Travelodge by Wyndham Newport

Great staff. Clean and cheap.

There seems to be a communications issue with Hotels.com and all the motels I've stayed at this trip. I don't know what it is. At the Travelodge, my only beef is that the lobby was locked up at 7AM. Good thing there was a coffee maker in the room.

The front desk staff was the best part of the place. The room had a smell and the bed was so uncomfortable we were counting down the time that it was reasonably ok to leave. Won't be staying there again

The property is being kept up and the ADA room we were in was recently painted. The bed was comfortable. This is a very basic motel right off the main highway but it was still quiet. There was a refrigerator, TV, microwave and hairdryer. There are several fast food places and quick markets nearby plus it's only a few minutes drive to old town Newport or Nye Beach

Clean, conveniently located, kinda noisy from the hwy. Will stay again, in the back.
