Recovering from a hurricane. So the front lobby doesn’t exist and the elevators were not working. And we were on the 4th floor. However the place was lovely and very comfortable. Very loud thumping music next door at 1am and no front desk to help out. Individual other guests were just ignored by the occupants

Plenty of room in the apartment. Mold in the guest bathroom, shower and walls. Elevator is not working due to storms. We were on the third floor floors were not cleaned sand everywhere. The lady at check-in was very nice. Wasn’t sure how to check out there to check out with.

Check in isn’t on property. It’s a ten minute walk away. Elevator broken. Smell of pot rampant throughout hotel. Parking a nightmare. Our room didn’t even have a spot! In our particular room, curtains over windows don’t even darken the room. Also don’t try to check in early. No keys until 4 on the dot. Frustrating stay overall.

The property was very clean and beautiful perfect for our long weekend stay. The balcony was beautiful and spacious The only downside was the busy main road in front of us it was noisy. I disliked that the hot tub and pool closed at 8 pm that was a bit early

We were provided good instructions on where to check in due to latest hurricane event. Autumn checked us in, gave us our VIP perk wine and was very quick/easy to accommodate on any issue we had. For the price and amenities this place worked very well for our party of 4. Overall pleased, but was disappointed with the elevators not working especially being on the upper floors for the gulf view. We are in shape and don't mind the extra exercise but may not be acceptable to others. The property is undergoing repair from the hurricane on the bottom lobby and the building itself is showing age. Could use a nice refresh and working elevator to be a 10/10 in my opinion.

Had mold growing in the AC/furnace filter. They towed my car because my pass wasn’t on the dash, ($250) I set it on the middle console that night, We had a reserved parking spot and they knew that was my car because it was there for a few days . They didn’t even give me a courtesy call to let me know my pass wasn’t on the dash they just towed it anyway. The manager was very rude. Very poor customer service. I would never stay here again. Then our door lock was broken and we had to transfer to their sister hotel. Worst experience ever!

Stayed Sat. - Mon. Elevator not functioning so was switched to a 2d floor handicap accessible very outdated unit.Couches and side chairs were covered with stains. The suite was very nice. The property was impacted by the hurricane causing the elevator to be out of order. We didn't know that until check in. We originally had a suite in the 5th floor but was changed to the 3rd. We would give it another try once repairs are made.

The staff was very accommodating, especially Anita and Valerie. There was a situation upon arrival that they quickly remedied. The room was fantastic with a great view east for the sunrise and west for the sunset. The beach was easily accessible and the pool was very clean. I would recommend this room to anyone. There were plenty of restaurants for any time of the day. Publix was within walking distance. Comfy bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. An ideal place to stay on a short or extended vacation.

Starting with the lady at the front desk who was no welcoming and friendly. She appeared to not be feeling well as she has clear snot dripping from her nose while she was giving me my check in instructions. When we got to the room it was dirty. I had to sweep the floors because we were walking on dirt. There was a hair extension hanging from the bathroom vanity. You could tell the bathrooms had not been clean well because there was trash at the base of the toilets. And the tubs has debris in them. There was a dead bug in one room. The fan in the living room and main bedroom did not work.

Great location across the street from the beach. The property was very poorly maintained and extremely dirty. The floors were so filthy that you had to wear shoes inside or your feet/socks would be black - disgusting! The furniture was literally gross with patches worn through the leather sofa to the fabric beneath. The kitchen faucet didn’t work and I had to repair a toilet myself. It’s a great location and a shame that the owner/management doesn’t care for it. Note the conditions I describe have nothing to do with the hurricane repair which was ongoing. It’s based strictly on very poor maintenance and poorly cleaned conditions.

We had very cold weather so didn’t use the pool. It was really nice to have a suite. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The couch in the living room was filthy and the one toilet kept running. Very comfortable and nice not to have so much room.

This property is not clean. Floors were dirty, master shower had mold all around the perimeter. Several light bulbs burnt out. Furniture very dirty and worn. Tables were wobbly. Nothing like description. On a good note, the employees were very nice.

The space itself and location was excellent. The pool is nice. The hot tub did stop working a little, but it did storm so I’m guessing it became plugged (unsure). The cleanliness was subpar. My family and I don’t really mind for the most part, however, I had lost something and had to look under the couch. I’m not a perfectly clean gal, but that gave us a little of the “ick”. The showers could’ve used a little scrub as well. A few doors were broken, and the light switches in the guest room worked 50% of the time. Again, not that we spent much time in the hotel, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing it wasn’t clean. We did call for bath towels, bars of soap, and laundry detergent. We never received them. We gave up because we were leaving the next day, but still a little disappointing. Would I stay again? Probably if the price was right. If there was something better, I would probably choose that. I’m not one for reviews but I think the “ick” I got needed to be written. I will comment how nice the staff members were at the front desk—Jules was such a light.

