken or in disrepair. The beds were a little on the hard side for me personally but my husband didn't mind. When we moved our things in the room next to us had several dogs and i was concerned we would hear them barking all night. Didn't hear them at all once in the room.

There was no hot water for a shower in the morning, the beds are very hard, pillows just are awful and the toilet wouldn't refill with water after you flush. The outside lights are so bright that after you turn out the light at night the room is lit up, no black out curtains.

Wish the room listed as handicap accessible had been equipped with a roll-in shower instead of a bathtub

Horrible service

The customer service upon check in was unprofessional. They tried telling me that Expedia didn’t pay them for my stay when the money came out of my account and I showed them proof. They also tried to make ME call Expedia when their system was not working properly and tried to tell me they couldn’t check me in. They also said this was the first time this happened to them?? I highly doubt that. Never will stay there again!

Nothing fancy. I didn’t mind it so much, and I would have probably stayed, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable and the 2 others I was with couldn’t take it. One of them went to the front desk and was convinced the worker was “so nice”, and they told him we would be getting a refund through Expedia in the next couple days for the 2 of 3 nights we did NOT end up staying. Yeah, that was 3 weeks ago. Crickets… don’t expect a refund or any effort put forth to rectify you just losing your money. Not impressed.

Staff was very friendly. I arrived late, and there was an issue with the room prior to ny arrival. I was upgraded without additional cost.

I paid it $80 online to rent the room once I went to check in I was unable to find my driver's license from staying at a previous hotel that apparently never gave them back we couldn't find them. I was told my front desk and I would be able to get my money back did they can cancel it through the hotels.com for the day didn't have access to do it there at the location since I paid through hotels. Once I talked to hotels.com customer service they then called motel 6 which then said that they couldn't do the approval for the refund because they were not a manager after I was already told I would get my money back. It was every penny I had left my name with nowhere to go to stay the night and I ended up with no money and no room having to stay in the car. Unfortunately sometimes life happens but there is absolutely no reason to why they could not have done the refund like they said they would. Absolutely would not recommend anyone to go here.

Well, the staff were very unfriendly and made me and my wife feel unwelcome. Not only that but im living in hotels rigbt now so i made a reservation to exend my stay paid for it thru hotels.com and everything the night before our planned check out, they let me pay and make the reservation just for me to go down this morning to show them the confirmation and all that, just to be lied to and told that they were already booked up and they had given my room to someone else even tho, i had made the reservation at least 24 hrs ahead of time. So they knew it was made and i already had a room so i dont get how they let me pay for it and all that just to give away my paid reservation while i was already there staying in a room! It feels more like discrimination than anything to me! Plus my wife is clearly disabled with a walker and all but we were still given an upstairs room with no elevators, and she was told she couldnt sit in the tiny laundry space while our clothes washed and thats honestly why i think they lied and said they were overbooked. So we had a very hard time getting all our stuff in and out not too mention having to sit outside in the cold for almost 2 hrs with all our stuff waiting for our ride and to be able to check into a different hotel. it was all just a very unpleasant time and really unprofessional! dont recommend.

Check in was friendly and easy. We are traveling with our dog and were given a ground floor corner room which was very convenient!

Their always welcoming and nice. If they have the room ready they fit hair you about checking in a little early. Great service

Resturants and walmart close by

The property has a dirty parking lot and sketchy looking people sitting outside their rooms. At times, it felt unsafe by some of the characters renting rooms. Some looked like they where waiting for a drug dealer or acted like they needed a fix. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was no frig microwave, I didn't see that mentioned before I booked it. Toilet paper holder looked like it had been pulled out of the wall before I got there. Had to keep pushing it back into place. Spaces for electrical outlet on night stand looks like it was removed from the wall and never patched. I wouldn't stay here again.

No frills hotel but perfect for a nights rest. Convenient. Right off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Great Price, clean and comfortable.

We have stayed at this Motel 6 multiple times over the years. We won't be coming back. The customer service was terrible with a foreigner that barely speaks english. The room was rundown and the area has been over ridden with extremely shady people. Homeless people all over. Even an officer dealing with a man when we arrived.

The front desk staff were amazing! Friendly, polite. HOWEVER, the parking lot was full of cigarette butts, no coffee in the room, the room smelled awful, the comforter had cigarette burns, no breakfast, no coffee in the lobby after 10:00 am. Ridiculous!

There were a few good restaurants near by, not sure about shopping, we didn’t do any shopping during our stay. Room was clean. TV worked good. WiFi was good. Staff was easy to talk to and paying was easy. I recommend bringing your own hygiene if you need more than a bar of soap. My only issue was there wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the room. Also, there wasn’t a microwave, fridge, or coffee, but we didn’t end up needing a microwave or fridge. Coffee would have been nice.

Easy access to property, close to interstate. I didnt like the fact there was no microwave or coffee maker in the room to heat water for cappuccino that i drink in the mornings.

it was one of the nicest motel 6 we have stayed in.It was clean and the beds were comfortable,the bathroom is really small but we made it work. I really like that it had wooden floors instead of carpet. all they had for breakfast was coffee but there is a Cracker barrel right up the street. the only problem I had was the people in the next room were up all night talking so loud and tv on and it was so loud I didn't get any sleep.

Everything was great but as far as breakfast when I asked no one was sure of what time or how it was ran. When I called they said it was done by another company?? so I had to have my breakfast elsewhere because they told me to call back in the morning at 9am but I had to be on the road before then. Pretty disappointing. But my room was very clean and comfortable. The highway was a bit loud but that’s out of their control. The people were nice to me, the room was clean and full stocked.

Very clean room, perfect for quick overnight stop. Morning coffee was good.

It was ok for a one night stay but if staying longer, just beware no mini refrigerator, no microwave in room, no continental breakfast but there are several restaurants in walking distance.
