Good location, easy and free parking, the room was decent enough to stay in but the bathroom was dirty and full of bugs during our 2 night stay. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Room was clean and well kept. Front desk staff were friendly. Encountered two significant issues. First one was at check in. We arrived more than 2 hours after the check in time and were told our room wasn't ready yet, and that we were to wait in the lobby until it was. The lobby was not air conditioned, and being a hot day, it was not a comfortable wait. Second issue: when our room was ready, we were told it was located on the other side of a restaurant next door, with access to the room through a very narrow, dark alleyway behind the restaurant. Oh, and there was no parking on that side of the motel. So our car was parked on one side, and we had to carry all of our stuff through the alleyway to the other side to get to our room.

The rim around the inside of the toilet was dirty, black with mildew or whatever. There were dirty towels under our bed. Sound of traffic all the time. Stained pillowcase. Only 3 pillows on a bed for 2.

A place that I would stay again The staff is very friendly and where able to help us figure things out after we booked. These rooms where more affordable compared to other place in the area and where in good condition. The only things I would have changed is the washroom layout, as someone who is bigger it was a little bit harder to use because the space between the wall and the toilet and adding in a microwave/coffee pot. The beds where surprisingly comfortable for spring beds and I slept like a baby, even while there was construction going on I didn't hear anything. There is also access to restaurants nearby and a nice walking place down the street!

Overall I give it a 3.5/5. The bed wasn’t comfortable and squeaked a lot. Blanket had burnt holes in it which I took a picture and showed them. Bathtub is extremely small that no adult could fit in it if they wanted to take a bath. Toilet was small as well, felt like my butt wouldn’t fit properly on it.

Needed an affordable place on very short notice near the Victoria Hospital so booked here for two nights ($100 per). On the positive side, the room interior and bedding were reasonably clean. The single staff person at reception was personable enough. There were enough towels and soap. Shower and tub very small but lots of hot water. Two disposable cups. Fridge worked. However, there was a strong odour of stale smoke in the room that was impossible to ignore. Room was dark, small and depressing. Heavy curtains were kept closed for privacy. Mattress was just ok. No available power outlets. Didn’t try the wifi. TV was ok, need to use the two controllers. Noises from the parking lot at all hours of the night. I was worried about someone breaking into my car or into the room! Neither happened but that was the vibe! I would not recommend this place.

The rooms are dated for the price. There is a level 2 “Charge Point” charging station almost across the road behind the City of London visitor centre. It made charging our Tesla super convenient. Staff were very accommodating with the early check in.

We weren't expecting anything big or grand, just needed a place for an overnight stay that didn't cost $200. Bathroom was so narrow you could hardly turn around in it. The motel appeared to be more like a housing complex for people in long term residence. Not something we would have booked if we had known. Otherwise it was clean and staff was friendly.

Very dated. Needed help to get tv to work and wi-fi never stayed connected..very disappointing. Staff tried very hard and very honest as we got call that we had not stopped in to get deposit back and it was returned promptly. Twice after dark, stranger knocked on our door so felt unsafe.

It was super noisy. There were gaps in the bathroom window that were letting in mosquitoes and there weren't any electrical plugs around the bed... Nothing even on that side of the room. These things are all pretty forgiveable... It's old and the room was cheap. What got me (and inspired the low rating) was when I tried to book in for a second night they tried to charge me 50% more than the first night. Didn't even bother with a heads up about it.

This motel was perfect for an inexpensive one-night stay! Although it’s not the fanciest nor the most up-to-date accommodations available in London, I did find it to be clean, and all my interactions with the staff were great. My only major complaint is that is inconveniently located in the middle of the construction on Wellington. This obviously isn’t the motel’s fault, but it is something to be aware of. Nevertheless, I didn’t having any real issues getting in and out, and there are some good restaurants in walking distance.

I was in London for one night, and stayed at the Super7 Motel. Super easy to register with a very friendly young man. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them quickly. He was welcoming, shared a sense of humour with me and very efficient. The only thing about the room that didn't meet my standards was the bathroom. It was small and tight. Very clean yet you can see signs of aging. The Tub was tiny no way an adult would bathe in it. Even a child would have trouble. Less than 4 feet of room in the bathroom. Clean but tiny. I was in London for one night, and stayed at the Super7 Motel. Super easy to register with a very friendly young man. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them quickly. He was welcoming, shared a sense of humour with me and very efficient. The only thing about the room that didn't meet my standards was the bathroom. It was small and tight. Very clean yet you can see signs of aging. The Tub was tiny no way an adult would bathe in it. Even a child would have trouble. Less than 4 feet of room in the bathroom. Clean but tiny. The bed was firm but I could feel the coil springs at times too. In the morning at check out a young lady served me and again kind and efficient service. They really seemed to care!