The location is awesome, right across from the beach and an easy walk to many bars and restaurants. Spacious condo with in unit kitchen and washer/dryer was awesome, and all the staff were so friendly. The rooms are just not clean at all. The floors were truly disgusting- all of our feet were black after walking barefoot on the tile. We found wrappers and used medication containers in the bedside drawers and under the beds there were bottle caps, napkins, etc. The sheets felt sandy when we got into bed the first night so we immediately re washed all the bedding, and there was a huge stain on the living room couch. Honestly if you’re not opposed to giving the place a quick re-cleaning when you arrive, it’s well worth the price for a great location and lots of space.

We did not get our room until 2 hours after the room was supossed to be ready. The room was in poor shape, couch was filthy, dining room chairs were dirty, sliding door track was filled with black dirt, trash was not emptied, dishes still in dishwasher. Spoke with management for a refund of some sort and all they did was waive the "RESORT FEES" This place is definitely not a resort. THe only amenity is a pool. Very very disappointed

Property is not oceanfront. My stay was decent. I really liked the condo, nice and roomy. The area was peaceful. Property is located on a busy street, from the private balcony you can hear all the traffic. but at least they strategically placed palm trees to provide some privacy from traffic when you are enjoying the outdoor pool or jacuzzi. If Expedia was not offering huge discounts, I would not pay full price to stay there,

Condo suite was in a great location. Amenities were perfect and the place was clean and well kept. Rooms were comfortable and the large patio was relaxing and was a nice touch. I would stay here again, even though there was the minor inconvenience of sound traveling extensively through the walls. A lot of noise sounded like it was in the same room. Maybe the plumbing is old and/or the walls are thin. The location is perfect, as it’s near plenty of bars and restaurants and tourist hot spots. That said, I will stay again.

We like the Crystal Palms as this was not our first stay there. It's very nice and quite for the most part. This was the first time we stayed on the second floor and were not thrilled to find that the two bedroom suite had to share the bathroom. It was a one and a half bath but< the two rooms were divided by the bathroom. We made it work but, were not aware that's how it was laid out. other than that small issue, we enjoy the C Palms very much.

We spent 6 nights at the hotel. We liked the 2 bedroom condo, it was very spacious with 2 en suites and full kitchen and big balcony. Lovely view of the sea and sunset. The location is good opposite the beach, 2 minute walk to get there. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was clean and warm and the hot tub was very relaxing. We were allocated our own parking space which was very convenient. To improve the stay I would say that the cleanliness could have been improved, just some dust around but nothing major. Also, need to leave out cleaning equipment such as dustpan and brush and broom. Also, no tea, coffee or water provided as per the service fee.

Very impressive size and layout. Could easily sleep 6 people. Really close to the beach. Short walk to all amenities. Short drive to John’s Pass, Tyrone Square Mall and about 30 minutes to Tampa. The staff was very accommodating, especially Anita and Valerie. There was a situation upon arrival that they quickly remedied. The room was fantastic with a great view east for the sunrise and west for the sunset. The beach was easily accessible and the pool was very clean. I would recommend this room to anyone. There were plenty of restaurants for any time of the day. Publix was within walking distance. Comfy bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. An ideal place to stay on a short or extended vacation.

We were provided good instructions on where to check in due to latest hurricane event. Autumn checked us in, gave us our VIP perk wine and was very quick/easy to accommodate on any issue we had. For the price and amenities this place worked very well for our party of 4. Overall pleased, but was disappointed with the elevators not working especially being on the upper floors for the gulf view. We are in shape and don't mind the extra exercise but may not be acceptable to others. The property is undergoing repair from the hurricane on the bottom lobby and the building itself is showing age. Could use a nice refresh and working elevator to be a 10/10 in my opinion.

The space itself and location was excellent. The pool is nice. The hot tub did stop working a little, but it did storm so I’m guessing it became plugged (unsure). The cleanliness was subpar. My family and I don’t really mind for the most part, however, I had lost something and had to look under the couch. I’m not a perfectly clean gal, but that gave us a little of the “ick”. The showers could’ve used a little scrub as well. A few doors were broken, and the light switches in the guest room worked 50% of the time. Again, not that we spent much time in the hotel, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing it wasn’t clean. We did call for bath towels, bars of soap, and laundry detergent. We never received them. We gave up because we were leaving the next day, but still a little disappointing. Would I stay again? Probably if the price was right. If there was something better, I would probably choose that. I’m not one for reviews but I think the “ick” I got needed to be written. I will comment how nice the staff members were at the front desk—Jules was such a light.

