Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown - Waterpark by IHG

Really enjoyed our stay!! Our daughter enjoyed the water park very much. Rooms were clean and well designed. The yogurt at Orange peel was a nice treat. The 15 dollar breakfast buffet had great variety

Great beds

Didnt check out breakfast so i cant say about that but everything was great. We checked in while there was an incident with the pool and it had to be closed for the night. A couple guest were upset about it and we watched the lady at the front desk help with there issue. She was so professional and handled it so well. She was awesome. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, no complaints. And the ac worked great. It was a great trip

I was told there would be a shuttle to and from the airport. I called the front desk when I arrived at the airport. The front desk informed me the shuttle was not working and that they would assist me with a Uber. They said they would send me an Uber link to my phone so I could have one pick me up. I called multiple times and said the link never was sent to my phone. I ended up paying for the Uber they never compensated me for it. When I arrived in my hotel room, I had to go down to the front desk because I had no shampoo, soap or towels in my room. When checking out you would think they would credit me or anything for my two nights but nothing was offered.

First room we were given was a health hazard due to there was an ozone machine running prior and the air still had the pollutant in it. I have cancer and I already have immune system issues and this made my respiratory system go crazy. The next room was better but the property still was aging poorly and very loud and did not look clean.
