J'étais un peu inquiet au départ que ce ne soit pas un hôtel “classique” car l’accès au bâtiment se fait avec un code. Finalement, tout s’est extrêmement bien passé. J’ai reçu toutes les informations pour l’arrivée via WhatsApp, ce qui était très pratique. J’ai aussi été agréablement surpris de découvrir qu’il y avait une petite réception, ce qui est rassurant, et le personnel était vraiment extraordinaire : très accueillant et disponible. La chambre correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce, le lit était très confortable et la cuisine très bien équipée. La salle de bain dispose de tout le nécessaire, avec même un sèche-cheveux (ce qui m’a bien sauvé haha). La télé était bien aussi. La machine à laver est très efficace, tout comme le séchoir. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le fait qu’en cas de manque (café, sucre, produits pour le linge, etc.), on puisse se servir dans l’espace commun près des casiers à bagages, ce qui est vraiment pratique. En résumé, tout était parfait et je recommande vivement cet établissement 👍

Absolutely loved staying here and plan to stay again

Units were gorgeous, modern and clean. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. TV & WiFi worked well. When we arrived early, our room wouldn’t be ready for 3-4 more hours, and we had 3 large suitcases and 2 big grocery bags of food (one which was all refrigerated food). They stored our luggage for us and kept the food in a refrigerator until our unit was ready. When we were able to get into the room, they had already brought our luggage in and put the bag of refrigerated food in the refrigerator for us! Communication was easy and prompt and each individual I had interactions with, was pleasant and professional. The rooftop terrace is a must-see, and very relaxing with incredible views of Downtown Toronto. If you’re looking for a hidden gem of a restaurant and love Italian/Sicilian cuisine, there is an exquisite one steps away from here, called ARDO. It’s a Michelin restaurant and has the most authentic and delicious Sicilian food, I’ve had outside of Sicily. I would definitely stay here again if we visited Toronto in the future. What you get for what you pay, is phenomenal! 5 out of 5!