Front desk manager Tamera was very rude and inconsiderate, I’m a handicap, she was loud when I told her I was a parking, she immediately ask me did I have my parking space pass, I alerted her that I’m handicap and it’s a state law, I dont a pass or anything, she is violating a law which could result into fines at this property if I report it, she needs to be respectful and considerate of others

Easy check in but have to go down the road after 5pm to check in. Room was very spacious and had a full kitchen and had everything you may need. About .7 miles to John’s Pass and same distance (other direction) to Treasure island main things. I probably would stay at a different place next time to be closer to restaurants or beachfront.

Our 1st time staying, but we have a friend who stays at least 3 times a year here. We are local so we vosit with her when she is in town. Which is nice bc parking close by on the street is a plus for visitors. We enjoyed our 4 day visit. We plan on returning soon. My husband and I are always trying to do a weekend staycation ecery few months. For out of towners, the beach is across the street with access. However, this section if Treasure Island is very wide. So it is a bit if a walk to reach the shoreline. Unfortunately you can't redo what mother nature has created. Go early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Especially in the summer months. The condos are worth the walk.

Property is not oceanfront. My stay was decent. I really liked the condo, nice and roomy. The area was peaceful. Property is located on a busy street, from the private balcony you can hear all the traffic. but at least they strategically placed palm trees to provide some privacy from traffic when you are enjoying the outdoor pool or jacuzzi. If Expedia was not offering huge discounts, I would not pay full price to stay there,

We were there a couple months after back to back hurricanes passed through and were a little nervous of what may be awaiting us, but we were very pleasantly surprised. We check in after hours at a separate location which was the hardest part as there wasn't any signage for their check in area and it took me 10mins to find it. Check in was smooth and easy otherwise. We had 1 parking spot that was fairly close to the stairs. Elevators weren't available due to hurricane sustained damage. The apartment was huge for the two of us - 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Everything was clean, worked and all they needed was us to take our garbage out at the end. The back was close enough to walk to. We walked down to John's Pass easily and spent some time wandering around there. All in we both agreed if we were going to that area again we would definitely return.

The location is awesome, right across from the beach and an easy walk to many bars and restaurants. Spacious condo with in unit kitchen and washer/dryer was awesome, and all the staff were so friendly. The rooms are just not clean at all. The floors were truly disgusting- all of our feet were black after walking barefoot on the tile. We found wrappers and used medication containers in the bedside drawers and under the beds there were bottle caps, napkins, etc. The sheets felt sandy when we got into bed the first night so we immediately re washed all the bedding, and there was a huge stain on the living room couch. Honestly if you’re not opposed to giving the place a quick re-cleaning when you arrive, it’s well worth the price for a great location and lots of space.

you get what you pay for, this property is listed as a resort but this is not a resort, it is an older condominium with a pool that is selling time by a third party. There is no food or water on site and very limited places to eat in walking distance so if you don't have a car, good luck. There is no front desk or staff ! Check in is done a block away at another site, so if you arrive without a car your walking with luggage and in the rain as we did. I picked it because it was cheap but wouldn't pick it again. Find a real hotel with a front desk and a food and water. St Petes or Clearwater looks to be a better place with more options.

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war sehr schlecht, Sand überall auf der Couch sowie auf dem Boden. Aufgrund des hohen Preises würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen!!

Property was clean and check in process at alternate location was quick and easy! Stayed on the fifth floor on the end. Balcony was amazing with sun around the clock and beautiful views! Easy walk to the beach. This unit seemed recently redone which was nice. Towels and sheets must’ve just come from the packaging. Didn’t utilize the pool due to weather we had but many did. Convenient parking onsite.

There was construction going on all around us, and it was very loud when I was trying to take a nap. Aside from the sound, there was plastic and tape everywhere and furniture blocking the hallway. The elevators were slow as ever, and at one point I thought we were stick because the doors wouldn't open. But despite all this, the worst part was the mattress in each room.. both my boyfriend and I had very sore backs after night 1.. and he ended up sleeping on the couch for nights 2 and 3.. while I just suffered through it since there was nowhere else. All in all, it was not the best experience. But the balcony was huge and the view was nice.
